Epoch Stone met our standards. As we were the whole day touring around we were just looking for a hotel that had comfortable beds, was clean, safe and in a good location The breakfast they served was good enough without being astounding. If you are looking for a not fancy hotel and with the same characteristics as us, Epoch Stone will be good enough for you

Hosts were very welcoming from the beginning with a lot of recommendations of must see destinations in the region. Rooms are smaller in size, but very cosy and decently equipped. Breakfeast is self-service type with a lot of classic options. Great value for money overall, especially since it's so close (10-15min by car) from all the main attractions.

It really feels like home. A nice budget hotel and very near from bus station. The crew all helpfull and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. The furnitures are new and clean.
They don't have electric kettle which is important for me and my wife.

Great location in the heart of Goreme. Rooftop with amazing view in Goreme valley. Very nice and friendly host, he helped us with everything we need! Traditional breakfast and big variety of different tastes. I totally recommend it 😊

We LOVED staying here. The property is very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The water temperature and pressure in the shower was perfect. Location is perfect! The staff was SO friendly. Every morning there is a generous spread of delicious food!! The best complimentary breakfast we’ve ever had.

I loved my stay in this hotel. The vibe, the location and the terrace was just fabulous. Room was clean and comfortable. Last but not least, the hospitality was just outstanding. Most importantly, I would like to show my deepest gratitude to the staffs, specifically Musthafa. He was so helpful and always greeted us with a smile. I would highly recommend this place when you’re visiting Goreme.
To be honest, there wasn’t anything that I didn’t liked about this hotel.

The hotel is located in the central of goreme, very near balloon take-off or watching points. The staff is very friendly, very responsive in whatsapp and goes out of there way to make you happy. The family room was spacious enough us. Breakfast has lots of local food options.
The pillows can be replaced with some better one.

Mustafa was an amazing host he ensured that we felt welcomed and supported us with all the extra stuff i requested from him. The icing on the cake was the music by owners friend Mr. ibrahim. Location was perfect right in the heart of Goreme.

Our stay here was one of the best stays. Mustafa was just the perfect host. He always went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was perfect. He is an asset to Epoch Stone House. The owner, the chef and everyone there are just to warm, kind and helpful. The restaurant area is so warm and homely. Loved sharing the Turkish tea at night. Really miss this place and Mustafa...felt like home.

1. Great location in 50 meters from shops, restaurants, bus station, equally not far from the trails start. 2. Big quiet apartment (room no 102), 2 bedrooms, nice corridor with huge Turkey, Cappadocia plan. Kitchen, bathroom downstairs. 3. Nice shower with strong water power, washing machine, fridge, gas is helpful. WiFi is excellent 4. Great breakfast. A few cheeses, omelette, eggs, bread with eggs, local pastry, olives, cakes, jam, coffee, tea, pretty good juice, fruits, vegetables. Everything is fresh and nice. Lack of meat dishes but it was fine for us. In general great value for money, can recommend this place
Cons (in priority order but in general pretty minor): 1. Kitchen equipment is very basic, 1 knife, 1 pan, 1 big saucepan, spoons, forks. No matches for gas, no small spoons, cups are only small. Only salt, no sugar, oil, tea as it often happens in such kind of properties. 2. Too little space on the kitchen, you can not open fridge or pass through if somebody sits down on chairs 3. Apartment is pretty tired: broken handles on furniture, electric sockets moved a bit from walls, etc. Not a big deal for us 4. Not enough lamps (light) but it's pretty standard for all properties which I visited in this budget range.

We got the room which is two single bed. The room was very clean, fresh, new and well renovated which is not looking old like their photos on website. It would be good for them if they put their new renovated photos on website. They also have top-view terrace where we had breakfast and coil play with their sweet chubby cat and could play.

Great little room and bathroom. Aircon works, room clean and not dusty. Surprisingly quiet for the location. Breakfast isnt great but its fine. People are nice.

The hotel is exactly in the center of Goreme. The rooms were pretty big with all comforts. The staff has been friendly and kind, they can arrange also tours for you if necessary. The hotel has a nice rooftop where you can chill and watch air balloons flying. Everything was perfect.

