Go here for your planning night in kutaisi
The host is an extremely kind lady! A real mother figure wanting to make sure everything is ok with the very large room, beautiful bathroom,.. She showed us some local spots we should visit and even some for our next destination further into the country. We also drank some of their homemade wine (which was delicious) and the very big breakfast they offered as well. To say it short; amazing location, great help finding local spots and a very friendly host!

Excellent value for money stay with an extremely friendly host
The room is very spacious and has comfortable bedding. It has a heater which heats adequately during the winter period when we stayed. No AC available and can’t comment about summer months. Has a fridge and a basic kitchen with enough utensils. The owner Nino is a very friendly grandma kind of person who is very helpful and is an excellent cook. We had requested additional dinner which was provided at a nominal fee of 20lari/person but it also included complimentary wine and she had given biscuits and wafers for the kids and the food was really nice. She also woke up at 5 AM to see us off and gave coffee before leaving. Definitely recommended
The location is on an uphill but it was not an issue for us as we came by car. The toilet was not attached but it was just outside our room so not much of an issue. The toilet temperature was a bit cold but the water in the shower was hot and as was the water in the tap.

Hospitality at its finest!
We like the hospitality of the host and her family. Everyone is so kind and warm. From the moment we arrived until we depart, we did not experience any difficulty or any problem. Nino and her family is an excellent host! They are very welcoming and so nice! Nino makes us delicious local dishes (so yummy) and makes us feel comfortable. Beso is a good guide and he even took us excellent photos. We will definitely come back! 🫰🏻❤️

"The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They offered sightseeing tours at a very reasonable price, which added great value to our stay. The apartment was comfortable, and everything was really good. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely choose Apartment Beso for our next trip!"

Wonderful place and Nice View , value for money.
We like the bacony , it is kitchen attached, I like the Host how she explains the things every points to care and dos and don'ts, comfort on the beds, kitchen room bigger, those who want very hot during the winter without kitchen room is best. it has two room with and without but both are fine for who going as a big family around 6-8poeple, we went 4adult 4children with 1infant. and those who want to pickup from airport it is available for good price and they will offer for tour service if we require so those who want to book here you will get benefit for tour also with reasonable price.
Nothing to point for this property we like it, everything is well for short stay and it is value for money for middle class people.

Highly Recommended Family Stay, Kind and Helpful
Host Nino was very kind and arranged us all the things required such as commute, food and utilities etc., Location is very peaceful BTW close to city center. My 2Y old kid and wife had pleasant stay. Nino arranged us for site seeing and intercity transport which really helped is to stick with our itinerary. Highly recommended for families

Reasonable and homely stay
The owner is very kind and helpful. Her son took us to the main sites of kutaisi like canyon, promethus cave , waterfalls, lake for the whole day. We paid 200 lari for the private tour. Ir was comfortable and enjoyable. Beso even did our laundry and laid it all on our bed , washed, dried, and ready. I recommend this apartment for a homely feel in your stay in kutaisi.
Its not walkable from downtown but we have the botanical garden and an amusement park nearby. Also the taxi is easily available through app in just a few lari.

The host was very friendly and gave us recommendations about day trips in the local area. She made us tea and coffee in the morning. We bought dinner and we were highly satisfied. We were served a range a local Georgian food and it was all homemade, fresh and tasty. We bought some homemade wine from the host. Bathroom was quite big compared to other properties in Georgia.
We didn't use the swimming pool in the end

Amazing hosts. Flexible regarding check in times, great communication (no English but google translate is your friend), they organised excursions for us (against an extra fee) and great Turkish coffee. Loved it.

The staff very friendly and helpful. The room was big in a quiet place.
Nothing relevant to say. Maybe mentioning that the staff does not speak English, just Georgian or Russian. And if you are not able to speak at least in one of these languages, the communication will be difficult.

nino is a wonderful host, very caring, always there when you need, if you need to get somewhere, she will offer places times, etca, youll get all the help you need. her son, beso, is an example of perfect patienece, he was driving us everywhere, stopping everywhere we needed, letting us have all the fun in the car. this family is amazing, good hosts, good prices, good people. i advise this place to everyone❤️

Good value for the money you paid . But read my comments
I rented 3 rooms , 2 was very good and new and 1 was old
The house is really far from the downtown and its on hill, The old room has no AC and no private bathroom and it was inside the owner house the owner (Nino) is nice and kind person but she was a little bit concerned and give to much instructions about house rules and repeated the same instructions several times which was not comfortable for us and she was demanding on cleaning before we go and return everything to its place.

