ما احساس استقبال زیادی کردیم. در لابی مقداری باقلوای ترکی و چای به ما تعارف کردند در حالی که میزبان توضیح داد که در استانبول چه کار کنیم و کجا برویم. اتفاقا میزبان و یارانش بی نهایت مهربان و کمک کننده هستند. وقتی به آپارتمان آمدیم، علاوه بر تخت، آب رایگان، مقداری غذای ترکی و شکلات وجود داشت. اتاق با حوله تمیز، حوله، شامپو و بسیاری دیگر ارائه شده است. موقعیت مکانی بهتر از این نمی توانست باشد. دو تا از بزرگترین مساجد تنها 5 دقیقه با پیاده روی فاصله دارند. جبهه دریا نیز بسیار نزدیک است. تعداد زیادی رستوران و مغازه های کوچک در نزدیکی شما. بیدار شدن با صداهای موسیقی جاز آرامش بخش از رستورانی که در آن نزدیکی بود، همیشه آسمانی بود. اگر روزی به استانبول برگردم، بدون شک می دانم که کدام هتل را انتخاب کنم.
تمام آنچه در زیر گفته می شود فقط یک مشاهده است و تأثیری در اقامت من نداشته است. درها خیلی عایق صدا نیستند، صدای هر صدای درب اصلی مجتمع را می‌شنوید، صدای صحبت کردن (گاهی اوقات حتی فریاد زدن) مهمانان دیگر هنگام بالا یا پایین آمدن از راه پله، و صدای جاروبرقی از زمانی که سرویس اتاق انجام می‌شود را می‌شنوید. در اتاق های دیگر پس اگر قصد ندارید زود بیدار شوید، بهتر است قبل از خواب در اتاق خواب را ببندید. اگر انتظار دارید در آشپزخانه آشپزی کنید، آماده باشید که از کارکنان ظروف آشپزخانه اضافی مانند ماهیتابه بخواهید، زیرا چیز زیادی در اتاق وجود ندارد که بتوانید با آن کار کنید.

فوق العاده است
خدمات فوق العاده بود و کارکنان بسیار خوب بودند. عمر وقتی آنجا بودیم به ما خدمت کرد. او فوق العاده صمیمی و مهربان بود. وقتی دوباره به استانبول سفر می کنیم، قطعا اینجا اقامت را انتخاب می کنیم.
همه چیز خوب بود به جز اینکه در بالکن گیر کرده بود.

فقط برای سفرهای استانبولم با سارادت خواهم ماند.
کارکنان فوق العاده بودند و همه نیازهای ما را برآورده کردند. سوئیت منظره ای سورئال از مسجد آبی داشت. اتاق ها بکر و تمیز بود. فقط برای تمام اقامت‌های استانبول با Sadaret می‌مانیم.
اگر صبحانه در ساختمان وجود داشت حتی بهتر بود.

اتاق مدرن تمیز و زیبا. بسیار نزدیک به مسجد آبی و ایاصوفیه. (5 دقیقه پیاده روی). رستوران‌ها و فروشگاه‌ها درست بیرون هتل هستند.
اگرچه به عنوان سوئیت تبلیغ می شود، اما بیشتر یک اتاق هتل است که فضای زیادی در اطراف تخت ندارد.

موقعیت مکانی ایده آل است (5-10 دقیقه پیاده روی از مسجد آبی و 3 دقیقه تا بازار آراستا) بسیار نزدیک به حمل و نقل و غیره. همچنین خیابان آرام و شلوغ نیست. اتاق بسیار زیبا، تمیز و جادار بود. همه امکانات به خوبی کار می کردند و کارکنان بسیار مفید بودند. مینی حمام بسیار شیرین و تجربه خوبی بود.

من کارکنان این هتل، احمد، مهمت و دیگران را به خاطر توجه به جزئیات و حرفه ای بودنشان تحسین می کنم. اقامت ما کوتاه بود، 2 شب، اما درست در وسط تمام شهر قدیمی ... که آن را به مکانی عالی برای گشت و گذار تبدیل کرد. صبحانه یک قدم زدن کوتاه تا پشت بام یک هتل مرتبط بود و ارزش پیاده روی را داشت، غذاهای عالی و مناظر وسیع بسفر!

موقعیت در شهر قدیمی نمی توانست بهتر باشد. کارکنان هتل واقعا مفید بودند. خیلی خوب بود که بتوانم یک اقامتگاه مجردی را رزرو کنم که امکانات عالی داشته باشد.

بهترین هتل استانبول برای تعطیلات
من همه چیز را دوست داشتم به خصوص کارکنان و موقعیت مکانی. احمد مطمئن شد که همه چیز فراتر از حد انتظار است. در دسترسی به در اصلی با مشکلاتی مواجه شدم و به آنها پیام دادم و در عرض یک دقیقه کارکنان هتل به کمک من آمدند. این کاملاً استثنایی بود و من از آن بسیار سپاسگزارم. من این هتل را به همه کسانی که می خواهند برای تعطیلات به اینجا بیایند توصیه می کنم.

