Enjoyable stay
Check in process very easy and fast, staffs are friendly and informative. Room is above our expectations. We enjoyed our stay. They provided the amenities on call. Metro is near. Souq and Museum are walkable distance.

We are aware the check out time is 12 pm.Housekeeping knock around 11:40 i guess as im in the toilet i didnt hear when im out from the toilet housekeeping open our door im shock good thing i wear my clothes as my partner still sleeping.This is the first time i experience coz in 5 star hotel they will just enter the room let say after 1 hr of the check out time to check the room not before the check out time. I contacted reception she told me thats the policy really housekeeping will check the room before the check out time and we are not even dress up.the receptionist insisting that they call us but the landline is not working.

The location was good. Iron and board provided.
No sound proof. The room needs extra facility if the room is for 2 people eg. Side drawers,one towel hanger. No charging ports. No hot water. No hair drier. Bath rob. Bathroom not clean.

The morning receptionist was so good and kind. And the evening gentleman was also so welcoming. Keep it up. You guys are doing a great job. And also the security guy at the entrance, (morning shift) a very happy man. Very enthusiastic.
