I have been in many guesthouses in Georgia, but Teona's guesthouse exceeded my expectations. Staff is so friendly and nice, the room was big, clean and quiet, but breakfast was the best, prepared with homemade products.

Fantastic breakfast, the best we had in all of our 12 days trip through Georgia. Great, kind hosts. Good, quiet, location, but still fairly close to the center!

Location is great with fantastic views from the windows. You need 10 minutes on foot from the center. Breakfast was so delicious and homemade by host Eka. The room is big and clean. We felt there like home. Highly reccommended place!

The hosts were exceptionally nice and kind. They helped us in everything. The property was clean and nice.
The extra bed was a little but to hard.

Great place with very nice owners. The room is big and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very tasty with many dishes. We also got some wine from the owner when we were leaving. We recommend this place!

The family is great. Great size breakfast (too big), we liked the fact it was varied each day. Good view from the lounge balcony. Restaurants to visit: Old House, restaurant at hotel Paliani. Don't go to Lile in the centre.
Not the Guesthouse fault but Don't use Google maps to drive there, takes you through too narrow streets.

Breakfast was super, very delicious and too much for me :) The lady Eka, who prepares it, is very kind and helped me in everything, for example to find taxis. Room was clean and stocked with towels, shampoos and soaps. Location is in 10-15 minutes from the center, but I think it was better for me, because the views are great from that place. and the garden of the guesthouse, full of flowers is also one of the best thing.

This is a very beautiful place to stay in the mountains! Eka is very kind and prepares super delicious breakfast! Room was big and clean with wonderful views of mountains! Teona's guesthouse is highly recommended!

Spotlessly clean, very friendly staff (at our request, they prepared our last breakfast at 6AM!!), very wide room, the most confortable matress of the 7 places we have stayed in Georgia, excellent and very abundant breakfast (too big for our habitude), quiet place, Washing machine.

The host was amazing! So warm, welcoming and helpful! Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with many options, made by Teona's mum Eka! Incredible views of mountains and Svan tower from room and the room was new and clean with floor heating opportunity, tat was really great!

Everything was great at Teona' s guesthouse. The room where I stayed was new and clean. Location was perfect, and the Svan tower view from my window was amazing. 10 minutes walk from the center, therefore, the noise of the central street did not bother us. Teona' s mum Eka prepared super delicious breakfast for us, made by her own products. Teona is amazing, she helped me with all of my questions with kindness. Thank you again for hosting!

The rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable. Also Teona and her mom were so kind, since our car got stuck due to roads with heavy snow we reached there by 2 am. They contacted us before, kept a track of our safety and waited for us till so late. They were kind enough to provide us with everything we needed. The view from the guesthouse is so beautiful. It was worth staying here. We extended our stay and it was our best decision. We really wished to stay here longer.
There was nothing not to like about the place.

Well, we basically liked everything! Stayed there for the NY holidays. The family is very hospitable and helpful. Teona helped with the transfer organization an car to the ski resort. Answered all the questions before our arrival. The room we lived in is spacious and comfortable, freshly built/renovated. It's at the house side, so it's like a separate apartment. No noise from the main house gets though. But the wi-fi signal is rather weak there. Unlike in other rooms. But that wasn't an issue for us. Some signal amplifier would help I guess. Our room was warm enough thanks to the floor heating, still we asked for an additional heater and it was provided. Shared lounge zone with the fireplace is cozy and nice. Though might be a bit cold in winter, so just stay closer to the fireplace) Breakfast is generous and tasty, we never could finish all the food served) The family was so kind and prepared NY table for us with the Georgian food, wine and dessert! This made our NY celebration. They also let us use the kitchen and washing machine. so we felt like home. Guesthouse location is nice as well, in the quiet town side, still close to the main road but away from the noise. Definitely recommended.

Super friendly staff, did everything to fulfil wishes (transportation and etc.). About 15 minutes walk to the center of Mestia on foot. Breakfast was rich and very delicious, prepared by the owner. The room was spacious and comfortable and had a beautiful view.

Excellent spacious room with all amenities. There is a beautiful, big garden with fantastic mountain and svan tower views. Breakfast was great! Prepared with homemade products. Hosts are very lovely and helpful! Thanks a lot!

The room is spacious and has an amazing bed. Also the sanitary is very modern and clean. The location is quite good. Just outside the main area but still close. View is incredible .. Teona and her family were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them . Always smiling and happy to help. The breakfast was the best we had in Georgia! All homemade and plentiful. Great place !

Ļoti viesmīlīgi saimnieki. Izpalīdzēja visos jautājumos, īpaši par slēpošanas inventāru. Ļoti garšīgas un bagātīgas saimnieces gatavotas brokastis ar vietējiem ēdieniem. Viesošanās laikā ieguvām ģimenes draugus un pārliecību par atgriešanos šajās viesmīlīgajās mājās. Galvenā atšķirība no citām nakstmītnēm valstī- cilvēki pirmkārt un nauda pēc tam.

Ładnie i czysto, rewelacyjne, obfite śniadanie, ktore składało się z kilku dań. Kilka drobiazgów wymaga dokończenia - w naszym pokoju było miejsce na aneks kuchenny, ale był jeszcze nieskończony. Na zewnątrz zadaszona wiata, w której można posiedzieć czy przygotować jedzenie.
Brak zasłony prysznicowej, niedokończony aneks kuchenny. Ale naprawdę to drobiazgi.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet! Die Gastgeberin hat uns verwöhnt mit authentischem georgischem Frühstück. Sehr zu empfehlen
Liegt ein wenig außerhalb des Zentrum, ist aber nicht weiter schlimm.

Относительно чисто. Завтраки включены в проживание. В комнате комфортно по температуре. Без кондиционирования вполне хорошо в жару.
Петух орёт под окнами в 6 утра. Завтрак первый день был хороший, на второй день не очень. Очень шумно по утрам вокруг дома. Удалено от центральной части города. С сумками будет не комфортно. Такси в городе нет.
