کارکنان خوب، صبحانه خوب بود، استخر خوب، حریم خصوصی، بادهای ضد صدا. من کاملا راضی هستم، موقعیت مکانی خوب است، می توانید به راحتی از تاکسی استفاده کنید تا از تمام شهرها بازدید کنید. ایستگاه مترو نیز naer.make رزرو از طریق booking.com بدون هزینه های پنهان. توصیه می کنم برای رزرو از booking.com استفاده کنید.

comfortable, good Executive suite.
It was good. Staff was good. Good food. Executive suit was also very good.
As I didn’t get vegetarian food in lounge, there must be some good vegetarian food to serve but it was still value for money.

It's a hotel that I will recommend to friends and family. However, rooms need great attention.
1. More television channels. 2. Maintenance of room not to standard. 3. Room service clearing the room in a timely manner after service 4. Maintenance team to be more proactive.

Nice stay in Dubai
Crowne plaza hotel , classed as a 5 star hotel has 2 restaurants and a bar with very nice food. The hotel has plenty of rooms with slippers and bathrobe and all the 5 star services but they shiuld really invest in some new furniture and carpets. The roof top pool is very nice but the jaccuzi and the sauna didn't work when I stayed here. The staff here is very polite and clean and they clean your room everyday and fills your fridge with water bottles every day. The italian restaurant is very good with room service and very tasty pizza.
Furtniture a little bit old , jacuzzi and sauna closed.

Good reception staff. Nice breakfast. Good location near the metro and many nice restaurants. Good housekeeping staff.

Everything. Room was good, clean and spacious. Staff is really helpful. A big thanks to Mr Saleem and Alisha for letting us check in early when kids were really tired aftwr long flight.

It's a decent stay, but definitely does not maintain a 5 star hotel standard.
The breakfast had a large selection of cuisines. The concierge is really helpful in assisting with luggage and getting a taxi
Went with my parents, we were initially given a dirty room (most likely was not cleaned after previous guest left as we found receipts of their shopping on the floor). On informing reception, they changed our room. This new room had its own share of problems, first none of the power sockets worked. According to electrician, they forgot to turn the switches located behind the bed on. Then, there was no water in the flush and the shower handle came off. It took them 1 hour at night to resolve all these issues. For a 5 star hotel in an international city like Dubai, these things should be taken care off before allotting room to the guest.

Wonderful
The quet and the clean room.
Air conditioner/heater was blowing the cold air. It was 17 degrees C in the room, and changing the temperature on the thermostat did not help. I had to turn off the system. I arrived close to midnight because of my late flight, and I was tired, so I didn't call to reception to fix the problem. It was cool in the room all night long.

Close to the airport
Places itself as a 5 star establishment but doesn’t operate as one!! The breakfast service was very chaotic. My wife and my kid went to hunt down a cup for tea(which was nowhere to be found) and came back to find that the waiter had given one chair to another table. The coffee machine was leaking all over the place.. low water pressure in the bathroom and many other details that makes this hotel not a 5 star one. Overall still had a pleasant stay and the staff is great.

Staff are very friendly, the concierge, the receptionist to the manager, the receptionist and maid.
Coffee machine need to be upgrade. After several serve the machine doesn't work and some leak. Not enough cups when serving full house.

Fab Apt Stay
The location is just apt, bus stop is within few meters which can be taken for metro though that is also walkable. The staff will help you with a local cab too if you dont want hotel cab, breakfast spread is huge and very good, spacious clean rooms.
Cannot pin point on any particular thing as we had a fab stay.

Would love to stay here in future.!
Location : The loaction was perfect. Around 15 to 20 mins walking distance from the metro station. Room : Our room was good and clean. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Room services were great, and the guy on our floor was always helpful. Overall, 4 out of 5. Breakfast: It was heaven, literally! Many options were available like Western, indian and so on. Plus, the fruits were cherry on top. They have an unlimited buffet, and even if you go late, you won't be missing out anything. So I absolutely recommend adding breakfast. 5 out of 5. Swimming pool and gym : I can't comment about the gym as it was closed due to some reconstruction. The swimming pool was clean and it's quite deep, so if you are a non swimmer like me, avoid swimming! Plus, you have to bring your own swimsuit for swimming. I would give 3.5 out of 5. Staff : All staff were so polite and helpful. 5 out of 5.

Great value for money hotel
1. Great plus for the hotel is its proximity to salah al din metro station. 2. It is also close to indian restaurants like Annapoorna and many super markets. 3. The hotel is value for money. Decent stay for a relatively cheaper price at a known branded hotel. 4. The rooms were decent. Nothing fancy but does the job. 5. The staff were cordial and room service was prompt.
Not much of a view from the room.