Iron could do with descaling... The water from it actually creates a stain in the thing I was wanting to wear.

Good location and good stay! An eye mask is recommended in case you are sensible to brightness.
The location is excellent. Very close to everything by walking distance. 24/7 reception is helpful. The staff were very kind and helpful. The stairs were a bit of a problem, as the manager gave me a room on the second floor, instead of the one I had booked, on Annex A with a private patio. According to him, the new room would be a superior one because it had a double bed - that unfortunately, I didn't use since the single one is enough for me (and my petit size). But he managed to provide me with an unexpected courtesy, which was great.
The room didn't have blackout curtains and I couldn't have a good night's sleep due to the light outside during the night and the early morning sunshine.

Exceptional Service and Comfort Stay near Istanbul's Landmarks
Sadaret Hotel&Suites is a fantastic find, just minutes away from the Blue Mosque, offering impeccable service, clean rooms, and delightful amenities including complimentary desserts and tea upon arrival. Location: 5/5 - Conveniently situated a short stroll from the Blue Mosque and main street with lot's of shops, restaurants and pubs at walking distance (few open till late in night). Room: 5/5 - Rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with all essential amenities even a first aid box. Bathroom was clean and having hot water as well. Also there is a wifi router inside the room for strong wifi signals. Service: 5/5 - Exceptional staff who are friendly, accommodating, and eager to assist guests with any needs. They also have other services like taxi and attractions booking. Breakfast/Food: N/A - The restaurant is bit far from the hotel so I had traditional turkish breakfast in one of the nearby restaurant. Though I observed they have good breakfast option. Ambience: The mix of super new and old-fashioned stuff makes the place feel special and cozy.

Staff - exceptional, extremely helpful and welcoming Room - comfy beds, plenty of light, a bit too narrow to open large suitcases. Location - excellent, 10 minutes to Blue Mosque and other places.
Room (shower) - impossible to set the water temperature neither in the shower nor in sinks, as it was changing every 5-10 seconds. Some black mold on the shower door, while tiles were clean Room (view) - the room view was facing the construction wall, Rather disappointing.

Perfect Hotel, location and staff that go above and beyond
Our first holiday in a while and I can't praise the Sadaret Hotel & Suites highly enough. This review is well deserved. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived at 1am - to be met by Jusef who greeted us with tea and coffee, then escorted us the short distance to our suite, in Annex A. The suite was immaculate, spacious, good quality linen, towels and a consistent wifi connection. The kitchenette area was well stocked with water tea and coffee and the basic kitchen implements you might need. Also lots of personal touches, little dishes of sweet treats, bowls of nuts. It all felt very welcoming. The location is close to perfect for sightseeing and the traditional feel of old Istanbul. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar, Spice market are all in easy walking distance. The Old Town is a popular tourist area with everything that goes with that but everyone we met was polite and friendly - we were not hassled just gentle persuasion and then left alone if uninterested. This was different of course in some other areas of the city, so be prepared! We took a whole day trip on the Bosphorus, stopping of at various places of interest. The trip was arranged by the hotel and again I would highly recommend it, it was fun and felt like good value to us. We saw so much and guides were great, very knowledgeable. The usual rules apply for taking care everywhere you go, insist taxi's display their meter and it is running, take guidance from your hotel on places to visit. Take a photo of your passport rather carrying it around if you need to provide it for ID - you will need this if you buy a SIM card for eg. We had a super time and the staff at the Sadaret looked after us so well, Jusef, Mohammed the Manager and the other folks we met that I cannot name but provided such great service. We hope to return.

The reception on duty when we arrived, Yusuf was very friendly and helpful. We were served coffee and baklava while wait
I booked a 1 Bedroom Apartment but due to hot water issues, we were moved to a 2 Bedroom unit and it felt like a we were in a chic Turkish apartment. The bed and pillows were perfect to our liking and their toiletries were very nice. We had a washing machine in our unit and that was really handy. Also, the complimentary baklava and other desserts were a nice touch to welcome us.
No proper ventilation in the bathroom/toilet. The stairs leading to the apartment were a little challenging but we have no issues with walking up the stairs. May be a problem with those who have problems walking though.

Excellent and comfortable place with amazing staff, just steps away from the attractions.
Great location, Very welcoming staff. Friendly and always made sure that my stay was comfortable. Sadaret is located in the optimal spot. Walking distance from each major attractions mosques etc. The reliable tour office outside (Nes), helped me with door to door pick up. Plenty of family owned restaurants on the street. The room was well stocked with coffee, snacks. The staff Brought up the coffee when needed. It was all amazing. All the staff was amazing.
If you are looking for on site breakfast it is a five mins walk to another building. It has spectacular views of Hagia Sophia.

The Location and the facilities in the hotel were exceptional. The staff Yousef and others were really helpful at providing excellent service The hotel rooms were cleaned on daily basis and they provided complementaries everyday. I really liked the hotel as they had everything available to people. I couldn't not have asked for anything better.
