مناظر شگفت انگیز!! کارکنان فوق العاده!!

این ملک فوق العاده بود ما به مدت 10 هفته سفر کرده بودیم و این بهترین چیزی بود که در آن ماندیم. کارکنان فوق العاده بودند. آب بطری در بدو ورود همراه با میوه و چند غذای دیگر که دوست داشتنی بود. اتاق ها فوق العاده تمیز بودند و 3 اتاق خواب بزرگ هر کدام با حمام. مناظر دیدنی بود. استخر فوق العاده بود و صبحانه بوفه عالی بود و شام بوفه هم عالی بود. خیلی جا بود، ما 6 نفر بودیم و انگار یک قصر بود. با تشکر از کارکنان فوق العاده که این اقامت فوق العاده را ساخته اند!!!
ما متوجه نبودیم که چقدر از چیزها دور شده ایم، گرما با پیاده روی دسترسی به همه چیز را سخت کرده است، با این حال اگر آماده هستید مقداری پول برای حمل و نقل خرج کنید، ارزشش را دارد.

Would stay again.

The room was big and spacious. Beds and pillows were comfy, and the kitchen was nice. Room cleaning staff were brilliant.
Breakfast was very varied but very much aimed at Middle East food. No washing up equipment for the kitchen or dishwasher tablets.

Excellent with a top notch service.

1) WiFi Experience - Excellent 2) Restaurant Services - Top-notch service 3) Room & Facilities - Excellent rooms and facilities. Convenient place to relax and a great place to stay. Feels like home. Only to take note of the dust on the headboard of the bed and some utensils (some previous food stain was seen on the fork) in the kitchen to double check the quality of the cleanliness (infection control under housekeeping). But overall the room was clean. 4) Service of Staff - The staff are polite, attentive, going above and beyond. 5) Quality of Food - It was great and fresh. 6) Check in experience - Warm welcoming, easy and smooth process.

A perfect and luxurious experience!

The room was stunning and the view was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and nothing was difficult. They made us feel so welcome. We can not fault anything during our stay.

some peace and quiet in a busy city! great location

great location , big spacious rooms , no noise of traffic but the location is perfect to enable you to get on to the main highways with ease. the facilities are great, the gym is brilliant and it also has a 24 hour sauna that comes in handy. the hotel as is in pictures.. staff were pleasant and helpful whenever I had a request. definitely my ‘go to’ hotel when on business in dubai.

Great service, modern room. I recommend :)

- great service - we got an upgrade from studio to one bedroom apartment :) (we were in a low season so maybe that’s the reason) - the whole day happy hour for cocktails :)
Our bedroom was right above the restaurant or bar?, so we had quite noisy two nights. My partner called the reception, but unfortunately nothing changed. Luckily, in some point we were able to fall asleep.

Wonderful

My recent stay at was delightful. I booked three bedrooms. The rooms were clean, fancy and offered a nice view of the surroundings. Although the breakfast had a wide variety, it was average in taste. Nonetheless, the overall experience was pleasant, thanks to the hotel staff. Would book again.

Incredible, the best stop over we have ever had.

Everything about the Avani Palm view was exceptionally good.The staff were amazing, the breakfast spectacular and the apartment wonderful. We will be staying there every time we fly to Europe.We have found our home from home.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Perfect stay

Everything. The apartment was great . The staff was very friendly. Valet parking is free. And If you need here metro station in 1 min. The location is perfect. 10 min to marina dubai. And the breakfast was really good , many choices of food .
At the breakfast the waffles, pancakes were not very good. They were dry. For me it is not an issue at all.

Perfect. I stay there every time I’m in Dubai.

I think it’s the complete package. Extremely amazing staff throughout the hotel. Perfect rooms. Central location. And if you have any sort of issue, no matter whether it’s a hotel problem or not, they will always help you out and it’s never too much trouble.

Excellent apartment, perfect location to party on the Palm.

The apartment was amazing, great facilities with everything that we needed such as large fridge, glasses and microwave. We didn't use the oven or pans but it had everything. Each bedroom was large with a lovely en suite. Nice balcony with a full view of most of Dubai!
Ice machine didn't work in the freezer but the staff brought us plenty when we asked for it! Late check out was only 1 hour later, could have done with 2pm.

Good location for Palm access, ideal for families who want the comfort of an apartment

Spacious rooms ideal for a family stay. Nice view overlooking Palm and excellent location to access Aquaventure Water Park with direct monorail outside the hotel
A bit far from downtown for major attractions. Restaurant service was slow.

Exceptional

Shoon is the best at ensuring the customer feels at a place called home. She reminds me of the past friend of mine. 😀 Simranjit besides him looking like a collegue friend exceptionally welcoming and positive. Thanks to AVANI i might have brought the penthouse room itself which you had showed me. Out of the world. RRR
Everything is best however guests should be more interactive open to active music listening a nd probably dancing. Lol

The staff at Avani were amazing & went above and beyond to make our stay great! We will definitely be returning back

The staff were amazing, the property was immaculate, everyone was so helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.
The only downside is the location, it is a little bit far from the tourist side of Dubai. However this wasn’t an issue for us as we hired a car. There are also good public transport links nearby.
