I like it a lot is it so a comfortable home having everything you will need we were 6 people and we felt so comfortable in it, we face a problem with the dog but the owner of the apartment was so helpful he contacted the dog owner and he kept him in his house

I like spacious apartment,view,
You need a car to reach the center, especially if you have kids they can't walk distance, the building is under renovation there is little smell in the flat, no silk on the window of living room so I can not open it to enjoy fresh air without insect entering

Great location by itself - close to the Borjomi park and center. Stunning look from the balcony. Big and refreshing shower. The host was always online and met us in the late evening. The apartment is quiet and had everything needed to stay, including working washing machine. It doesn't have AC, but it is actually not needed - the city is in the mountains, and there were windy enough, so we didn't miss the AC at all. The bedroom window and balcony door have mosquito nets. On-site parking is great. The car was always nearby entrance. Remote check-out was great. Lots of space overall, felt good!
As always, there is something to improve! Balcony door mosquito net is broken a bit at the bottom, making it possible for some bugs to pass through. There were no good lighting or advertisements at the entrance gates, so it wasn't easy to spot the proper turn 😅 There were a few local (?) dogs, which woofed every time they saw people, and it wasn't pleasant. Also, it didn't feel safe to walk around with my own pet dog while those dogs followed and woofed. Some dishes weren't clean, and the shower had some hair on the floor. Bed in the bedroom and bunk bed were a bit jelly: possibly some screws need to be tightened. The building is not finished yet, so sometimes there was no light outside the apartment on the entire floor, sometimes elevator doors stuck (but unstuck by themselves after timeout). Not something to improve, just a side note - the elevator requires a code key to work, so if you check out or check in remotely, you'll need to use stairs instead of an elevator when you don't have the key.

This is perfect apartment, good price, nice design, cozy rooms with balcony. The apartment had everything we needed. Сlean and quiet. very nice view from the window.
the entrance is still strange because of the repair. Although we did not hear any noise of repair.but that's probably all

Its nice apartment, the owner is helpful
..The window of the children room is above the bed of the parent room, 😂u cant rest at night,children can see parent room from their window 😉no privacy,but in general its nice apartment

קומה 6 בבניין בשיפוץ. מעט מסרבל כניסה עם מזוודות (יש מעלית).אין מזוג אויר.היינו בסוף יולי היה בסדר כשפתחנו דלת ממול

Квартира сама чистая уютная, в доме проходит ремонт.
Дом снаружи не уютный, но думаю после ремонта там станет красиво.Ночью во всем доме горел свет только в 2ух квартирах.Поэтому было страшно)))

Недалеко от центра, отличный вид на горы, тепло, в недавном прошлом стильный ремонт был. Недорого. Наличие русских каналов ТВ.
На двухъярусной кровати спать невозможно, она разболтана, шатается и нижнее спальное место провалено до пола, матрацы "умерли" несколько лет назад, пружины впиваются в тело. На раскладном диване тоже спать невозможно, разница в высоте подушек примерно 8-10 см. Люстра в гостиной/кухне перегорела и светится только 1 лампочка, чайник включается через раз, крышка сломана. Проблемы с горячей водой в ванной. Дверь в душевой отсутствует, вода льется прямо на пол, зато под кроватью в основной спальне склад битого стекла, отсутствует туалетная бумага и на просьбы исправить ситуацию игнорирование.

Wanneer je graag eens logeert in een typisch oostblok appartement en door het gebouw en de locatie doorkijkt, is dit appartement heel erg goed. Host supervriendelijk. Het appartement is zoals het op de fotos getoond wordt
Centrale inkomhal doet wat raar aan en is ook niet echt netjes.