Good value for money, not far from the center, son of the hostess is able to get you from/to the airport or to/from some sights at the area (for additional payment). Nice cathedral nearby and coffee from the hostess.
Was a bit cold inside at the beginning, later was solved with the help of hostess, minor drawbacks inside the room like a small crack in one of the windows, but it's ok.

Everything you will need in Kutaisi
Wonderful place. Beautiful view on green side area of Kutaisi and mountains in the background. A very nice and caring owner will take care of everything you need. She will suggest local places or a trip outside the city. Additionally, has delicious wines and delicious food on offer. We didn't have to worry about a taxi to (and from) the airport. The place is clean, neat and well-kept. I definitely recommend it.

Perfect place to stay when arriving to Kutaisi
The host was incredible. Nino not only served us dinner (20 GEL) and breakfast (10 GEL), but showed the shortest way to the monastery and came with us for an evening stroll. Before arrival she sent detailed instructions how to find the place and met us at the gate smiling and welcoming. We did not have time to try the swimming pool- that we will do the next time when we come back again. Nino, you are fantastic!

Great spot for the budget and food is amazing
It’s just few minutes drive from Kutaisi city , parking is available inside the property, Host is really friendly even she can’t speak well she always use google translate to express herself in such a way . Everything you need you can request from her and she will provide that with big smile , she is a great cook , you can request dinner from her , food is amazing and it’s organic .

It is very close the bargeti church. Peaceful area and a lovely host. Very friendly and welcoming. It was good to sit in the balcony and relax.
Very far from the city area, up the hill. So it’s for people who want to stay a bit away from the city hustle. But no way you can go out and eat from the restaurant especially if you have kids. It felt warm inside the room despite the heavy wind outside and there was no fan/ ac.

Great location and Georgian atmosphere. Amazing view from the balcony. Mrs. Nino is very warm and deliciously cooks at a good price. Her son Beso is a great driver. I remember it very well. I'm coming back. I recommend it!

Instructions regarding arrival will come from the host on whatsapp and with attached videos. The host, although she doesn't speak English, can handle everything with the help of a translator, advise what to do in the area or where to go. The room has a fridge, stove, balcony, everything can be used. You have rented basically one room in the house, but it is separated by a corridor, so it is quiet. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine also separate from both the room and everything else in the house. The hostess has her own. On arrival we were greeted by the whole family and two friendly dogs, very pleasant. Within walking distance of the centre, very close to Bagrati´s Cathedral. Price great, I recommend!
The fridge can only be completely closed with the hook. The hostess has a washing line stretched from the balcony to the nearest tree where she hangs her own laundry, access to it is only via the balcony in the rented room, but the hostess always asks politely via whatsapp if she can come in and take the laundry down. The pool is small, under the window and basically almost from the room window you can already get your hand wet in the water.

Nice short stay, close to city centre.
We didn't spend much time at the property, but it met all our requirements. Our host was very welcoming and nice, she got in contact with us right after booking via whatsapp, got all the info to be sure what we need. We arrived from airport with rental car, but she also offered transfer from airport or you can ask her about car rental options. There were no problems to find the location, they had a sign visible from street and google got us close enough. We arrived very late (around 2:00 or 3:00) but our host stayed up and met us upon arrival. She also offered breakfast, which was very nice. Room had a nice balcony.
We had a very short stay at property and it met all our expectations. Room has a gas heater, host turned it on before our arrival and it was sufficient, we were also offered extra blankets, but those were not needed, we come from colder climate and felt good. Bathroom next to the room but with entrance from outside, it meant you have to transit cold area, but we didn't see it as a problem. Walls and floor slabs are thin and uninsulated, so sound travels easily, but the neighbourhood is mostly quiet.

