کارکنان واقعا خوب و خوش برخورد هستند، به طور کلی می توانم بگویم که قیمت های هتل در مقایسه با قیمت های افزایش یافته در استانبول هنوز مقرون به صرفه است.
شب اول که یک اتاق در طبقه اول گرفتیم، به معنای واقعی کلمه هیچ نور یا روشنایی وجود نداشت، برای همیشه شب به نظر می رسید، ما درخواست تغییر کردیم و روز بعد اتاق روشن تری در طبقه دوم گرفتیم!

Comfortable and clean room (the suite is worth the extra money). Good location in a busy and interesting commercial area. The breakfast is particularly good. The WiFi was strong with good coverage in the rooms. It's really good value and for the price it's excellent
Although the hotel has been updated to a high standard, a few things are not quite finished. For example, the Aircon wasn't working during our stay

The suite was great - lovely to have a couch for the family to sit together in the evening. Nice new decorations and furnishings.
Our daughter’s twin room was a little small - tight to get around, but good that it was beside ours. Rooms could do with a vanity/makeup mirror outside the bathroom.

Very good price/quality option for this central location at Istanbul. 5mins walk to Bazar, 10mins to the old Hypodrome. Room was new and comfy, staff friendly, breakfast with good options.

This place was amazing!!! The facilities were amazing, food was great, and they were so pleasant kind and helpful. They got us reservations for transfer to and from the airport. They also booked us an amazing dinner cruise and transport to and from that as well. They were so kind and helpful and spoke English as well so communication was super easy as well! Thank you for the amazing stay and helping us make the most of our trip! Would def stay again and highly recommend if you’re planning to go to Istanbul for any amount of time!!!!!

The hotel was in a good location, close to grand bazar and other places we wanted to visit. Rooms very clean, fresh towels every day. The kitchen staff is very friendly, they made me Turkish coffee every morning.
The guys at the reception made me feel like I was in bazar. Not very professional.

Interior is awesome
No mineral water given in the room. When I request staff at front counter give to us but with the some kind faced. For 2nd days also not provide mineral water and just pick up the rubbish without tady the room. So disappointed

10/10 - Rooms are super clean and big! - Everything is brand new. - Stuff is so kind and helpful. - Breakfast is very good and there are a plenty of choises. - Location is great and you need 2 mins until the T1 Tramvay or 4 mins until the Grand Bazaar. - It is not so crowdy all the time outside so you can normally sleep. - Internet connection is good. The lady from the kitchen is great and kind, also pretty good english speaker. The man from the reception told us that we can check out later for free, if we have a flight afternoon. (If we need it) So all together it is a great experience and good value for the money. The stuff shows you that they care about their guests and also that they are flexibile. It means a lot for a customer. All my recomendations goes to this hotel!

The location of this hotel is very convenient to the Grand Bazar and restaurants. The Tram is only 4 minutes walk away. It takes you Sultanamet's main square which has the Red and Blue mosques, Cistern and other attractions nearby. There is only a very slight up hill walk from the hotel to the tram. The rooms are nicely furnished and the Suite rooms are a good size to have a pre-dinner drink. The Breakfast is excellent but mainly vegetarian. Staff very friendly. I would certainly recommend this hotel.
Nothing from the Hotel but it is situated in an area which has very small streets so there could be roads blocked by trade vehicles so leave plenty of time to get to the airport on your return journey.

New hotel, very clean and so nice. Good breakfast. Staff is very helpful. The lady who cooks breakfast is so nice and kind. The manager of the hotel is a great guy, very helpful and speaks good English. We stayed 4 nights and they cleaned the room 3 times. You can access Sultanahmet square and other attractions very easly and quickly, 15-20 min walking distance. The tram stop is in 300 meters, so you can reach Dolmabahce very quickly. There are a lot of cafes, turkish delights shops, also money exchange etc. just around the hotel, which is very convenient. This is a great hotel for the price. I definitely recommend it!
There are narrow and busy streets around the hotel, so it is noisy all day till around 11-12pm. The street gets noisy from around 7 am again. Because of the narrow street, sounds outside are heard in the room (I stayed on 2nd floor). I used to close the window at night, however this didn't help much. I wish the bathroom in my room was just a bit spacious with a bit large sink with soap holder and mirror glass shelf : )) For me, the nearest metro station (Vezneciler station. there are just 3 stops to Taksim square ) was a bit far away, abt 1.1 km walking distance

Brand new renovated property, well located close to the Grand Bazaar, friendly and welcoming team that operate the hotel and a very good breakfast is provided. The Grand Gedikpasha Hamam is across the road and there are lots of good restaurants and cafes in close proximity. Highly recommended

We were very satisfied with the accomodation overall. We hade to upgrade a room, because the economic was too small, but it was our mistake that we booked that in the first hand. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of fruit, vegetable, sauces, sweet options. The lady who prepared the breakfast was extremely nice and generous! She was The night shift receptionist was also really nice with us, he offered us water and asked us if we are okay, and if we need anything. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. The location was also great, 10 minutes walk by the Blue Moque.

