استخر خانواده، صبحانه، اندازه اتاق، و خدمات ناهار خوری در اتاق.
نماینده خدمات مهمان محمد در میز پذیرش واقعاً باید روی مهارت های تجربه مشتری خود کار کند. صفر عقل سلیم و مهارت های همدلی. هیچ تلاشی برای برقراری تماس چشمی برای پذیرایی از مهمانی که برای 10 دقیقه خوب ایستاده بود، انجام نمی شود. با تشکر از مدیر پذیرش که هنگام بررسی و حل مشکل از ما حمایت کرد. بالکن پر از خاک و مدفوع پرندگان بود. خیلی وقته تمیز نبودم فرش های اتاق پر از لکه و AC در فضای نشیمن بوی بد می دهد. نظافت باید بررسی شود و اتاق ها واقعاً نیاز به ارتقاء داخلی دارند.

خوبه ولی جای پیشرفت داره
واقعا هتل را دوست داشت. کارکنان دوستانه و دوستانه بودند. فریاد ویژه برای فی در پذیرایی که واقعاً از راه خود برای برطرف کردن یک نقص در رزرواسیون ما دست برداشت. Shehan در FandB نیز بسیار دوستانه بود. غذای سرو شده در شام خوشمزه بود! آفرین به سرآشپزها
حمام هتل به شدت نیاز به بازسازی دارد. برخی از لوازم حمام نیز زنگ زده بودند. همچنین یک ?مدیر رستوران؟ (مطمئن نیستم کی بود) که هنگام صبحانه با ما بدرفتاری کرد و از ما خواست که غذا را تمام کنیم و برویم زیرا دیگران منتظر نشستن بودند، حتی اگر یکی از ما هنوز غذا خوردن را تمام نکرده بود. قابل درک است که به دلیل تعطیلات، روز شلوغی بود، اما این حق را به او نمی داد که ما را ترک کند، به خصوص که برخی از ما تمام نشده بود. اگر ازدحام بیشتر پیش بینی می شد، باید تدابیر لازم اتخاذ شود.

An overnight stay, went up Jebel Hafeet and soaked up the atmosphere.
Peaceful location.
Unfortunately when we stayed they had had the worst storms in 75 years. This meant that the swimming pools were out of action as well as the fitness centre and the grounds.

Good
The location was easy to reach and near to most of landmarks, the room was clean and neat and smell’s good , we took breakfast with the room and it was delicious, tasty and fresh. All the facilities were available and timings were suitable.
The parking area a little bit far from the hotel entrance and no valet parking, the room cards and door reader were bad and we had to replace them 3 times and wasted long time and even after replacing sometime the reader don’t open the door, the last thing the Arabian lady on reception was a little bit rude and when we ask for a help she asked about the nationality she refused after knowing where we from she refused which left us with a feeling of racism.

Finding out after booking that that the Olympic pool is under construction. Checking in was chaotic Bath tub and fixtures need an upgrade.

Comfortable bed in a big room. Value for money. Staff are friendly. Pool is amazing.
We always have to change the key card because it is not working. Water was leaking from the bath tub even the curtain is inside the tub, which makes the bath room floor very wet.

Excellent food (dinner and breakfast) - good choice of menu and items, taste was also really good. Highly recommend for dinners & breakfast. Large family pool is operational.
Not much space to walk around in the property.. we went outside for walks.

Everything I liked, but one of the pools were closed , so we missed to avail that. I must appreciate Ms. Honey , the reception Manager, who helped us during checkin. She was very helpful and customer friendly.
The restaurant and their food service, including the restaurant Manager. The service crew were less , slow and unorganized. I personally found the restaurant Manager rude and unfriendly.

Our favourite in Al Ain
Always very good, we are repeat visitors. Great food, lovely staff, easily the best place in Al Ain for our family.
Not all of the pool area was open because of storm damage, but that's not the hotel's fault.

i liked the Room ., because there is no access for amenities in the night and all the amenities are under maintenance breakfast is good.

Very nice stay
Location, staff, landscaping We spend nice time at the property. Staff were very friendly. Location is amazing. We could enjoy each and every minute except few things. Highly recommended for family stay.
Issues in opening doors ( issues in access card or door hardware). All the time, I had to attempt over 20 times to open the door. It wasted my time more than an hour. Also, blockage in bath tub was huge issue. Shower mixer tap is not user friendly. Breakfast to be improved adding some chicken or fish dishes and any rice item. Better to guide guest how to operate lift and open the door (as few floors are located in down). I saw many of guests facing issue with these things. These suggestions are to improve the quality of the stay with my travel experience.

Pleasant but staff need to be more attentive and furnish the rooms appropriately
Room was very spacious and we were fortunate to be given a connecting room next door for extra family members. The breakfast was also excellent with lots of choice.
Suite with kitchen came with no kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, nothing! We were staying almost a week and were looking forward to eating and cooking in our room but couldn't since the cupboards were completely empty. We had to ask reception at least three times for kitchen equipment and it took several days for them to hear our complaints. The pool is a long walk away which is very impractical when you have children.
