Valet parking. Room service. Costumer service. Free internet. The reception changed my room when it had an issue with air-conditioning immediately with an upgraded room.
I did not have breakfast included with my reservation. It would have been very helpful to have a quick breakfast before you go on your busy days instead of looking for a place to have it. Adding breakfast to my reservation would have been expensive. So I ate outside daily. Price is just right if you're going to use the facilities at the hotel. But if you are using it mainly to sleep, it will be expensive.

The location, Room, cleanliness, and the friendly staff.
Well most of the staff are very helpful, but i have little concerns, one staff are kind of busy because as i requested to have a 2 beds to my room i booked, he gave me 1 king bed and he told me he will give 1 extra bed. as i requested i need 2 twin beds same as i booked online. but he keep insisted that he can only give 1 king bed and extra 1 bed for the room i booked, and i told him i booked 2 twin beds, pool view, beach view but still, he gave me the room i never booked! then when we arrived the room we are not happy and disappointed. then i came down to reception and discussed about my room and Mr. Louie assisted us regarding my room concerns and booking concerns. he help us to solve it Big thanks to Mr louie for helping us. to the guy who assisted us earlier ( i am not sure if you are arab guy, my advice please don't expedite your works to have more guests to entertain, better to work slowly but surely!) Thank you Ms. Vannesa , Full Horizon team, and the Chief. You make my wife happy during our stay THAnk you for the birthday cake "Kudos Team"

Hotel Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana - for us it was an ideal place for a family holiday. The service is top notch, the staff is very friendly. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Archin and Isma for their attentiveness and professionalism. We rented a family room with a sea view. The room is spacious, cozy and clean. The room had a washing machine and a kitchenette with a stove. All necessary utensils were brought upon request. The room had a beautiful view of the sea. The hotel also has its own beach, which is just a few steps away. The restaurant was not boring, every day we were offered varied and tasty dishes, we really enjoyed the Italian evening! The overall atmosphere of the hotel promotes complete relaxation and enjoyment of your holiday. We celebrated 2 of our birthdays here. We liked it so much that we canceled other hotel's reservations and extended our stay at the hotel 2 times (3 bookings! Archin and Isma thank you). And the hotel also congratulated us with a compliment. Thank you! I recommend Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana for those who are looking for the perfect combination of comfort, natural beauty and quality service.

Excellent staycation!!!
Excellent hotel and service. Amenities exceeded expectation. Great for a family staycation with activities on schedule. Breakfast at Horizon is at its best with a variety of choices. Great customer service from every staff from reception to housekeeping. Assistance is given the moment you step out of the car until you check out and leave the hotel lobby back to the car.
Overall the hotel and service was excellent. Family room was nice but needs to adjust the tv and preference of a fluffy pillow as the ones given were flattened after some time.

Fabulous views of the palace from this hotel.
The room was awesome! It was spacious with all the amenities, including slippers, bathrobe and toiletries. The view from my balcony was incredible! I could not believe how amazing the palace and the sunset was it was an amazing weekend. The trainer in the gym was also very helpful and the beach was great!
Guests should be allowed to take food to their room if they want, after all, we have paid for it. I couldn't understand the reason behind it, when we are allowed to order room service to the room, it's the same thing. After dinner I wanted to take a slice of cake to eat in room with a cup of tea and the manager on duty made a big deal about it when she saw me. Obviously, I didn't appreciate the drama, so I totally ignored her and the other 2 making a big deal about it and I went to my room and had my cake. I will be visiting this hotel again next month I am hoping not to have the same experience.

Great with need for some step forward.
I like the place but it is seen that the time has made it yours mission. Air conditioning was not ok because we can’t makes it to work properly, but it’s normal in this heavy weather and it’s hard to find the best solution. The staff was great and food also.
Check air conditioning and make some upgrades in rooms if we spoke about five stars hotel. Location is great and the staff also but you need to go with the flow otherwise concurrent will pass you.

Great hotel, really nice, amazing staff, great breakfast, good pool and beach
The hotel was spectacular, also the room! The staff was really nice, always help you with anything! The breakfast was great too, the beach area (where you can swim in the water) was small, but not crowded!
The location was not the best, because you have to go by taxi if you want to explore the city and you dont have much food oppurtunities.

Nice place for a family staycation
We were there for a staycation. Overall it was an excellent experience. One of the best properties we have visited. Ambience, staff members, pool, beach, dining everything were great 👍.
They did their best to manage the crowd as it was a public holiday. The queue for the breakfast was huge and the waiting time was more however considering public holiday it was managed properly.