The staff was very helpful, especially young Ibrahim, nice and welcoming. We also had a problem with the door of our room, which was promptly solved. Breakfast was very good. Position is also valuable for the main otogar, the taxi station and for all facilities (nearby we also found a very cheap laundry service). Recommended

New room, comfy mattress and pillows, spacious tpilet and shower and good internet. Very close to everything and good terrace to watch the balloons fly over our heads. Excellent breakfast. Yusuf and Ibrahim were very welcoming, friendly and respectful.

Nice huge rooms for that money in Goreme.

Staff is very friendly, always ready to help. The breakfast is delicious (for those who like Turkish breakfast as it is). The price is really good for the area. Really liked the terrace.
Smell of canalization in the bathroom; the deluxe room doesn't seem like a real deluxe room in other hotels, but the price in this case is quite reasonable. Beds are not that comfortable.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and we have everything in the kitchen. It’s 10 min the point of view to see the balloon at 6 am. The hôtel organize tour, hiking and balloon tour. The roof top and the pesonnal is the best part of the hôtel : everybody is kind and friendly. They help you to keep the best memories of Cappadocia ! The breakfest is délicious !! They organize the transfert from the airport

خیلی نزدیک به مرکز بود. پشت بام مناسب
پذیرایی بیشتر یک آژانس تور است تا پذیرایی. ما نتوانستیم اطلاعات زیادی به جز سفرهای موجود و قیمت آنها به دست آوریم. ما 2 دوست خانم بودیم، یک اتاق با دو تخت جداگانه رزرو کردیم و یک تخت بزرگ گرفتیم. مسئول پذیرش نمی خواست آن را به عنوان یک مشکل تصدیق کند که خوب نیست. بالاخره رفت دنبال صاحبش؟ دوست پسرش؟ در این بین ما متوجه شدیم که این دو تخت هستند که می‌توان آنها را از هم جدا کرد و تنها چیزی که نیاز بود یک سری تخت دوم است. چگونه کارکنان از این موضوع اطلاعی نداشتند؟ صبحانه تازه نبود و به نظر می‌رسد که مالک وقتی به عقب برمی‌گردید تا غذای بیشتری دریافت کنید (اگر نمی‌خواهید مردم غذا بخورند، چرا یک بوفه باز داشته باشید؟). تهویه در حمام وجود ندارد، اتاق بوی حمام می داد.

موقعیت مکانی فوق العاده است صبحانه خوب بود با منظره زیبایی از تراس پشت بام. مالک تلاش کرد تا مهمانانش را بشناسد. او با درخواست ما برای ورود زودهنگام نیز موافقت کرد.
اتاق خیلی کوچک بود. روکش توالت همچنان در حال سقوط بود. ما از آن شکایت کردیم اما درست نشد. یک روز آنجا بودیم. برای دو شب رزرو کرده بودیم، با این حال، چند هفته قبل از ورود برنامه ما تغییر کرد. ما بلافاصله به ملک اطلاع دادیم، اما آنها از تغییر رزرو ما خودداری کردند، اگرچه فصل اوج بود و من مطمئن هستم که اتاق را می‌توانست به مسافران دیگری واگذار کند.

- همه کارکنان فوق العاده دوستانه و مفید هستند، هاری، کمال و خانمی که در آشپزخانه بودند، همه روز مرا ساختند. - بسیار نزدیک به نقاط اصلی - هری به من اجازه داد یک ساعت بعد چک کنم چون کمی حالم بد شد، ممنون - تراس خوب و صبحانه روز اول خوب بود
- اشتباه نکنید کامنت های زیر ربطی به پرسنل و آخور نداره بلکه خود مالک - مالک از کارکنانش درخواست کرد که در صورت پرداخت با کارت، 8 یورو برای کمیسیون از من دریافت کنند (حتی اگر گفتند کارت اعتباری در booking.com پذیرفته شده است). اما من بسیار سپاسگزارم که مدیر هتل این موضوع را برای من حل کرد. - روز اول قبل از ورودم بوفه صبحانه وجود داشت که توسط کارکنان هتل به صورت رایگان ارائه شد و خوشمزه بود، اما در روز دوم و روز سوم فقط یک بشقاب غذا داده شد زیرا دلیل آنها کم بودن است. مردم، بنابراین نمی توانند بوفه دیگری ارائه دهند. اما خانم آشپزخونه خیلی مهربون بود و علاوه بر بشقاب غذا چند تا شیرینی هم بهم داد - مالک مدام از من اصرار می کند که به تور اسب سواری او ملحق شوم، حتی اگر به او گفته بودم که مریض هستم. او حتی در زمانی که قرار بود تور شروع شود (که نمی‌خواستم به آن ملحق شوم) هنگام مریض بودن و خوابیدن، آمد درب خانه‌ام را بزند. - در آخرین روز پس از خروج، مالک به من پیام داد و از من خواست 10 یورو برای صبحانه ای که در روز اول قبل از تحویل گرفتن خوردم پرداخت کنم، که کارکنانش به صورت رایگان به من پیشنهاد دادند. البته من رعایت نکردم -- چون سوال من این است: آیا باید از شما بخواهم که قیمت اتاق را کسر کنید زیرا شما همچنین بوفه صبحانه (که در نرخ اتاق گنجانده شده است) را در روز دوم و سوم به من پیشنهاد نکردید؟ مضحک. - باز هم تاکید می کنم از پرسنل و مدیر هتل تشکر می کنم تا تجربه اقامت در این هتل خیلی منفی نباشد.

