I honestly couldn't be more impressed. Value for money is just beyond expectation. The bed, location, room, bathroom, facilities, everything was excellent. I can not recommend Philia's guest house highly enough.

A very comfortable stay with lovely hosts
How hosts were very helpful and friendly. The kitchen was available for us to make tea and coffee. Breakfast was extra but well worth it.

guesthouse is very beautiful and comfortable for stay and very close to the center. Owners of the house are very polite and kind persons. I would like to stay there another time too. big recommendation.
Everything is appropriate for the price, even better. There are dogs outside near the street so should be careful.

Highly recommend you to stay at Philia’s!
Phillia and Vako are like your Georgian grandparents. They are super kind even though they don’t speak English. They try their best to help and look out for you. You stay in the room right next to theirs. The house is spacious and beautiful. I had an unfortunate and terrible experience with the guesthouse next door, TMT guesthouse(super unkind and rude, just want your money so please stay away). Philia and Vako were inquiring what happened and looking out for me. They even drove me to my next place.
I liked everything. I would be back!

There was a parking on the street. They received us very well, pretty late at night. The house is big nice with many rooms.
The bed was not too comfortable - a bit squeaky.

Delicious breakfast, clean appartement, I really recommend.
The appartement was very clean and cozy. We had incredibly tasty breakfast and the host offered us a melon, what was very pleasant after exhausting day. The host babusha Luisa was pretty nice and I really recommend to stay here.

The placement is perfect to visit Sighnaghi. The room are very comfortable and the staff is adorable. Don’t miss the breakfast as it is delicious and there is so much to eat it can be a brunch

We loved our time there so much we extended our stay!
Located in a quiet lane, just a few mins walk from the centre. The rooms are large, clean and homely. The hosts are the real deal though. They’re so warm, nice and generous, offering an amazing breakfast spread! The most hospitable experience in Georgia.

Lovely local place
Amazing homemade breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Good location a short walk to the centre of town. The highlight for us was Philia and the other staff at the guesthouse who were very friendly and helped us with travel.

Hosts are very nice and kind Georgian couple. I got a dog bite in Signaghi and they looked after me like their own family. I deeply appreciate their help and kindness. Also, price was so cheap and breakfast is really nice. Best home made Khachapuri and omelet. Thank you, Vano and Philia♡

Welcoming, clean, views, delicious breakfast, washing machine available, great value.
The hostess is warm and welcoming, she cooks a delicious breakfast if requested, the guesthouse is spotless with beautiful views and a washing machine with drying lines is available.
The guesthouse is located a short walk up hill to the central area but the road is very rough. Such a lovely guesthouse deserves to have the road repaved!

Philia and her husband were amazing hosts, so friendly and kind. A delicious, huge breakfast in the mornings! The room was large and comfortable. The guest house is well located with a beautiful view over the mountains. We will definitely return!

The location of this place is just 600 mtrs away from the center of the city . The rooms are nice and huge. The owner of the guesthouse - Luiza , Livan and Mino run the place. They are extremely warm and very caring and helpful. Unfortunately we had to take our daughter to the hospital while we were there . Mino and Livan helped us in finding a hospital , and also helped us communicate with the doctor at the hospital. They even stayed up until we were back to the guesthouse which was 4 am in the morning! We found this exceptional and very touching. After staying up until early morning, Luiza (grandma) cooked up amazing homemade gerogian breakfast. We would highly recommend this property ! These guys are exceptional !

Beautiful guesthouse in central Sighnaghi
We had a lovely stay in Philia's guesthouse, although she didn't speak english, we managed to communicate via google translate. The house is beautiful and a great experience itself, the room was clean and well-equipped for a few nights stay. Definitely stay for her breakfast, it was so delicious! I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Beautiful house, gracious host, but outdated bed and furnishings.
The house was beautiful and the host was gracious, welcoming and friendly.
The air conditioning was broken. And only circulated humid hot air and was needed as the windows open to the main hall of the house. The bed was very old and noisy, for two people we woke each other out multiple times a night.

Feels like at Georgian home
Everything was good, the grandma arranged a taxi to Airport, we had a nice breakfast, amazing view from balcony.
The door of bedroom was with glass with curtains, so, did not have isolation. It was hard to balance cold and hot water in the shower.

Tranquil place, worth to take!
There is a huge room with comfortable bed. Host is helpful. There is a great hill view from a terrace. We enjoyed this quiet and serene place. There is a free parking place across a road. Not far from the City Tower.
