این دومین باری بود که در Ruz اقامت داشتم و قطعا یکی از بهترین هتل هایی است که ما اقامت کرده ایم! از طراحی فوق‌العاده زیبا، تمیزی و راحتی (تخت‌خواب‌ها شگفت‌انگیز بود) تا یک موقعیت مکانی بسیار خوب، بار خنک روی پشت بام با نوشیدنی‌های واقعاً خوب و یک رستوران خوب. کارکنان گیلاس بالا بودند! همه در هتل فوق العاده شیرین و مفید هستند. این بار برای برداشتن لباس عروسی به استانبول برگشتم و مدیر امراه مرا از آخرین اقامتم به یاد آورد و یک اتاق فوق العاده زیبا به همراه تعدادی حباب به ما داد. ما نمی توانیم Ruz را بیشتر توصیه کنیم! از اینکه ما را همراهی کردید متشکرم، قطعاً برمی گردیم!!

بهترین مکان برای اقامت در استانبول
چه جواهری مطلق! اتاق‌ها و فضای داخلی شیک، صبحانه شگفت‌انگیز در تراس پشت بام با چشم‌انداز، درست در نزدیکی خیابان استقلال و در کنار همه بارها و مغازه‌ها. دویگو و بقیه کارکنان بسیار کمک کننده بودند، به ما توصیه هایی دادند و مطمئن شدند که آب زیادی داریم. اتاق مشترک کتابخانه نیز بسیار باحال است. ما از سالن ورزشی یا استخر استفاده نکرده‌ایم، بنابراین نمی‌توانیم در مورد آن‌ها نظر بدهیم.
اگر اتاق شما رو به خیابان باشد، از میله های طبقه پایین سر و صدا خواهید داشت. گوش گیر به همراه داشته باشید یا از آنهایی که ارائه می شود (در کمدهای کنار تخت) استفاده کنید. مطمئناً مانع از داشتن یک خواب راحت نشد.

یکی از بهترین (و بهترین موقعیت مکانی) بوتیک هتل های مدرنی که در آن اقامت داشته ام. و کارکنان نمی توانستند بیشتر کمک کنند
هتل کوچک برجسته در یک موقعیت عالی، چند دقیقه با رستوران ها، کافه ها، فروشگاه ها و گالری ها فاصله دارد. فضای داخلی متفکرانه با تمام معایب مدرن، کارکنان بسیار خوب، بار سرگرم کننده روی پشت بام و یکی از برترین رستوران های پشت بام منطقه.

بهترین اقامت دنج در مرکز استانبول
همه چیز را دوست داشتم: نرم ترین تخت ها، بهترین خواب در طول سفر. موقعیت مکانی بلند نیست اما دقیقاً در کنار خیابان اصلی است. کافی شاپ دنج در طبقه پایین و رستوران در بالا. اتاق‌ها بزرگ نیستند، اما سبک یکپارچهسازی با سیستمعامل عالی دارند در حالی که مبلمان جدید و به خوبی نگهداری می‌شوند. کارکنان به خوبی سازماندهی شده اند. همچنین ما منطقه لابی را دوست داشتیم
- "نمای باغ" گمراه کننده است. اتاق رو به دیوار است که با نقاشی دیواری نقاشی شده است. دیوار درست خارج از پنجره است، بنابراین این نما توصیف گمراه کننده است. این از اتاق دور نمی‌شود، اما باید روشن شود. - ما گفتیم که برای یک جشن شخصی می آییم، اما هیچ تعریف / یادداشت / توجهی در این مورد از هتل دریافت نکردیم

یکی از بهترین اقامت هایی که در طول یک سال در خارج از کشور داشته ایم.
محیط و جو فوق العاده بود. امکانات فوق العاده بود. ما رستوران روی پشت بام و کوکتل لانژ را دوست داشتیم. لوکیشن هم عالی بود نزدیک به خیابان های شلوغ اما در یک خیابان ساکت فرعی، بنابراین هیچ سروصدایی ما را آزار نمی دهد. از مینی بار رایگان، شارژ مجدد قهوه/آب و سرویس اتاق قدردانی می کنم.
راستش هیچی. از رفتن غمگین شدیم!

فقط حواس تان باشد که نمی توانید تا جلوی هتل رانندگی کنید، در کوچه ای است که فقط با پای پیاده قابل دسترسی است. برای ما مشکلی نیست، اما پیدا کردن آن کمی مشکل بود، باید نقشه های گوگل را بیرون می آوردیم.

The neighborhood (the place to be in my opinion for restaurants and to go out in the evening), the hall with the cozy living room, the rooftop and the view, the staff really helpful for everything
the high temperature in the room (around 26°, even if outside it was much lower), it made it necessary to switch on the AC the service in the rooftop restaurant and bar was really slow

We spent 3 days in Istanbul and we chose RUZ hotel. Its staff is very kind and available. Clean structure, in the same building of one of the most visited rooftops in Istanbul. Also the restaurant is good. Next to the subway.

Excellent location, excellent hospitality. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We visited different neighbourhoods during our 5 days in Istanbul and reckon this is the best location amongst all! Hotel is modern and chic, an ideal stay for friends or couples!

Super cool location, nice area, comfortable rooms and nice rooftop (amazing view) and restaurant/bar. Also has a nice gym but the pool is not really a pool :)
Was all perfect. Only one little thing: The Restaurant missed lactose free options sometimes. So they ran frequently out of lactose free options. Also some of the waiters were perfects some of them frequently forgot your order.

