if you want to feel like at home, the hotel is the best for your stay in Tbilisi. the staff was very friendly and helpful. We came very late at night, but it was not a problem. the rooms are clean and comfortable. the surroundings are not loud. We could sleep well. the laundry is available. the best breakfast: home made pancakes and cheese from farmers. The breakfast time was resheduled earlier as we had to leave in the morning. In the evening we had a cosy evening in their restaurant.

Very nice cosy little hotel, location is just great, walking distance to all major attractions. Rooms are fairly small but very cosy, breakfast was very good, hotel staff super friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit again!

the bathroom is not equipped with a shower curtain and the water splashes everywhere making the floor very wet and uncomfortable to walk on

The hotel is absolutely magnificent, leading to a relaxing and zen atmosphere throughout. It is extremely clean and the staff are very kind and helpful. There is free car park and the location is perfect: close to the old city centre and yet, very quiet.
The only thing we would mention is that breakfast is only served from 09:00 to 10:00, or outside of this window for an additional fee.

room was very small, the light in the bathroom didn't work, wifi connection didn't work inside my room, the hotel only accepted cash, they came before 12:00 to ask me to check out, and then as i sat outside no one even went to clean my room (i could've stayed in there a bit longer).

New hotel
It was difficult to carry suitcases up the very steep steps to the third floor, the TV in the room did not work, and we had to jump on the beds because they have very high legs. The repairs are not finished yet, very noisy, it was impossible to rest after the journey.

A hotel in a great location but...
After being asked to pay in advance and I did. Officially, with proper invoices and through registered company. BUT all my group (20 people) was kept outside and not let into the rooms until from my private account I had to transfer to the hotel's owner's personal account around 400 euros. They manager was hiding some payments, they were aware I paid my bills but still created situation full of intimidation and stress to make me pay extra money just so my group could be let in to the hotel. They called it force major and already more than 3 weeks passed, I haven't seen this money. No apologies, blaming on their own manager, whom they hired and who was owning money to them. It was illegal, I could call to police, but knowing how slow some things work, I couldnt keep people in the rain and paid, with a hope getting time to find solution and also just understand why I need to pay someone's debt while me as a client did all responsibilities. Anyways. This was experience like from soviet movies, so called aferisti. One of the worst experiences I had to face in Georgia from years traveling there. This hotel is reported to tourism board and hotel association. DONT STAY HERE.NOT SAFE.

I had maybe one of the worst experiences so far. I paid for two nights because I was supposed to arrive early in the morning. I asked if there was the possibility to check-in around 5-5:30 a.m. and they agreed but when I arrived, after a very long journey, there was NOBODY at the reception and I had to stay there and wait until someone came and called the hotel director. I was lucky that at least the front door was open. I went to sleep at 8 a.m.!! They promised to give me back the money for the first night but they never did it and they are still ignoring me until today. Over all very bad communication, not professional at all!

It was close enough to the Turkish Bath area, that is what we wanted however the walk was very difficult because the sidewalks were very uneven and sometimes non existent. The street was very skinny and unsafe if a car drove by and poor lighting at night. If you could manage the steep stairs the view from the roof was nice.
Uneven steps and walkway to entrance. No elevator and check in was one flight down. Stairs unsafe to get to rooms. Breakfast area on lower level so again difficult to walk down stairs. Not recommend for seniors or children. Shower had no curtains and whole room got wet with each shower. .

Good service from airport in middle of the night.
The hotel was empty, stayed in October. Breakfast was precooked and left standing in a heater until we arrived. Room was small, double bed pushed up to a wall so could only get out on one side. Need was far too high and the sheets did not fit.

All of the staff is very kind, friendly and ready to help you. Rooms also contain regular baths instead of shower cabins which is nice.
The main problem with this hotel is how it was build. I realize it is supposed to be an exotic touristic attraction stylized to look like a medieval tower with ancient doors and furniture. But OMG these 5 stages of dangerous stairs! With no elevator! It's just a terrible idea for families with kids or senior members. The rest part is so-so as well: breakfast is short and poor, beds are REALLY high, bed sheets are cheap, no teapots in rooms etc. For example, if you want to have hot tea in your number you need to descend 5 stages to the basement, ask a portier for a glass, make yourself a tea and ascend 5 STAGES up to your room. Well, I can count it as a gym included.

-booked and payed over booking.com however seems the owner asked to pay him directly and wasted half an hour of our time discussing with us , as she seems don’t know how hot check of state was fully preyed out - asked to fix the problem in the shower at day one , but that wasn’t fixed as promised within 4 days!

В этом отеле единственное, что соответствует 4* - это персонал. Прекрасные люди! Завтрак был порционный, но вполне достаточный.
Оформление отеля хотя и дизайнерское, но всё остальное не соответствует 4*. Совершенно неудобные номера. Маленькие, к двуспальной кровати подход с одной стороны.Вода после приёма душа вся на полу. Не возможно после подойти к унитазу . Как уже писали, недостаточно освещение. Подушки как резиновые. На матрасе невозможно спать людям с разным весом- образуется яма. Лучше брать отдельные кровати. И вишенка на торте- замок на двери, который можно легко отодвинуть.

Бесплатно поменяли номер на категорию лучше. Заселили раньше положенного. Как всегда очень любезно и гостеприимно общались.
Слегка неожиданно было узнать , что парковка , которая была в прошлом году закрыта на ремонт. Но в целом все как и прежде хорошо.

