Staff super lovely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to be helpful to us!
I don't really know what I expected but it definitely just wasn't this. I mean, the hotel is on the side of what feels like a motorway and just pretty much in the middle of nowwhere. We were attending a friends wedding in the very grand hotel/spa next door and stayed here to save some money. It did the job... clean, simple and cheap. But just generally the area and the situation of this hotel isn't great - but I suppose it depends what you need it for. If you are travelling for work, and just need simple night stay somewhere, it'll do the job, but if you are looking for fabulous location with views, its definitely not. Oh, breakfast, meh for me personally. I am a fussy eater to be fair, but there was no coffee (a must for me in the mornings) and just a bit limited on what was put out.

Like the manager very trust worthy. We left our belonging behind. Manager find and keep secure place.
No tea or coffee in bedroom. Tv need to be smart. Door panel was broken. Hotel overall need to be updated.

location was on main road. the rooms had a damp smell to them. beds was uncomfortable. and bathroom had a bad stench from it. we only stopped here for an hour and checked into another hotel instead. was not refunded our money back.

The Lion City Hotel is very close to Bursa central with metro and bus stop right across the road, Centrally located the only thing i would suggest is the hotel having a safe in the rooms

location, staff, breakfast and valet parking
toilet was not maintained. there was a damp smell despite of re cleaning so I think there is repair issue just cleaning will not be enough to rectify this problem. room was Better cleaned but again some maintenance work needs to be done. the room was on top floor May be this is the reason.

was in a relatively easy location, there is parking for the car, the staff was polite
the room was extremely dirty - floor, windows, bathroom. The towels were torn, the wardrobe and the table were broken. In the photos the room looked very good, but the reality is not like that

.Staff are very friendly. Yousif and Aziz they were very welcomed and promoted our room.. I just love it and the location was in the center of Bursa city all transportation are available shops, restaurants, malls and all what comes to ur mind...

The staff is very helpful, trying their best but shame on owner. They have a free parking and valet at the entry.
The hotel looks good outside but inside it has old and dirty furniture - poorly cleaned. Fridge is not working. Be aware of the busy street, there is traffic all night, very loud even with windows closed.

Отседнахме там като междинна спирка на път към курортите (на отиване и на връщане). Хотелът е добър като съотношение качество - цена. Има паркинг (пред хотела). Закуската е вкусна и разнообразна. Персоналът е усмихнат и учтив.
Хотелът се намира на много шумен булевард и въпреки умората от пътуването, не успяхме да заспим.

Thema sauberkeit und Hygiene im Bad war eine reine Katastrophe. Schimmelspuren und flecken in der Dusche waren ziemlich ekelhaft. Klima funktioniert auch nicht richtig.

Nimic,a fost groaznic,curățenie precara,personalul nu știe limba engleză,te înțelegi foarte greu cu ei,mizerie...nu merita cele 3 stele . Nu mergeți acolo oricare ar fi motivul călătoriei.

à fuir cet hotel miteux !!! les murs de la chambre sont sale, la moquette est dégueulasse, la chambre PUE la cigarette et les égouts, les Lumières sont cassés et du coup la chambre est très sombre ! il y avait un cendrier remplis de mégots dans la chambre alors que c'est censé être un logement "interdit de fumer" Nous sommes aller le signaler au réceptionniste et au manager mais ils ont fait semblant de vouloir résoudre le problème et quand on est revenue le soir ABSOLUMENT RIEN N'ÉTAIT FAIT!!! le réceptionniste et le manager aux abonnés absents! c'est SCANDALEUX !!!! Pour finir c'est un groom qui nous à donné du parfum pour masquer l'odeur de la cigarette et des égouts. Initialement nous devons rester 3 jours mais dès le lendemain nous sommes partis. À savoir l'isolation est chaotique l'hôtel est juste entre deux autoroute donc il y a du bruit 24/24!! La paroi de la douche qui sortait de son rail et donc très dangereuse, le tuyau de douche fuyait. NE VOUS LAISSEZ PAS AVOIR PAR LES PHOTOS C'EST TROMPEUR !!!!!