Great location near to lots of bars and restaurants, felt safe. Cool decor throughout. Staff were helpful.
Our room had a musty smell - we had to turn on the AC to air it out every time we returned to the room. We could hear another room’s water outflow from shower due to exposed pipes. It was quite noisy at night at weekends until the time bars closed due to central location and our room being right under the terrace bar-luckily we’re not light sleepers. They provide ear plugs in the room which is likely due to previous feedback on the noise.

Worth a second visit.

The best value for money hotel that I have ever been!
Everyone of the stuff was very helpful and always they greeting us with a smile. The cleaning stuff was actually they were cleaning our room when we requested it (usually when you ask your room to be cleaned they just make your bed and empty your trash bins but not in this hotel).

Maybe the breakfast took a little too long to arrive after you had placed your order, which can be problematic if you have a busy day ahead. So, there is a little room for improvement.

Lovely hotel in the modern part of Istanbul
Beautiful hotel and sweet staff. Try a Simone cocktail at the roof bar - it's excellent and the view is as well. We thought the area was great, however, if you want peace and quiet this is not a location for you. It is a young hotel and young clientel in the middle of a party area in Istanbul.
Skip the filter coffee at the restaurant ;)

Very nice hotel, but Aircon does not cool down during winter
The hotel is very nice and the location is excellent. The rooftop bar is pretty cool too!
Unfortunately, during the winter the air conditioning cannot be used to cool down the room. Even if it's winter it can get pretty hot in a small room so you need to be prepared to open the windows during the night. If you're on the courtyard side it's not too much of an issue, but if you are on the street side it would be way too noisy.

Fantastic boutique hotel
The location was A1, right in the heart of the interesting Pera district of the city centre a minute off the main drag. Plenty if great bars and restaurants nearby and 5 minutes to a metro station. The design of the room was very contemporary but with a nice personal twist in a lovely old building. The shower and bed were fantastic and even though there was little natural light the lighting in the room made up for this The staff were also great.
We didn’t have breakfast….at €20 it was well overpriced in my view

Superb location with outstanding hospitality and service. Would definitely stay here again.
We were 2 couples and from the moment we entered the hotel we felt a really chilled vibe about the whole hotel. The views from the top floor restaurant were brilliant. In the heart of everything on the European side and so close to public transport to get around the City. We went across to the old part of the City during the day to see most of the sites then came back to the hotel which was perfectly located for nightlife. All the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. We would like to say a special mention and thanks to Tolga who arranged for one of the staff members to go across town to collect a prescription for us. As it was a Sunday we had to use the duty Pharmacy. He treated us as very special guests every time we needed anything, even arranging the best table in a restaurant we chose for our last night. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Ruz Hotel.

Great location, cozy, atmospheric.
The hotel is located in the middle of the most vibrant part of the city, but hides in a small alley. Clean and tasteful, a room has everything you might need. Helpful, humble staff. There is no better location than this. You are at the beginning of the Istiklal street - main pedestrian "party" street. The Galata tower is within a 5 minute of walking. The metro entrance is accessible within a walk of one minute. I would recommend utilizing the metro, funicular, and tram as they are faster and more convenient than taxi in most cases. The rooftop terrace restaurant has a good selection of fine food and drinks. Breakfast is not a buffet, but is served with an ample plate of healthy snacks and egg dish by your choice. It was a special moment for us, with a nice view from a rooftop and a good service. We wanted to prolong it. My wife and I are frequent travellers, and we have been to Istanbul several times. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

One of the best hotels in Istanbul. Wonderful staff, awesome service and a perfect location.
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Service was perfect and well organized. The cleaning was done every day. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. If you care much about professional and service oriented staff go for this hotel. Most of our requests were quickly done by the reception. The location of the hotel is just perfect. Close to everything.
The restaurant is overpriced and at the last day they charged me more than 12 % of the dinner price as service fee without informing me. So I payed 500 Turkish lira extra. The airport transfer offered me 70 Euros which I just payed less than half of it to a taxi. This much of difference doesnt feel right. At the last day they ordered me a taxi to the airport via a taxi service that they know. The taxi driver scammed me with already having the taxi meter on while I entered the taxi so the journey started with 100 TL. I payed 1100 TL in total which was 200 more than what I payed from the same airport to the hotel.

Central location, beautiful boutique hotel
Perfect location! Central and walkable distance to most of city's attractions. Charming old architecture of the building with nice and sofisticated design touches. Beautiful view from the roof terrace. Very comfortable bed!
My room was on the 5th floor, early every morning i could hear a lot of noice comming from some kind of storage or roof garden, not sure Stuff could do a little bit better :)

The property was beautiful. Modern and clean. You can always see someone cleaning in the hotel. The room was so comfy. The bed and pillows were amazing. I actually would love to know what the made from as i need them in my life. Best sleep ever

A lovely stay at Ruz Hotel.
This is a great hotel in a very good location. Less than a minute walk from Istaklal Street. The room was a decent size, very clean, nicely decorated and spacious bathroom. The staff are very friendly and helpful. House keeping was very good and I would highly recommend this hotel.
We were staying in room 404. I think the ceiling is wooden and not concrete. The room is directly under the bar on the 5th floor. We could hear a lot of noise if the staff in bar dropped something on the floor.
