برای قیمتی که پرداخت کردم، مکان باورنکردنی بود! موقعیت در شهر عالی است (آرام اما در مرکز)، منظره تراس روی دودکش ها جادویی است و می توانید صبحانه یا وعده های غذایی خود را (که شامل آنها نمی شود) که می توانید در آنجا طبخ کنید (ظروف آشپزخانه وجود دارد) ، اجاق گاز، یخچال تا بتوانید غذای خود را در هتل آماده کنید). اتاق ساده و کوچک اما تمیز و تخت راحت بود. مصطفی بسیار مهربان و کمک کننده بود، شب منتظر ما بود (هواپیما دیر شد)، فعالیت هایی را ترتیب داد (اسب سواری شگفت انگیز بود) و آماده کمک بود.

فوق العاده است
این هتل در مرکز روستا قرار دارد و پیدا کردن آن آسان است. مثل همه چیز اینجا - در فاصله چند قدمی. اتاق بسیار راحت و زیبایی است. اتاق دوش خوب است. هنگام ورود فقط 5 دقیقه با مالک صحبت کردم - همه چیز سریع و راحت است. در مجموع بیش از 50 کیلومتر در 3 روز در اطراف مناظر اطراف راه رفتم - در اتاق استراحت بسیار آسان و تازه.
اگر صبحانه یا وعده های غذایی می بود بهتر بود.

اواسط ژوئن ماندم و آن را بدون تهویه مطبوع قابل تحمل یافتم. مطمئن نیستم که بتوانم در گرمای جولای و آگوست بدون تهویه هوا بمانم. آشپزخانه بهترین نبود، اما مفید بود و مورد استفاده سایر مهمانان بود.

بسیار ابتدایی، بدون هتل غار شیک، اما هر چیزی که برای یک اقامت خوب نیاز دارید داشت.
درست در شهر بود و می توانستی به خیلی جاها پیاده روی کنی. دارای یک تراس پشت بام است که از آنجا می توانید بالن های هوای گرم را هنگام طلوع آفتاب تماشا کنید. خوب و ساکت بود اتاق تمیز بود و یک تخت بزرگ راحت داشت. در کل بسیار ابتدایی بود، اما میزبان ما مرد خوبی بود و در هر کاری کمک می کرد.
آشپزخانه کوچکی که می‌توانستید برای پختن چیزی استفاده کنید، بسیار کوچک بود و خیلی زیبا به نظر نمی‌رسید، بنابراین ما از آن استفاده نکردیم. اما شاید سایر مسافرانی که به اقامتگاه های کوله گردی نیز علاقه مند هستند، بیشتر با آن موافق باشند.

خوب است اما برای خدمات ارائه شده کمی گران است
اتاق ساده اما راحت است، پشت بام بسیار زیبا است. امکان آشپزی در آشپزخانه
حمام قطعاً خیلی کوچک است، دوش در فضای باریکی بین سینک و توالت قرار دارد، بنابراین اگر دوش می‌گیرید باید کفش‌ها و سوکت‌های خود را برای رفتن به توالت بردارید زیرا کف آن خیس است. همچنین مقداری قفسه یا واحد افقی برای رها کردن مواد از دست داده است.

ما هر روز منظره صبحگاهی بسیار خوبی داشتیم و می توانستیم از آشپزخانه برای آشپزی استفاده کنیم. کارکنان برای چت کردن خوب هستند.
فقط دوش بگیر همه می گفتند دوش خوب نیست. آنها باید برای آن نوسازی داشته باشند. انتظار داشته باشید که همه چیز عالی بود.

Acceptable place for short stays.

A good, short stay in Cappadocia
The accommodation is centrally located in the heart of Cappadocia. It is close to the central bus hub/terminal (you can't miss it). We could also access local tours (ATV, rent a scooter, and balloon ride). It was also a great walk from our accommodation to the sunrise lookout point.
The accommodation is not soundproofed, so we could hear the adjacent restaurant and neighbours having conversations of the evening/night. Also, the shower/toilet is in one (the shower head when turns on sprays the entire bathroom - be prepared).

The Cappadocian Special House provided a great overall experience with its convenient location.
I recently stayed at the Cappadocian Special House during my trip to the city and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel's location in the city center made it very convenient for me to explore the area. I must mention that I forgot my wallet at the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve it. They were incredibly kind and helpful and were able to deliver my wallet to me in Ankara. I was so impressed with their level of service and would like to extend my sincere gratitude to them. Overall, I highly recommend the Cappadocian Special House to anyone looking for a centrally located and memorable hotel in the area.
The rooms were a bit smaller and less warm than I had anticipated.

Mustafa was very helpful. Nice location, pretty much at the center of Goreme.
The room in which we stayed had a curtain instead of a door at the bathroom, something that wasn't clear at the uploaded photos. The room wasn't so clean either- we saw a stain on the sheets and there was a lot of dust under the bed.

Vaguely acceptable stay but probably can find something better.
Good location. Mustafa was very helpful in arranging airport shuttle transportation, atv, horseback riding tours. He’s very responsive whenever I message him.
Bed sheet was dirty. The bathroom/shower was so tiny, literally sit down for toilet, stand up to wash my hands, no steps necessary. As other people mentioned in the review, there’s no doors for the bathroom, just a curtain. Absolutely no sound proof of any kind, I hear people talk on their phones in their room, people coming in and out, even average volume conversations are audible. if you’re a light sleeper, it’s definitely not for you.

Communication with Mustafa was great from the moment I made the booking. He helped with booking airport shuttles and a great balloon tour. I even got to play football with some kids in the alley next to the building, and it was a lot of fun. The bed was very comfortable.
It wasn't made clear that an extras (shuttle, excursions, etc) were to be paid in cash. However, Mustafa's staff walked me to an ATM which charged no commission, well beyond the main bank of ATMs near the hotel. I appreciated that.

For a short stays, it’s ok.
Pretty much close to everything.
The bed box is bigger than the mattress, you don’t have space to walk around it, you have to climb the bed from the bottom of it. The toilet doesn’t have a door, it’s a shower curtain instead. Everything gets wet and you will be stepping in a wet toilet for the whole say, the steam of the shower goes out in the room and the room feels humid.

Problems with gas due to city works, not fault of hotel. It means no heating and very cold room at night. However, I was disappointed to learn during check out gas problem was resolved the day before but nobody advised me. After 4 freezing nights, they could told me the last one will be more confortable...

Comfortable bed, great shower, good wifi. Mustafa and Yusuf were very polite and helpful. Location was excellent to go everywhere from there. The terrace had a very nice view.
Some kitchen utensils need to be replaced by new ones, especially the pan and chef knife. Towels had a bit of smell (like humidity, but not so bad they couldn't be used, they were clean), maybe from staying in the washing machine for too long,

The staff is great and also the location. The bed was comfortable and the room in general was clean and enough for us.
