Fantastic view at the mountains! The hotel is located a bit far from city center, and you have to walk around 20-25 min, ascending the steep, so consider that for sure. If you choose the deluxe room, you will have a small bath. The room is warm and spacious. The wifi connection is solid.
The breakfast was way worse than expected: apart from tea & fresh bread with jam you will have a plate of quite mediocre supper (not breakfast food at all). During my three nights stay there was no cleaning or even towel change.

I recently stayed for one night with a friend, and my experience was a bit mixed. What was good: Spacious Rooms: The rooms were incredibly large, which was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of space to move around comfortably. Comfortable Beds: The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast served at the hotel was not only good but also abundant. A great way to start the day. Parking Available: Тhe hotel did provide parking lots, which was a plus for those traveling by car.
The Not-So-Good: Warm Water Issue: One major drawback was the hot water in the rooms. It was more on the warm side, which wasn't ideal for a comfortable shower, especially after a tiring day of sightseeing. Cash-Only Payments: Another inconvenience was that the hotel doesn't accept card payments. Distance from Center: Additionally, it's worth noting that the hotel is not very close to the city center. This might be inconvenient for those who prefer to be within walking distance of key attractions and dining options.

The hotel has a great location close to the city center. Staff is really nice, breakfast is included in price and comes with a good portion. Enjoyed a lot the pool. Very good option especially considering the price.

It's a little bit far from the city center. So, location is good if you travel by car. There is a Carrefour nearby the hotel. Great swimming pool. Very friendly and nice staff. They helped us with all our questions and even without them :) Rich breakfast. Spacious room, two bathrooms, two balconies with the great mountain view.
It wasn't so clean in the room as we expected. There was an unpleasant smell in the one of the bathrooms, so we didn't use it. There were no chairs and tables on the balconies. There was only one bathrobe :) It wasn't critical for us, and we had a nice rest.

Beds were clean, rooms basic. We had booked 2 rooms for a family but they had a quad room so we could change, that was very nice. For a small town this was a bit away from the center, about 1.7km Not much close by but taxis are very cheap.

Big room, low prices, quiet aria, a good starting point if you travel to Omelo Tusheti
At the out skirt of the city, if you don't have a car could be a problem. Breakfast start only at 09:00 (typical to many other places in georgia)

location, big room with huge balcony, beautiful view on Caucasus mountain & Alazani Valley. extremely friendly & helpful staff. good parking.
no front desk at all! they do no accept cards! some people strolling in the hotel yard and making lot of noise till late night, no danger, but no chance to relax. very poor breakfast, management is really making saving on this part! no room service, no pool service, in general management do not exist! smell from the bathroom.

There was nothing to like
The property was very old, the room was unclear, the bathroom's door was broken so i've locked inside and that was awful, the stuff was very Inattentive, ignorant, rude, the pool was very dirty and smelled bad, the breakfast was a disaster with the worst quality products. When I say to them that the bathroom's door was broken and I've locked inside while I have claustrophobia They didn't even apologize for that and they didn't give me back the money to compensate for the damage, when I called and wrote to their number, they didn't even answer the phone. This is the worst place I have ever been.

The common areas are beautiful, with a lot of interesting traditional artifacts; on the minus 1st floor you can see authentic qvevri in the floor.
In my opinion, the relevant price for a room in this hotel is $20. If your goal is just to spend the night somewhere in Telavi, this is a possible option. But if you want to relax, I can’t recommend it. 1. You will hear everyone and everything that happens in the corridor on your and neighboring floors. 2. The furniture, dampness and, as a result, the quality of the walls are reminiscent of a Soviet children's camp or a budget sanatorium. 3. The bathtub in my room was leaking: after first shower time, the entire floor in the bathroom was completely flooded.

The swimming pool and the parking

The facility and pool was good, the best staff, location is also good with an amazing views,❤️☀️ they are selling their own wine. 🍷 they don't have restaurant but there in close distance is Telavi mall where you can buy some food or go in near in some kind of restaurants 🥰 in the end we liked the place and recommend 😊❤️
A t checkout we bought two of different types, the wine wine was good, but unfortunately the red one was already vinegar 😞The breakfast was okay, for me the food was too oily, there is no swedish table but food is enough 🤗

Not cheap considering conditions but not expensive too. Landscape is good if you're lucky.

Did not expect the place to be this good with such a low price. And the owner of the hotel happens to love Lithuanian people. He gave us wine tasting tour at the local cellar, where we tasted 2 types of bio wine and locally produced Churchkhela! Definitely coming back next spring! Cheers!

Super nice, clean and comfortable hotel; but most importantly, it is a budget-friendly place. If you want to go to a 5 star hotel in Telavi/ Kakheti, you would need to pay 10 times more. But if you want a good value for money plus comfortable rooms, clean swimming pool and locally produced BIO wine, I recommend this place without any reservations! And mountain view? It is really something

Соотношение цена качество. Чистый отель. Круглосуточно работающий бассейн.
Большая часть персонала не говорит ни на русском, ни на английском. Номер большой, но немного пошарпанный. Из окна открывается вид не только на прекрасную алазанскую долину, но и на стройку. Завтраки очень скудные.

Приятный отель, брали ДеЛюкс, номер просторный с двумя душевыми, гостиной, большой балкон с красивым видом на горы и Алазанскую долину. Бассейн не очень большой,но поплавать можно:) единственное что расстроило это отсутствие ресторана или кафе, подают завтрак, но пообедать или поужинать надо выезжать куда-то. Так как это wine отель,конечно, попробовали местное вино !) вино отличное, стоит недорого👍🍷

Posizione adatta ad esplorare la regione di Kakheti. Camera abbastanza spaziosa. Ascensore e parcheggio
L'acqua esce dal rubinetto sempre bollente, e bisogna aspettare parecchio perché si raffreddi. Camere un po' spartane e bagno piccolo. Colazione poco varia, quasi del tutto assente la scelta di dolce
