Nice location, friendly staff.
1. The shower in the room was somewhat broken (shoot like a fountain on 360 degrees), and was quickly replaced. 2. The bathroom door wasn't closing completely, so there were always some drafts 3. Windows were looking into the garden nearby, overhead strain dogs barking every night.

Reception staff were so friendly and helpful - printing out boarding passes, getting bottled water Location - there were shops, fast food places, restaurants, wine bars near by - within walking distance. If you get the BOLT app - then it was easy to get around in taxis. It was close to most centre attractions (within 15 minutes taxi ride) and Tbilisi City Centre had a lot to offer. (see photos) Room was large - air con, heating, powerful shower, usual bath amenities. Quiet location. Don't let the broken cars in the courtyard put you off, once inside, the place was fine. There is large park next door - peaceful and pretty. Breakfast - local food, wide variety, nice choices. Some fresh fruit would have made it even better.
Cleaning staff could have smiled or responded when you greeted them. BUT otherwise there was nothing to complain about - room was perfectly functional, clean and suitable for our staycation.

no hair dryer. Except for one staff member, no one could speak a word of English. No window view. sheets could be cleaner. no elevator. the fridge was a disaster as it barely worked. no bedside tables. breakfast was so so. faucets were separate, etc.

Really nice staff and the breakfast is great! Also the location next to the Park is amazing.
The rooms are quite loud. Doors are not well isolated, woke up a lot of times cause of drunk guests.

I like the quality of the facility they provide. Very comfortable bed, temperature control inside the room, and a fully fitted toilet. Breakfast was also good and healthy. I loved the location which is closer to everything you need in a city. If I travel next time, I will book this hotel for sure.

The location of the hotel is good but had to search for the entrance as it is not clear from the first time and there are lots of halal restaurants nearby. The staff are nice and so friendly.
For room service you have to call them not daily. No kettle in the room as it would have been a great add on

Great communication, staff was very nice. We liked the cozy and modern room setup with a wall-to-wall bed.
In our standard double room, the bathroom - which was spotless and very modern - had a layout we did not like. The shower is located in the middle of the room and there is no curtain or glass. The whole room is wet after taking a shower, and entering&leaving means drying your feet again.

Beautiful room! Literally so aesthetic. It's not big but has everything u need in there.
Terrible breakfast. The bathroom door opens outwards and carries a little of the shower water inside the room with it. The toilet is actually a little see through so not family friendly.

We stayed there twice. Good location in the calm backyard. The building and rooms are new. The staff was very pleasant. We stayed there at the new year and the hotel invited all the guests with wine, cheese and sweets. It was so lovely. The breakfast was good. You can make tea and coffee anytime.
The only problem for us was the cigarettes smell in the rooms. We don't smoke, and the smell was annoying. All our clothes and the staff in the backpacks smelt when we returned home.

The room. It was difficult to go the bath room due to the door. The room was tiny and dark. There were no hangers for clothes. The window was broken. The television system did not function. It was situated in a backyard which was messy.

The room was nit the one we booked and it was so small on third floor without elevator, we paid and go to our rooms and after we saw the situation asked for cancelation but they paid back only half of our money. Also the entrance and entire hotel was from almost inside a parking lot and was awfull

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the metro station, which made getting around the city easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfasts were delicious, offering a good variety of options to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

One man of the reception was very helpful.
The dishes for breakfast wasn’t clean. One woman at the reception was stressed and not very kind. The court of the hotel is not welcoming, as it is untidy with an old damaged car.

