منوی صبحانه من 7 شب ماندم و تقریباً همین طور بود. منو بشدت نیاز به نگاه دارد و می‌توان گزینه‌های خوبی با ترکیبی از آسیایی و هندی اضافه کرد تا حس واقعی قاره‌ای را القا کند. بیشتر روزها سیب‌زمینی‌های پخته شده بود که یک بار هش قهوه‌ای ترد می‌شد. استراحت کم و بیش منو همان است. توصیه من صبحانه می تواند تجربه بسیار بهتری باشد.

The reception for customer service they are good,they entertain good for the guess,greetings smile and friendly,very accomodating,the ro is nice clean,except the bedsheet i change the comforter because like not dry nicely little wet and have smell because of maybe wash and not dry nicely,only this not ok but they give extra blanket,but its fine and good.

Breakfast was good, nice common area, good view from the room. Gym and pool on the roof were great. Food in room service was ok also. The was a flood during my stay so receptionists booked for me another hotel.
I stayed during the flood, so there was no internet for two days, then no water at some point, elevator was not working so I went minimum twice a day on 12th floor by foot.

Nice modern hotel. The room is quite small, but has everything you need. The rooftop pool with 4 sunbeds which were free on our days, it was nice. The staff is friendly and you were greeted very warmly from the moment you arrived. There are parking - indoor and outdoor, there are no problems with places, it is very convenient by car. Breakfast is good, but the dining room is small and there are a lot of people.
There are a lot of people at breakfast, but the dining room is small. Each breakfast began with a quest - find a place to sit, find plates, wait for cups/glasses, and ask the staff to bring out the forks. Perhaps you can come and have everything available - but then you have to come early in the morning. The breakfast itself was good, we didn’t leave hungry, and we had everything we needed.

Everyday cleaning was really great! New water and tea/coffee were brought in the room every day

Staff friendly and willing to help. Good location, next to Metro station and Emirates Mall. Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Good price.
We got a "Smoking room" even if we requested "Non Smoking room" and the receptionist said that he gave us a "Non Smoking room", despite the strong smell of smoke and the presence of an ashtray on the desk and chair damaged by a dropped cigarette. They promised another room for the day after but after we packed our belongings to change room it was not available yet and we had to wait one more night and unpack and repack a second time. The temperature in the room was a bit cold and it couldn't be adjusted. The second room, "Non smoking", had the "Goodnight, Sleep Well" lights over the bed not working. The staff started to use vacuum cleaner next to our room at 04.00 am and we woke up as the rooms are not so soundproof. Following a rainy day, the keys system stopped to work and we all had to request the receptionist to come to open the door and it took long time to get into the room. The same day the Wi-Fi was not working and this was very uncomfortable for us as European tourists. The elevators didn't work for 2 days. The staff didn't inform us of the Wi-Fi and elevators and keys system out of service, we found out by ourselves. The hot water finished after approximately 5 minutes of use and we had cold showers almost everyday. The staff came to fix the boiler two times but it didn't help much as the temperature was still not so warm.

Comfortable bed, nice room, clean, has all the facilities.
Firstly, they gave me a room with a toilet and shower for disabled. I found the door of the room opened, and on the TV, there was a welcoming message for another guest. I requested to change room. Not the best area to stay in Dubai but it's close to the Mall of Emirates and the metro. I could hear the lift from my room and there was no cold water in the shower.

The staff were very friendly & very helpful Naguib was such a great guy, he was so supportive The hotel various colors were perfect & created a very positive vibes The hotel is 5 minutes away from mall of the Emirates
The pool pictures were not so real & the it was cold The room was somehow narrow but it was okay with me It will be so fine to have a shuttle bus for Ibn Battuta Bus Station for people who are coming from Abu Dhabi

The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. The staff in the reception always had a smile. The location of the hotel was great as well, right next to Mall of the Emirates and close to the Metro. It is also in the sweetspot between Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall and Dubai Marina.
The breakfast area was a bit small, which led to cramped breakfasts on all days. We had to share table with other guests everyday. The breakfast itself was OK, nothing too fancy. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

The bed was comfy, location was great with walkable distance to Mall of Emirates, restaurants etc. Few minutes walk to catch a train as well. I liked how the staff was super friendly and how the rooms were cleaned daily
Cleanliness in the bathroom especially the corners of the wall tiles and floor should be improved. There was a littles stench in the bathroom as well. The breakfast could have more options but overall it wasn't bad. Besides these no other complaints
