در کل قیمت بسیار خوبی بود و قطعا یک هتل 4 ستاره خوب بود که انتظارات را برآورده کرد.
این مکان فقط 5-7 دقیقه پیاده روی از ایستگاه تراموا فاصله داشت و مغازه های زیادی در نزدیکی آن وجود داشت. کارکنان هتل بسیار صمیمی بودند، اتاق بزرگتر از آن چیزی بود که انتظار داشتم و با استاندارد بسیار خوبی تمیز بود. ما هزینه آبگرم حمام طبقه پایین هتل را پرداخت کردیم و قطعاً گرانتر از سایر آبگرم های حمام محلی بود، اما بسیار راحت بود، بنابراین من راضی بودم که پرداخت کنم.
تنها چیزی که فکر می کنم می تواند بهبود یابد صبحانه است، طیف وسیعی از انتخاب های غذای گرم وجود نداشت و میوه ها همیشه تازه ترین به نظر نمی رسیدند زیرا بسیاری از آنها از قبل بریده شده بودند.

همه چیز عالی بود زیرساخت و دکوراسیون زیبا. نزدیک به مکان های توریستی و مترو. صبحانه عالی بود من کمی بیشتر محلی اما هنوز هم غنی، خوشمزه و در کل بسیار خوب است. نمای عالی از رستوران نیز. خدمات حمام و آبگرم رایگان را لمس کنید. و قیمت برای خدمات کلی واقعا خوب بود. اگر دوباره به شهر برگردم، قطعاً در دسترس بودن آن را بررسی خواهم کرد.

Wonderful
Excellent location, nice view in terrace. Great breakfast, they changed menu every day, there is several options of cheese, also desert. I would thank all staff and managers for helpful. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

It was good for us. It was 3 tram stops from the old town but if you’re comfortable with that I highly recommend
Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet with great views of old town mosques etc
The hours for the pool started late to use before going on tours and when we tried to use it in the evening it was closed to men. I could go but my husband could not. I didn’t understand why but that was disappointing

In an excellent location right by all forms of public transport. Area made us feel very safe and not too noisy. Staff were very kind polite and helpful. Staff booked us the Bosphorus tour and arranged for us to be picked up and dropped off right outside the hotel. The driver of for the bosphorus tour stayed with the group and ensured we had a fab time. Our was a lovely size had a balcony and was cleaned every day. Breakfast was great every morning. Had a wonderful time would highly recommend.

Great stay
The hotel is nice, clean and has a great breakfast. The staff are there 24/7 and assist you with a smile. The location is great just 5mins away to the metro station, quiet area but surrounded with restaurants and shops.
The a/c is centrally controlled but if you phone reception they adjust it immediately so it is very minor issue. The rooms are quite small we had the double but again they had all facilities so not really complaining.

It was our first time in Turkey and we were afraid to book accommodation, but we think this Hotel was the best choice in every way. Clean, comfortable, in a perfect location. We can only thank all the members of the staff for trying to please us in everything and fulfilling all our requests immediately. The next time we visit Istanbul, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Great location with amazing view
Great location, close to metro and tram. Staff were very nice and helpfull. Breakfast was good, few vegan options every day. We loved the view from dining room.
Spa was included but the rules were a bit confusing - you had to reserve the sauna in advance.. so we visited it only once since it was too much of a huste to plan in adavance.

For a solo traveller like myself your friendly, helpful Hotel Staff are very important.
Breakfast was excellent, a very good choice buy no Orange juice until my Last breakfast. Very good location close to the Metro and Trams and a lot of activity on the streets. Quiet at night to aid sleep. I expect i will book this hotel again.
No orange juice at six breakfasts.

Super stay at this hotel ,, couldn’t fault it . Breakfast was excellent
Lovely hotel , clean and comfortable. The breakfast is just amazing 10/10 so much choice and healthy options .The honey board was delicious so was the choice of cheeses, olives, salads and much more I missed the breakfast when I arrived home . The spa was very nice the only thing is the opening hours 11 am . This time maybe ok for some people but we rise early and go out for the day at 10am so didn’t get chance to use it , a sauna / steam room would of been a nice early start for the day . The staff were all very polite and professional . Would definitely stay here again it’s close to transport buses and trains . Enjoyed my first time in İstanbul

Great place to stay to explore Istanbul
Location great- short walk to T1 tram which gets you to all sites; staff all very kind and helpful. Standard hotel breakfast in restaurant on top floor, great view. Spa/hamam in hotel.
Centrally controlled aircon/heating- set at 28C heating whilst we were there, so hot and stuffy in room if balcony door not open. Initially given a room that opened into the back of buildings, with a huge air conditioner making it necessary to keep balcony door shut at all times. After two nights we asked to change rooms and were immediately accommodated and moved to a room at the front of the hotel where we could open the door and moderate the room temperature.

Overall I can recommend this hotel further.
Good price-quality ratio in my opinion. Breakfasts were great, especially deserts. The room was clean and comfortable. The stuff was polite and responsive. Relatively silent location, perfect for tourists.
Provided airport transfer could have been somewhat better for the price, namely the auto was rather old and shaky.

اول اینکه خیلی تمیز بود. ملحفه ها بعد از 2 شب تعویض شد، حوله ها هر روز. صبحانه عالی بود، به عنوان مثال من 11 نوع مختلف پنیر را شمردم. هر روز شیرینی های دیگری می پختند. من واقعاً تحت تأثیر اعضای پرسنل قرار گرفتم، بسیار مهربان و مفید..
در مورد این هتل و کارکنانش هیچ چیز بدی نمی توانم بگویم.

Beautiful hotel with good location
Beautiful hotel with polite staff, breakfasts are good (options of cheeses, eggs, soup, sweets) and served at the terrace on 7th floor. There is a sauna that is free till 6pm. There are metro stations close to the hotel
The room was a bit cold but you could heat it up with the air conditioning

New condition hotel
The hotel is in new condition, Good breakfast on the 7th floor. A nice spa . Near a metro station. If you are a guy who likes walking this is the best spot. 1.5 kilometer walk to the Grand Bazaar. About 25 minutes walk to the Galata Bridge. About 20 minutes walk to the Agia Sofia.
I couldn't turn the temperature down and I was too hot with the duvet.

Peaceful
The hotel is in a fantastic location and in walking distance from the tram and train stations. It’s also in walking distance from the Grand Bazaar. The staff at reception, the cleaners and the restaurant staff also made the experience enjoyable. They were very attentive and happy to help. Overall a lovely stay. The breakfast was also fantastic and there was a wide variety of foods to choose from.

A very good experience.
Very clean. Bedroom very comfortable. Location good if you want to stay in the middle of the old town near grand bazar and the 3 of the most important tourist attractions which are Topkapi palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque.
A lot of noise from outside because the walls and the windows are very thin.

We feel comfortable ever in the hotel and communication with staff.
The hotel was amazing. We’re deaf and we visited Istanbul and the staff was so nice and really helped us and had really good attitude. The hotel was really clean and posh including the seats, stairs, lift and in bed room and toilet. We loved bedroom and the view from the window, it was relaxing. The Staff always clean bedroom the next day in morning. We went to the restaurant for breakfast, it was all amazing and there were different good foods. It was also clean and there was a good view from the table. The hotel was safe and good and it was near station and we could walk close to blue mosque or grand bazar. We recommend this hotel to friends and family.