I liked absolutely nothing, its horrendous if i start naming all the bad things in this hotel i wouldn’t finish
The hotel was extremely bad everything about it from hospitality to the stay was so bad, there were cockroaches on the bed and the staff couldn’t provide even an extra blanket for the reason that it was summer and they just wouldn’t provide more blankets only for that reason even tho im pretty sure there were more locked up in a room somewhere in the hotel, because we wanted an extra blanket (the blanket is soooo thin you barely feel covered). The walls are thinner than a cardboard box that you feel like you practically live in the streets with everyone else with how the sounds are transmitted. There was a georgian household wall to wall with the hotel and the sounds from there were horrible with all the kids, there was a guy who was trying to fix his car right underneath the hotel and he was revving it so loud several times each day and it woke me up so many times while i was trying to sleep. The location of the hotel is so bad, in front of it is practically a junkyard and which is the most horrible view a hotel can have. The rooms were extremely small like even the standard room was so small too Don’t even get me started with the bathrooms. The shower heads were dirty, the shower and the toilet had no separating walls so you needed to get everything wet in the bathroom when you took a shower, very inconvenient. The bathroom had transparent glass walls so it was visible to the one sitting in the room, good luck with your privacy. i wanted them to change the shower heads at least but they didn’t help. My parents are coming for my graduation and this is the hotel we initially booked, very big mistake. We just spent one night out of the 4 nights that we were supposed to stay but we couldn’t handle anything anymore from the first night and we went to another hotel as soon as we got the chance. For anyone who is trying to book in this hotel, please don’t, just runaway while you can.

Great location in this area with a lot of cool bars and good restaurants.
The hotel looks WAY better in the pictures. The main issue was definitely the bathroom since the shower was in the middle of it and every time we took a shower the water splashed everywhere (including the towels, toilet seat and toilet paper), and the bathroom was never completely dry. Other minor issues were for example only 2 pillows (while most of the hotels I know offer 4 - two per person - and I particularly need a pillow to put between my legs to sleep comfortably), poorly illuminated room, no full body mirror in the room, cold coffee in the breakfast, and very indiferent personal (we wanted to ask for some tips and ask a question about transportation, but felt the receptionist was not very approachable. The guy was all the time on the computer and didn't move his head or looked us in the eyes every time we passed through the reception).

The property is located at a very good location at the Davit Aghmashenebeli street. Overall okay experience for us.
Our room was smallish with no provision for a hot water kettle. The bathroom door was faulty and did not close properly.

It is a three-floor building without an elevator. Going up and down is really exhausting. It doesn't have a boutique feel about it. The rooms are compact. You could hear what neighbours are doing in their room (you know what I mean). Not worth it.

It was an awful place to stay. It's an apartment hotel surrounded by a bunch of drunks and racist people who reacted aggressively to the parking area. I don't recommend this place for families. There isn't an elevator, so you have to carry your luggage to the 3rd floor. The room didn't have a fridge, and it took a while to get assistance from other available rooms. Overall, it's not a good place to stay, especially if you've rented a car
The pictures of the property are not real. The apartment area is surrounded by old houses, and most of the residents are often intoxicated and unfriendly towards guests. The staff are nice people, but they are not even safe from the rough neighborhood. I'll reiterate, it's not a hotel; it's an apartment with misleading pictures on Booking.com

One of the worst stays ever, no lie ✌ people at the reception mostly don't speak English, breakfast leaves much to be desired, but the worst and most important part are leaving rooms - total disaster! While the building seems to be refreshed, they definitely wanted to make the most of the available space, so the rooms for two people can in fact barely accommodate one, you simply cannot move while the other person is standing! And the moooost annoying discovery - a COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT SHOWER ROOM inside the apartment, how about that huh? 😁 let's get to know each other, no secrets dear 😉

Helpful staff, nice breakfast, good location.
Unfortunately the room did not meet our expectations at all. They call it a Standard room, however in the pictures on the site the room was different. We were located in the mansard and it was not comfortable at all. The roof on your head. We were told that this was a standard room as well. The staff said that there were no other rooms left, so this is the last one they can offer. Some other uncomfortable things. - The bathroom door was a big struggle to open and close. Very uncomfortable. - No minibar or refregirator in the room - We were not provided drinking water on a daily basis until we requested it from the staff. - No cleaning in the room until requested. The last awful part of our stay was that next to our hotel there was an open air cafe, and till late night we were not able to sleep because there were a lot of people laughing loudly, yelling and even fighting. So I believe the hotel should do something and agree with neighbours that the latest time to laugh and yell should be 11 or 11 30 PM.
