Comfortable and friendly
The staff were very nice and accommodating. We arrived at 2.30 am and they checked us in very quickly and upgraded us to a superior room. Mohamed at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. They were willing to delay our check out time because we arrived late which was very helpful.
There was some weird footprints on the door of the wardrobe which was odd.

Great staff, great location, mid hotel.
The staff is incredibly professional. Very polite, hospitable, and accommodating. Special thanks to Taha and Prasad they’ve made the stay memorable with their great service and friendliness.
- The TV was bad. Not a smart TV which has become a standard in life now. Channels were very limited not even MBC was there - Room 725 had a bad shower and bad AC. The shower kept changing quickly to cold and hot. AC couldn’t be fixed so I had a couple of bad nights of sleep until I gave up and decided to change the room. But they were very accommodating and changed my room immediately when I told them.

Good Price to value, recommended for business trips.
This was my second stay at the hotel. It is generally a well managed hotel offering good price to value. The rooms are big, beds are comfy and clean. It is close to downtown, 15mins from airport, but you need a taxi to get to places.
The rooms do not have coffee machine. Instead instant coffee (Nescafe) and water boiler was provided. I find this outdated, and not acceptable. Most new hotels provide some sort of espresso machines nowadays. The breakfast had made to order omelets, but the pastries were quite bad. I also had lunch at this hotel, which served possibly the worst burger I have eaten.

The service at the front desk was top-notch, with Manager Mohammed handling everything at lightning speed with professionalism and kindness. Robina, with her beautiful smile and considerate demeanor, added a warm touch to the experience. Subham, even in the elevator, exuded care and attention towards the guests. I am also grateful to the housekeeper who kept my room spotless. A special thanks to everyone who greeted me at the entrance, making me feel as warm and comfortable as with a friend. Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived in the lobby. All the staff from the receptionists to the cleaning staff to the restaurant staff has been nothing but spectacular, they even gave me a letter thanking me for staying here and last day at breakfast they gave a personalised dessert as a surprise. Restaurant has enough options for different lifestyles. As a matter of fact I was so satisfied that I decided to extend my stay and got a free upgrade and switched to the top floor.

Quality 4 start hotel with great service
Excellent breakfast. Great hotel. Had a very comfortable stay at the hotel.
Some noisy guests in adjacent rooms kept me up at night. Sound travels easily between rooms. During summer months, you cannot walk outside as there is nothing within walking distance.
