I liked to stay in these apartments. If I stay in Tbilisi in the future, probably choose them again.
Quiet and decent place.
The lock inside bathroom was broken. Hope it is fixed now.

Cozy and newly furnished room just in the old town and in a walking distance to all sights.
Small, but cozy, clean and newly furnished room in a little house build in the inner yard of an old Tbilisi house. Walking distance to the Liberty Square and all the sights, shops and restaurants all around. You can feel the vibe of the old town during your stay.
The yard in front of the house could be improved as a little outside seating area (it is rather a suggestion of how to make the accommodation perfect:-)

Would definitely recommend!
Property is located in the city center, so excellent location. Very good quality/price value. It is the same as in the pictures! Easy check-in and easy check out !
The host took some time to answer when fast answers would be preferred when we are for example saying that there is no water or hot water was cut off for a few hours. Other than that everything was great.

Great place to stay in the heart of Tbilisi!
Lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Very cosy, spacious and clean apartments. Easy check-in and check-out. No problems with water and electricity. 5 mins to the Liberty Square metro station.

Bien localisé mais la propreté loin d’être satisfaisante
L’emplacement du studio et le rideau dans la salle de bain.
Les frais n’étaient pas inclus et représentaient 70% du prix de la nuit. Le canapé usé, le matelas vieilli , pas de matelas et drap trop court, serviettes de bain qui ne sentent pas bon. On a trouvé de longs cheveux noirs sur la petite couverture qui était sur le matelas. La propriétaire n’a pas voulu nous faire un geste pour rembourser les frais de ménage partiellement.