I liked the view through window, i liked location, I liked the price.
I didn’t like the owner was obnoxious. Also we ordered two rooms, one of them wasn’t ready to move in i mean unprepared, cold room, the bed broke after sitting on it :))

Warning! worst place in Kutaisi.
literally nothing
-the place is on the hill, it's hard to reach it by walking. but that's nothing, prepare for the next :) -old slippers with a hole (sic!) -two big scary dogs, they fought with some local stray dogs a few times -very old uncomfortable matresses -very old pillow; it is too hard and without a pillowcase -no consumables: no shampoo, etc. -the photos are misleading: the bathroom is a separate room without heating! very, very cold. -old small hair dryer -the room has a wall gas heater - so the air is super dry -Nino broke into our room withour asking. There is no any cleaning, so there are zero reasons to visit the room. -Nino tries to make a good impression - asks everything about you with a smile, offers her son to pick you up, to travel with him - but for doubled price (!) comparing to a taxi -Nino demanded a good review! -as you can see, Nino offences people (!) if the review is not good for her. Let see what she will made up about me. -when I said the the slippers has holes, she told me to leave no review at all. so now I will ask Nino to leave no comments at all :)

Low cost room with no air conditioning
It was near to Bagrati Cathedral. The hostess was very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was good. The only positive thing we felt there was the amiable and pleasant behaviour of the hostess. Even though she didn't know English she made attempts to communicate to us using google translate.
1)The room had very basic facilities without any windows and there was no air conditioning. 2) The blankets and bedsheet were rough and uncomfortable. We spent one night there during this summer but we weren't able to sleep as there was no airconditioning. If you keep the door open to let some fresh air in, then flies and moths will make their way into the room. 3) We found a 5mx3m tank which was the "swimming pool" with no water inside. 4) The house is located in an ascent which makes it difficult to access by walking. The car parking provided is at a downhill location in the property and can only be parked with the help of the host. 5) Toiletries and bath towels provided were of cheap quality.

Don't expect much
The hospitality was very nice and the place is clean,they give you coffee,candy,jam and fruits,they came and picked us from the airport and they are trying to help you as much as possible honesty the place is good for just sleeping but don't expect much, The view and the price are the best things in the place.
The place looks different from the pictures, same elements but not like the photos, the swimming pool is nothing alike it's completely different, honesty the place is good for just sleeping but don't expect much, just know that there are dogs there and nino comes in our neighbor's room while they are outside to do dry the laundry in their terace every day which is not nice and the Air conditioner is just heating not cold at all and we were forced to keep room door and window open all night but overall the place is nice for the price.

The view in the morning. The boy Beso was a good boy.
Mrs Nina was not communicating well with us. She was not flexible with check out time, We reached 12 midnight and she was repeatedly insisting and asking to leave the Hotel at 12:00. She also sent message next morning to leave the room at 12:00. She was too much careful and giving unnecesaarly instructions about room care. She also asked the taxi driver where are we going when we left the Hotel, she has No right to know. Tolilet was outside the room, We asked her to change it with another free room but she refused.

Stay here if you want to stay in near the city center, and if you’re able to be home by curfew :P
the location was great. we were far enough away from the city traffic but close enough that it was an easy walk to the city center. the view from the balcony was also incredible and the beds were very comfortable.
they advertise a pool that you can swim in. The pool was brown green and not swimmable. The host pressured us multiple times to spend money, and a couple of times tried to trick us into giving them money for things we did not consent for. I had a friend arriving to the accommodation at a later time than I did, who was fine with taking the bus for 5 GEL. I was put in a position by the host to join them in picking up my friend at 4 AM so they could charge us 40 GEL for it. The host was also very invasive in our privacy, constantly messaging me throughout my stay, asking what I was doing and when I’d be home. think of staying with an overprotective mother. if you are new to traveling, you should not stay here. there seems to be a lot of rules not listed in the advertisement that should to clear things up. BIG NOTE: the door to the accommodation DOES NOT LOCK. after interacting with the host, it feels like that was done on purpose so she can peruse through your stuff while you’re gone ( guess what, she did that to us!)

Прекрасное место, красивый вид, приятные, заботливые и внимательные хозяева. За приятную цену мы получили уютный номер с кондиционером и ванной комнатой. Рядом старинный монастырь, недалеко бьет родник с вкусной водой, до магазина ближайшего минут 7 спуститься с горы.
Сложно найти, в приложении был указан неверный адрес из за чего такси потерялось и пришлось звонить в отель.
