Wonderful

Due to early morning departure they could not arrange the breakfast, stay was very comfortable and amazing for everyone. Host and his family was very good and helped us.

Great for families

We felt very welcome from the start, communication with the host was exceptional, and the house itself has a great atmosphere: high ceilings, lots of light, beautiful interior and garden, and in a quiet area of the city. We were able to park the car. The property is not very centrally located, but for us it was an advantage even, it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was amazing too, thank you, Tamra! I would definitely stay again

Felt genuine Georgian hospitality and a warm house.

Staff was very nice, we are thankful for the tip on the local very good restaurant, which shows that staff was honest. We’ve been offered very good Turkish coffee, calm neighbourhood.

Great house. Great hospitality. Loved it.

House was clean. Room was cleaned. Vintage house vibes. House lady was very friendly.
Then mentioned queen size beds are different from other regions. Be mindful of that. They are a bit small.

It felt like we were staying at a family vacation house where it was so comfortable, clean and lovely.

Tamta made us feel like we are family and made our stay feel like we really are on vacation. There was. o stress, it was quiet, very clean, and the breakfast spread was more than we can finish! Thank you for the lovely stay! We will try to come back!

Unforgettable stay at this charming old villa-like family home. Can't wait to return soon!

Unforgettable stay at this charming old villa-like family home. The house is reminiscent of good old times and is decorated with family heirlooms, and musical instruments, and is surrounded by beautiful plantations, like grape vines and palm trees. The rooms were very comfortable with separate bathrooms. The host arranged direct transportation for us from Kutaisi Airport and offered both home-cooked authentic Georgian breakfast, dinner, and also homemade wine. They also have a very lovely dog which was an absolute delight. When our time came to leave the host also was very kind to take us to the bus station by car. We felt at home very much. I can't wait to return soon!
Cannot think of a thing. It was a fantastic stay!

Very Good

A good place to stay if you are coming to Kutaisi from Tbilisi by train and have an early flight in the morning. A kind hostess who spoiled us with her wine and fruit from the garden. Shops and fast food restaurants are nearby. Good price!
There was no place to hang outerwear and a relatively cool shower room.

Great place to stay!

Guest House Hello is the best choice for every traveler in Kutaisi. Great place to stay for several reasons: super warming house, cool territory and delicious breakfast. House owners are very hospitable and polite. They even described to us where to eat and how to ride to Batumi. Absolutely recommend this place to stay!

Loved the warmth of the hostess and Louie the dog

Warm and welcoming homestay with a mix of the modern and the old. Loved the decor with piano, old bookcases etc. I had mistakenly booked for 1 person but hostess was gracious enough to accommodate an extra person. Basic amenities in the room but enough.
Little bit of a walk from all the attractions. Wifi was a bit patchy and could have been better.

This is a lovely family home with parquet floors, high ceilings, balconies and a private garden. About 10 mins walk from the city centre. Decor is finished to a high standard and is aesthetic as well as comfortable. The owner is welcoming, very helpful and generous and made us feel instantly at ease. She served a super tasty breakfast which is really good value at set us up for the day. You can help yourself to tea and coffee from the kitchen any time. Highly recommended guesthouse.

Wonderful

Lovely people, very warm and welcoming. Especially mother and son Zaza. Dog is a friendly giant too. Just a fine place to stay for a night or two. Very clean and easy going place. Salamanders in the garden and huge giant shared kitchen as a bonus. Pretty quiet neighbourhood, we slept really well.
I wouldn't say dislike, but the beds are a little bit soft and squeaky (as are most beds in guest houses) and the place is next to the railway station but a 15-20 min walk to the centre. Absolutely not a problem if you are a bit of a hiker or plan to go outside of Kutaisi anyway

I can’t imagine the best stay in Kutaisi .

The owner was very helpful and she loves kids ❤️ and the breakfast was excellent!
The beds was a bit noisy as we were with a baby it was a bit tricky to be in quiet as he was sleeping

The best place I’ve state throughout Georgia.

Convenient location: Stores and main drag within walking distance. • Serene and quiet atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful getaway. • Clean and cozy room: Made me feel right at home. • Well-equipped kitchen: Convenient for preparing meals. • Beautiful surroundings. • Bright ambiance: Added to the overall charm of the guest house. • Owner’s hospitality: Friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. • Owner’s generosity: Went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. • Well-constructed modern bathroom: Separate shower area added to the comfort.
- No small cooking pan: It would have been helpful for preparing certain meals. - No microwave: Having a microwave would have added a lot more convenience. Despite these minor points, I still had a wonderful experience overall

Very clean guest house with great location. Few minutes walk to city center. They have very nice garden, where you can enjoy your time. Amazing host ready to help with everything and their dog is the cutest and most friendly one I have ever seen. Highly recommended

Home away from home In Kutaisi

The best place to stay, feels like at home. Actually it is a real home with great hosts, ready to do their best for every single guest. Clean and tidy room, very comfy bed, delicious breakfast specially prepared in the morning(strongly recommend, you’ll be surprised and really enjoyed). Many thanks for that!!! Center of the city is not far from here, 10 minutes walking distance, lots of cafés, small shops and nice places, big supermarket is just around the corner. Will definitely stay here again if my travels bring me back to Kutaisi.

Everything is beautiful in this homestay and owners are great young familly 😊, even the 8 years old daughter was trying hard to make our stay more pleasant, thank you. Rooms are very clean and you have beatuful shared kitchen for use , litle garden and shade from trees. We parked our motorcycles inside the yard and its short walk to the center of the town, markets and pharmacy even the hospital just across the street. Thank you guys 😍

Recommend this friendly guest house for a short and budget friendly stay :)

We liked breakfast, it was exceptional and very delicious (you can pay extra for it). The location is also good, easy to walk to the city centre. The room was clean. Overall great value for money. Owners are friendly, welcoming and they offer tours to their guests.
We booked double room with one double bed, however there were two separate beds which was a little uncomfortable. Also, even though the walls are thick, the door is thin and you can hear everything. Moreover there was a little miscommunication regarding pickup from the airport: we told flight number and time when the plane lands, however our plane was a little bit late and they didn’t check the arrival in real time. As a result, we had to wait an hour for a pickup.

Hosts are very helpful and nice.
Bathroom was very cold. In spring, summer or autumn it's probably not a problem, but unfortunately in december it was uncomfortable.