مصطفی را دوست داشتم در پذیرایی که مرد فقط بهترین است! خیلی مودب و مایل به کمک کردن. اگر می‌توانستم فقط به او امتیاز بدهم، 10 می‌شد. صبحانه خوب بود و تراس عالی بود، به خصوص تماشای بالن‌ها در صبح.
متأسفانه شب اولی که آنجا ماندیم یک شوک مطلق به سیستم وارد شد و همه جا با ساس از خواب بیدار شدم و من و همسرم را گاز گرفتیم. مصطفی مسئول پذیرش بسیار عذرخواهی کرد و ما را به اتاق دیگری بدون اشکال ارتقا داد، اما متأسفانه آسیب وارد شد و اکنون باید با خارش و توده های زشت زندگی کنیم تا آنها فروکش کنند. مدیری که در واقع مالک آن مکان است، حتی عذرخواهی نکرد یا چیزی همه چیز را کنار گذاشت، انگار چیز مهمی نبود، بنابراین شروع را به نوعی خراب کرد. مصطفی فقط یک دانش آموز است که در حال تحصیل است و در آنجا به صورت نیمه وقت کار می کند، بنابراین احساس ناراحتی کرد که مجبور شد با همه اینها کنار بیاید. بنابراین بله همانطور که گفتم مصطفی سفر را انجام داد و بقیه چیزها عالی بود اما ساس ها منزجر کننده هستند و برای مقابله با آنها آزاردهنده هستند.

موقعیت مکانی خوب، صبحانه های خوشمزه و عالی. ما در آپارتمان ها ترانسفر از/به فرودگاه نوشهیر، 10 یورو برای یک نفر سفارش دادیم. نقل و انتقالات به خوبی انجام شد. مدیری که در طول روز کار می کرد در تمام نیازها و سوالات ما به ما کمک کرد.
ما یک اتاق 25 متر مربعی در توضیحات رزرو کردیم، اتاق ما حدود 12 متر مربع به اضافه حمام بود. یک تخت، میز 2 تخت، کمد بدون قفسه، فقط آویز. تنگ است و راحت نیست. ما در ماه مارس هنگام باران های سرد بودیم. خشک کردن چکمه و کت در این اتاق کوچک دشوار بود. ما اتاق را با تخفیف Genius رزرو کردیم و مجبور شدیم مبلغ رزرو خود را نشان دهیم زیرا اولاً یک مدیر هتل مبلغ بیشتری را به ما گفت. جابجایی ما ساعت 6 بعد از ظهر بود، ساعت خروج آنها 11 صبح بود. در مورد ماندن در اتاق تا زمان انتقال پرسیدیم، آنها درخواست کردند که قیمت یک روز آپارتمان را بپردازند. قبل از سفر در مورد بالون سواری پرسیدیم -> آنها نوشتند که قیمت 300 یورو است -> با تخفیف برای مهمانان آنها برای یک نفر 275 یورو است. با رسیدن به هتل قیمت کمتر بود. در اولین آژانس مسافرتی در خیابان قیمت 140 یورو بود.
