There location is next to bridge (they have small entrance but it didn't matter) Very new property, You can cook for your food they have complete kitchen utensils near to main city and supermarket and kutaisi market and nice people, they are offering pick up and drop off from kutaisi airport which is very cheap almost same in taxi fare. Thank you Kakak! Very Nice people you should stay in this hotel 🙏 From JC, JC, Hashani & Joy from Dubai 🇦🇪

Super location but if you need advanced comfort - look at photos and description first
Little hotel with several rooms but it makes it cozy ) there are kitchen and wash machine, so you can cook or clean your closes if needed. Very pleasant and honest administrator who is always ready to help! Near the hotel are a lot of shops, mall, restaurants and cafes ) if you need transfer to airport - very nice service will be organized in time!

Very good hospitality. Warm welcome and for us it was more important how we were handled than the place itself . The place was also good but the way the owner greet and guided through was splended and gave us a life long memory. Love the way, Mr. & Mrs. Kaxa treated our kids

Good place to stay in the center of Kutaisi , good location ,fully available kitchen and good host , I do recommend for another stay ;) Fantastic and very friendly stuff - easy to organize transport from and to the airport great place for short stay
There is only one toilet to share , when the apartment is busy its difficult to have privacy

It was a little wierd to have one of the co owners follow me to the ATM shortly after check in to ensure that he and his colleague got paid. Rather Orwellian if not Soviet.

nice stay
The grandpa and grandma who assisted us are friendly and show us everything so we can be familiarized with the surroundings. They used gestures even so we able to understand what she meant to say. They cannot speak English but even so they are accommodating. The area is very close to everything so it's very convenient.
The place is quite nice they just need to do some proper cleaning specially for the bathrooms since there's a bad smell coming from it. There's no elevator so it's quite hard to bring the bags up but there's a guy who help us to bring some of the bags.

the room was nice and spacious and Luka was super helpful! Georgia needs more English speaking people like Luka!
the bathroom was often dirty. lots of hair on the ground. someone should clean there once a day mop! the taxi driver that drove us tongue airport drove like a maniac with that car that where the back seat seatbelts were fixed and couldn’t be used. He did 3 harsh breaks in the 30 min drive. An Upgrade on the car is nessesary to provide safe service to tourists.

Nice spot to stay for a day in Kutaisi
The place is nice and clean. Kaka who manages the place is helpful and offered an airport transfer at an affordable price.
It was snowing when we came and most of the heaters were not working. It was difficult to shower as it was so cold in the bathroom and we had to wear warmers to get through the whole night.

I notified the hotel that i would be arriving at around 1-2AM but when i arrived there was no one at the hotel i had to wait untill 4AM for a man to open the door, i was tired waiting, since they knew i would come late, they supposed to turn on the heather. But they didn't the entire flat was so cold even my room, i was shivering there, and i got sick because of that.i spent 2 nights but not even once i saw any staff working there. It is too pricey with this kind of poor service, no complimentary water, no coffee no tea, leave alone breakfast. At least provide water to drink. How come the hotel does not have staff???

Great location, close to the city center, free parking, big kitchen and terrace.
The bathroom was very dirty, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. The shower head was broken. The owner wasn't satisfied with the price we paid on Booking. He didn't ask straight for extra money, but made us feel uncomfortable. He was always following us and watching behind our back reminding us to turn off the lights or unplug the microwave, which hindered our privacy. On the last day, he entered our room without our permission, even though he knew we hadn't checked out.

It’s really close to a lot of nice places in Kutaisi. They also arranged a taxi from the airport and he was absolutely lovely and so helpful!l
They have round sockets so it was impossible to charge anything. One of the reasons why I picked this place was I saw a lot of reviews about the hosts being helpful. I didn’t see anyone during my 12hour stay and the one lady I saw at checkout was cold and standoffish

Disappointing
The only thing i liked about this place was its location: hostel is located almost in the city center near the red bridge and Rioni river.
One of the most unpleasant things here is a rude old man who wants to take more money than you have to pay, he can name one amount, than take the money from your hands and change his mind, giving less change. Also be ready to pay more than you see in Booking. The next drawback is cleanliness. Room was very dirty, and there were dirty footprints from the shoes on the wet floor in the bathroom. Smell in the room and bathroom was awful as well. And the last serious drawback is audibility: you will hear all the conversations from the living room and sounds from another bathroom. I think that some of issues can be fixed by talking to the owner, but what you get without it really matters and often conversations is not the thing you want to waste time for when you stay for the short period.

Dobra lokalizacja, właściciele sympatyczni, transport z lotniska za rozsądne pieniądze. Wszystko ok.
Blisko jest budka z piwem, pyszne, lane z kija. Wspomniało się dawne czasy.

Jedna z łazienek nie była w pełni posprzątana, miała pajęczyny w narożnikach. Właściciel spiący na kanapie w salonie to też nie jest komfortowa sytuacja.

Номер на 4ых прекрасно подошел для нашей семьи с 2мя детьми. Русскоговорящий администратор Каха организовал тур на целый день и показал Кутаиси, который сами мы вряд ли бы увидели сами.

Výborná poloha v centru Kutaisi. Klimatizace na pokoji. Společná kuchyňka.
Na zemi, zejména pod postelí a skříní byl prach a vlasy. Museli jsme si vytřít, bylo s námi batole.

Minusem jest łazienka na korytarzu, a nie w pokoju. A także prysznic, który zalewał całą łazienkę.

Duża przestronna kuchnia.
Brak kieliszków do mocnych alkoholi. Trochę przetrzebione zasoby naczyń, sztućców, przydało by się je uzupełnić.

Patogi vieta, šalia pagrindinių autobusų stotelių. Netoli turgus, kepyklėlės ir pan. Vietoje pilnai aprūpinta virtuvė. Galima pasigaminti savo maisto. Švaru.
Pro kambario duris gerai girdisi kitų svečių vaikščiojimas, kalbėjimas ar prausimasis.

Uprzejma obsługa, bardzo pomocny Kaha, zorganizował nam kilka wycieczek oraz winko, dzięki niemu zobaczyliśmy Gruzję i posłuchaliśmy o obyczajach. Komunikacja głównie w języku rosyjskim ale dogadaliśmy się. Kuchnia duża dobrze wyposażona może tylko kieliszków do chachy brakowało ale były do wina więc daliśmy radę ;)
Starszy właściciel nader często przebywał w salonie pozostawiając otwarte drzwi wejściowe a byliśmy w zimę także trochę wyziębiał salon ale to detal bo temperatura szybko rosła ;)

Tesisin konumu mükemmel. Her yere yürüme mesafesindesiniz. Oda temiz ve yataklar konforlu. Ortak kullanım mutfağı temiz ve kullanışlı. Odaya ait tuvalet ve banyosu temiz ve kullanışlı. Otel önünde arabanızı park edeceğiniz park alanı mevcut.
Kalorifer çalışmıyordu. Klima kışın ısıtma için yeterli değil, çok soğuktu. Kaloriferler çalışırsa ısınabilir. Ortak tuvaleti ve banyosu kirliydi.