It is walking distance from Grand Bazar ,blue Mosque and Hajia Sophia, new hotel maybe started operating one month ago , you feel like home, the manager Mr Othman beh can speak English fluently
Any thing you need they bring it to you straight away,they are very clean and staff members very friendly , I’m very happy ,I recommend this hotel to every one and I’m coming back to this hotel in my next trip to Istanbul after about three months

The staff was exceptional! It’s a fairly new hotel so I expected a few issues, and the issues we did have were fix immediately! The staff went above and beyond to help! Went so far as to run to the store a purchase a corkscrew for our wine!! Rooms were clean and comfortable. It was close to the train, about a 3 to 5 minute walk.

This hotel is extremely well positioned, a short walk from The Grand Bazaar, and tram. The major sights are also in close proximity. We found the staff to be very friendly, kind and helpful, and nothing was a problem. Breakfast is fresh and offers variety. The hotel is new, completely rebuilt and the last few rooms are still in progress. The nice thing is that the finishes are new, contemporary and everything works. The rooms are airconditioned which for us was lovely after a hot day out.
There was no filter coffee, which seems usual for most of Istanbul.

The courtesy and availability of the staff, the location just few minutes away from the Grand Bazaar and other important touristic attractions of the city
In the shower the water drained slowly because the drain pipe was somehow clogged, but as soon as I asked the staff to fix it they’ve been available to do it at once.

The staff has been amazing and we had the best omelette ever. The young gentleman at the reception, even if not speaking English he went beyond anything you can imagine for us to feel at home. Nurcan from the breakfast felt like a mum that was making sure we all had everything needed. The manager of the hotel was very accommodating and you could tell he had the experience in the industry.
The hotel is still work in progress so I’m sure we will enjoy it more once is finished.

The rooms are really loud, you can hear everything from the hall, no chance to sleep without ear buds. The bathroom was not that clean. The breakfast can be improved and there is no alternative for an espresso or normal caffee. The electrical outlet getting out of the wall

Location was very good with ready access to cafes, Grand Bazar and transport
On arrival we were not made to feel welcome at all. Receptionist gave us key card that would not open our door and knowing this he just walked away. I had to go down to reception and ask him to reset the card. The one window in the room opened up to a dumping area with old chairs and boxes immediately outside the window. On two nights there were screams in the corridor and heated arguments presumedly between staff and a guest that went on for a considerable period. The receptionist showed no interest when we enquired about tours etc and was most unhelpful. This hotel did not measure up to expectations.

It was clean,nice bread n coffee breakfast decent selection location was central close to shops n restaurants.
Noise from outside, other rooms and in the hallway leading downstairs didn’t get much sleep bed was very uncomfortable no where to hang or put anything as no hooks or cupboards, had a water leak in bathroom n nobody to clean it up until the next morning n room was very small don’t go on pictures double room not big enough for two people.

Location is grand though very busy around
Very poor facilities and customer service, we had to keep asking them for simple things such as bathroom toiletries or coffee/tea, and you would be left with less warm options for breakfast if you were later than 9! And by the way, nothing was warm! Also, the taxi comapny they are working with was pathetic. We were 2 groups, had to wait for the taxi for 30 min when we got to the hotel, and the second group misswd the FLIGHT because the taxi was so late and they couldnt check in !

Unfortunately, it is close to a busy street so it is loud till late hours. Also, mini bar is paid and cleaning ladies dont refill shower gels or shampoos.

The beds are comfortable. Good location close to restaurants and main street. The best of the hotel is really price vs quality, good for people who only use the hotel to sleep.
The staff doesn’t care much about customer pleasure. We complained the shower was not working properly and they didn’t do anything . The breakfast is not varied and for me is not 100% fresh . No milk or hot coffee, 90% of the food is Turkish (not a problem, just informing)

Cleanliness is the main problem. I found hairs in the bed and in the bathroom. They never used the vacuum cleaner during our stay. At the reception they said that the water in the minibar is free......and there was no water. Upon arrival, there were sachets with instant coffee and sugar, I consumed them on the first day, but then no others were brought. I never imagined a poorer breakfast but now I found out what it is like. At breakfast they only had tea, not coffee.Do not call the hotel to find a parking space. The price in the area is 10 euros per day and they ask for 20.

The staff was really nice. The breakfast is all you can eat, but they have the same thing every day: eggs, sausages, salami, some types of cheese, tomatoes and french fries. All types of sauces. You have some juices, turkish tea and instant coffee. The room is small but nice. It is located near the Grand Bazaar.
The pillows were very very hard, I couldn't sleep on them. The bedding had hairs on it. We had problems with the sewage system, the water was not draining in the shower and it leaked outside everyday around it. We also had problems with the sink at the beginning, but it was solved. You can hear everything on the hall, and we were positioned near the lift. The receptionist said we have free water in the mini bar, but it wasn't any.