я из казахстана хорошый чистый отель, персонал хороший подсказывает, вид с гор хорошо видно город, телевизор, вайфай есть, если хотите чистом и тихом месте снять это как раз такое место в горе находится
комнате чайник и чай вода не хвотает иногда хочется чай пит смотреть вид с окна, я выбрал с завтраком оказаться это ошибко, завтрак если включили бы хорошо было бы а так хороший отель

Отличное место и место расположение. Недалеко от центра с видом на Самебу, но в достаточно тихом районе. Дружелюбный персонал , русскоговорящий. Современные, чистые, комфортные условия. В номере высокая кровать, удобный матрас, холодильник, красивые кресла и кофейный столик, все очень стилизованно 👌. Балконную дверь можно поставить в режим проветривания . Есть шампунь, гель для душа, крем и зубные щетки 👍. Все хорошо продумано , мне понравилась вешалка в номере и полка в ванной комнате.

Интересный интерьер, если сразу к нему готов, свежий ремонт, но тесные номера, подойдут для короткого проживания на 1-2 ночь. Есть натуральный кофе на завтраке, кофемашина, что редко встречается в подобных отелях, обычно везде растворимый. Есть небольшая терраса на улице, но стульев немного, если компания, то выносить только из номера. Хорошее расположение, близко к району бань Старого города. Делали крытую террасу на крыше, думаю, будет интересно и красиво с видом на город.
Небольшие номера, тесно, неудобный матрас, без ортопедического основания, синтетическое постельное белье, которое постоянно сползало и скомкивалось на кровати, очень было неожиданно для отеля у которого 4*, нет зеркала в полный рост, не хватает света в номере, хотелось большего освещения. Завтраки скудные, особенно в первый день, все ушли практически голодные, но исправили ситуацию на следующий день, когда наша и другая группа сделали замечания. Нет лифта. На некоторые замечания персонал в отеле реагировал неадекватно, совсем не стараясь сгладить, как будто делая одолжение, что принимают в отеле, как например, ответили, что не должны убираться и выносить мусор, но в таком случае нужно предупреждать при заезде, что в отеле 4* нужно выносить мусор самостоятельно и уборки и пополнения туалетных принадлежностей не будет. Дверь закрывается массивным замком, но при закрытой двери можно открыть щеколду и зайти в номер, не снимая замка, вопрос про безопасность вещей в номере, непродуманно. Отель не подходит под категорию 4*, но для 1-2 ночей подойдет, если закрыть глаза на все минусы и быть готовыми к ним.

Отель в старом центре, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Находится чуть выше серных бань. Своя парковка, что важно, если на машине. И на подъезде к отелю нет вертикальной горы👍. Номера небольшие , но чистые и новые. Все стильно. Персонал доброжелателен и отзывчив. Спасибо за гостеприимство!🙂

Die Unterkunft liegt ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt und von den meisten wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es ist ganz gemütlich gebaut und eingerichtet,erinnert etwas an ein rustikales Weingut. Vom Zimmer aus hatten wir eine schöne große Terrasse. Frühstück war abwechslungsreich,der Kaffee war sehr sehr gut (Kaffeevollautomat mit unterschiedlichen Typen zur Auswahl).

Świetna lokalizacja. Pomocna obsługa. Czysty hotel.
Duże okna wychodziły na ogólnodostępny taras przy wejściu do hotelu, więc cały czas były zasłonięte zasłonami. Bawiące się o północy dzieci pukały w szyby, co nie było komfortowe. Pokój mały, ciemny przez ciągłe zasłonięcie.

das Design des Hotel ist sehr hübsch. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, 10 Fussminuten zum alten Tiflis, Blick auf die Kathedrale vom Zimmer. Es gibt viele Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Das Personal des Hotels war offen und sehr freundlich
unbequeme Metallstühle (als Nachteil des Designs). Zu dunkles Licht im Zimmer und Bad.

Новый отель, все чисто. Интерьер в стиле старого замка, кухня хорошая. Кровать удобная как и матрас. Тихая улица.

Прекрасное расположение, тихое место но в центре, недалеко от бань. Красиво оформлено. из номеров в сторону реки прекрасный вид. есть своя парковка
Нет ежедневной уборки. в номерах нет душевых кабин. некоторые номера с ванной, некоторые с поддоном, а в некоторых просто душ над полом.

Het is een sfeervol hotel om een uitstekende lokatie en met eigen parkeergelegenheid.
Het ontbijt had beter gekund. De ontbijt ruimte is wat klein en werd alles niet echt snel aangevuld ondanks dat iedereen binnen het zelfde uur moet ontbijten. Vers brood en iets meer aandacht voor het aanvullen van beleg ed kan beter.

завтраки были простенькие, но вкусные. Местоположение хорошое. Персонал приветливый. В самом отеле есть небольшой бар.
В описании указано, что размещение с животными возможно и оно бесплатное. Но по приезду с нас взяли 30 лари в сутки за животных. И того мы отдали лишних 180 лари. Очень не приятно.

Отель находится в очень удобные локации от самого сердца Тбилиси, старого города. Рядом вкусные кафе, бани и самые яркие красоты Тбилиси. Отель современный, чистый, с потрясающим дизайном. На крыше веранда с шикарной панорамой. Место, где можно пить вино и любоваться ночным ночным городом.

Были небольшой группой в конце мая.Новый небольшой аккуратный отель со своеобразным интерьером. Вполне себе удачное расположение для знакомства со «Старым городом». Хороший вкусный завтрак.
Ограниченное место для парковки. По сути машины стоят вдоль одной стороны узкой улицы. Лифта на данный момент нет, но обещают установить.
