Overall we enjoyed as staff members were so nice, breakfast was really yum and view is breathtaking!
We had family room and I can say that we had more than enough space. View was really amazing and u can forget all the not so good things about our room. We love the breakfast! Really amazing.
There is no bidet, and beds were not so clean as I found hair under the comforter as soon as we arrived.

Great rooms, great hotel with amazing views and good vibes !!!
Mostly everything. 1) location is very convenient. 2) view from the room and from restaurant is great 3) rooms are very good, big sized and clean and aesthetic 4) staff is very professional 5) hotel Resturant is great with good vibes and good food. 6) great value for money overall
Only issue was taking the luggage to the first floor without the lift, but that's ok because everything else was great.

Absolutely fantastic staff. Really friendly, helpful and nice. The hotel has a really central location and the views are magnificent. Food at the restaurant was really good. Overall, just a fantastic experience.

Perfect for hikers, great value for the money
We had the Double Room with Mountain View, and the views were beautiful. The location is perfect - right on the main square of the village. The breakfast was good, great coffee. The staff was incredibly kind to us. We had problems with our car - the battery died overnight and they charged it for us and even treated us with a great ice coffee on the terrace while we were waiting, and would not take any money for this! Thank you once again for saving us!
The hotel needs some renovations and the rooms are not very spacious, but I must say it is a great value for the money nonetheless. Perfect for someone who is planning to do a lot hikes.

Wonderful, comfortable stay in a beautiful place
Great Location - shops and other restaurants right outside the front door and across the road. Easy Parking in front of the hotel. We had 2 rooms. Great view from the room, at the backside - view of the river, mountains , Gergetti church at the top of the hill. Calming noise of the river at night time if you leave the balcony door open. View from the front side is onto the square / road - you can sit on the balcony and just watch the world go by. The road is busy, but with the balcony door shut you don't get disturbed during the night. Very good staff - Friendly, polite and helpful. Great Breakfast selection and good meals at the restaurant. Bar / Cafe area with snacks and drinks.
We had a few times where the cold water was not working, but it did not last too long.

We took the family room which was great for our needs. Very nice view from the room as well as from the hotel lobby. Staff was welcoming and answered any request. Location was great, in the center of the village, yet the room was very quiet as it faced the mountain and river.

To sum up, this was a delightful stay.
We had a cozy room with a large balcony and a beautiful view, though the balcony is a shared space and this needs to be considered. The restaurant is nice too, with a super friendly staff and tasty meals.
I would definitely recommend adding some towel hangers and at least one shelf for toiletries in the bathroom. This was very inconvenient. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable and clean.

A GOOD HOTEL WITH VERY WELL-BEHAVED STAFF
ONLY THREE LADIES WERE MANAGING THE SHOW VERY EFFICIENTLY. THEIR BEHAVIOR WERE EXCELLANT (MUST BE FROM A WELL TO DO FAMILY). RESTAURANT OF THE HOTEL IS JUST BESIDE THE TEREK REAVER. MOUNTAIN + TEREK REAVER VIEW FROM ROOM BALCONY WAS SUPERB. BREAKFAST MENU + QUALITY WAS VERY GOOD. BEING AN INDIAN, IT WAS VERY HEALPFUL TO HAVE TWO INDIAN RESTAURANTS NEAR TO THE HOTEL WITHIN WALKABLE DISTANCE.
ROOM WAS SLIGHTLY SMALL. SHOWER AREA WITHIN TOILET WAS VERY SMALL. THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAS ANY ELEVATOR ALTHOUGH THE HOTEL PEOPLE HEALPED US TO TAKE OUR LUGGAGES TO OUR FIRST FLOOR ROOM.

Perfect location and value for money
one of the best lodge within that neighborhood, all type of shops are very close, we were lucky to have room with terrace and river view.
washroom was too small and our room was adjacent to kitchen hence there was lot of noise from early morning till late in night

We stayed for one night in Kazbegi. Located in the centre of Kazbegi with all little stores around, next to Lucky Dhaba (Indian restaurant) and main taxi stand right in front of the hotel. The hotel has an in-house restaurant serving Georgian dishes, tasted delicious!. The breakfast spread was good, both vegetarian and otherwise. Our room had a balcony facing the river, mountains, Gergeti church! Awesome view! The ladies at the reception and restaurant were very friendly, helpful and always had a smile on their faces! :) Highly recommend this hotel!
There's no lift to go up to the rooms... To keep in mind if there are older people with you.

One of the best hotel with money-value with amazing and caring stuff! Highly recommended!!!
The stuff is just amazing and really caring - those girls really know what good and human service is. We felt just like king in there. Perfect location in center of Kazbegi + the room was amazingly large with all required facilities and the view from the room is just fabulous
There is no elevator in the hotel but we stayed in the second floor so didn’t really felt it.

Value for money. The staff are very accomodating. Special mention to Salome, she went above & beyond her duties.
There was no elevator. The breakfast was not included in the booking, though it only costs GEL 25 if you avail during check-in. Our room was very cold but Salome adjusted the heater.

Best location in Stepantsminda that’s central for all your needs!
Reception were friendly and location is amazing after a long days hike to get to trails or restaurants ! Rooms were great - black out curtains and amazing view of Gergeti church every morning !

Very nice location with rivers and the mountains! Clean room and the shampoo is quite good. Good breakfast!
If the locker of the room could be a better controlled one, i.e. the electronic one, but not the key, our room wouldn't be opened by the last guest who delayed their check-out time but took away the key of the room and then went back for their belongings.

Super clean rooms , amazing location and most importantly very friendly staff. Enjoyed my stay I wish if they have in house restaurant , although their are plenty of options available within a walk of 2 mins.

Beautiful views. Good, clean rooms. And special shout out to the staff (Tamare in particular), who was just fantastic throughout our stay. They really took care of all of our needs and were happy to help. Tamare spoke to drivers on our behalf to arrange a tour and negotiate the price. She also loaned us umbrellas since it was very rainy in Kazbegi when we visited. Great breakfast spread too. Very good location - walkable to restaurants, supermarket and ATM.
For the price we paid, the rooms could have been bigger and could have had more amenities. There was barely any space to keep our things. Wished there was a small cupboard at least.. Electric kettle was provided only on request. No tea/coffee in room.

Scenic and serene stay
The location of the property is excellent, with the front side to the heart of the city and the rear with the river and the mountains view. Lot of restaurants and markets around.
Understand that there is no elevators as it’s not too many floors, but with the no concierge service means guest have to face the hassle of carrying the luggage to the room themselves up two floors.

Clean, simple rooms. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Hotel conveniently located in main square, so finding a taxi or walking to restaurants and hiking trails is incredibly easy.
It's not truly a complaint, because the hotel is truly very nice and an excellent price. I do wish they had a way to make coffee in your room. Breakfast isn't served until 0900, but we would often leave earlier for hikes.
