ما در سوئیت پاشا اقامت داشتیم که لوکس بود، به خوبی نگهداری می شد و به اندازه کافی بزرگ بود که 7 نفر را در خود جای داد و حریم خصوصی کافی برای همه داشت. تخت ها بسیار راحت هستند. روم سرویس خیلی خوبه هتل خوب و آرام، با قلمرو زیبا طراحی شده است. تنوع غذا انباشته شده بود. قدردانی ویژه از پرسنل پذیرایی و خدمات مهمان است که بسیار مراقب و صمیمی هستند و همیشه مایل به کمک هستند. زمانی که سبد میوه به عنوان یک تعریف از هتل و نامه ای با آرزوی سلامتی و بهبودی سریع برای پدرم پس از بازدید از پزشک هتل دریافت کردیم، از توجه شخصی به مهمانان متاثر شدیم.

اقامت در کل خوب بود. کارکنان فوق العاده صمیمی بودند. غذا و گزینه های متنوع از جمله گیاهخواری یک شگفتی مثبت بود. ساحل دور نیست و کاملا تمیز بود.
علاوه بر دادن کلیدها، هیچ اطلاعاتی از ورود به سیستم ارائه نشد. اگرچه تخت‌ها راحت بودند، امکانات کلی کاملاً قدیمی است. همچنین پرده ها بسیار کثیف بودند و فرش دارای مقداری لکه بود، بنابراین باید به درستی تمیز شوند.

هتل عالی امکانات عالی انتخاب عالی غذا در تمام زمان های غذا. ساحل روی پله درب شماست. دارای یک آبگرم عالی است که به شدت یک Vist را دوباره ترکیب می کند.
اتاقی با تخت دونفره رزرو کرده بودیم که به آن رسیدیم، 2 تخت داشت. وقتی از ما پرسیدیم که آیا آنها می توانند آن را مرتب کنند، آنها تخت ها را به هم وصل کردند. خیلی راحت نیست وقتی از ما پرسیدند که آیا می توان اتاق دیگری به ما داد، آنها گفتند که نمی توانند. فکر می کنم می توانستند کمی بیشتر کار کنند. ما یک اتو و میز اتو خواستیم، یک اتوی شکسته به ما می دهیم که از تمام لباس هایمان نشتی داشت و برخی از لباس هایمان را خراب کرد. هنگامی که ما درخواست جایگزینی کردیم، آنها یک مورد جدید را بدون عذرخواهی ارسال کردند.

زمان فوق العاده ای برای حضور در ملک است، زیرا پیش فصل بود. ما اتاق را دوست داشتیم، بزرگ و تمیز. استخرها، کلوپ بچه ها، پارک آبی کوچک، همه بسیار خوب و تمیز بودند. ما عاشق انتخاب نوشیدنی‌ها، کوکتل‌ها و غیره بودیم. بوفه غذا هر روز متفاوت بود و همیشه کسی بود که می‌توانستیم آن را بخوریم. این یک استراحتگاه گلف است، اما ما برای یک تعطیلات خانوادگی با یک خانواده دیگر آنجا بودیم، آنقدر خوب است که در روزها کمتر شلوغ است و میله ها واقعاً غروب ها شلوغ هستند، سرگرمی خوب! کاملا از اقامت لذت بردم!
یک تلویزیون هوشمند در اتاق حتی برای بچه ها شگفت انگیزتر بود.

من و خانواده ام اقامت فوق العاده ای در هتل Sirene Belek داشتیم، بیشتر به دلیل خدمات شگفت انگیز مشتریان و غذاهای خوشمزه ای که در بوفه سرو می شود. تشکر ویژه از: جولیا با خدمات مهمان و سرورهای رستوران بوفه ای که به طرز باورنکردنی مراقب دختر نوزاد من بودند و بسیار پذیرا بودند: یونکا زینب عثمان مصطفی کمال
تنها عیب اقامت فوق العاده ما این بود که چون در فصل "زمستان" رفتیم، استخرهای روباز گرم نمی شدند. من فکر می‌کنم استخر کودک/نوپا باید در تمام طول سال گرم شود، زیرا نوزادان باید در دماهای گرم‌تر باشند. اما به جای آن از استخر سرپوشیده استفاده کردیم. همچنین تهویه مطبوع هوای مرکزی بود، به این معنی که علیرغم هوای گرم تر، همیشه گرم بود. بنابراین، اتاق‌ها معمولاً گرم هستند اما در عصرها خنک‌تر هستند.

هتل قدیمی به نظر می رسید و نیاز به بازسازی داشت. اتاق تاریک بود و هیچ چراغی برای روشن کردن وجود نداشت. پاسیو و صندلی های آنجا هرگز تمیز نشدند. مینی بار هر روز پر از نوشیدنی ها و تنقلات مختلف (هر چیزی که در دسترس بود) بود. عایق صوتی وجود نداشت. سرویس خانه داری و شارژ مجدد مینی بار از صبح زود شروع شد و پر سر و صدا بود.

Room - Great! Air con worked a treat, cleaned every day and beds and bed linen were super comfortable. Buffet - Great and wide choice of food . My only criticism is that if you like your food hot, especially when it comes to the meat dishes, stews etc. then expect it to be more warm than hot and sometimes cold but then i guess that is what you have to expect from a buffet...unless you go at first sitting and then it is also very busy! Beach - Great! If you can book beds on the pier, especially the VIP section, it is an absolute must! Entertainment - evening and in the day...super!! Pool bar is fantastic! Staff are fantastic! Wellness Spa - amazing!!! Very professional and what a wonderful experience! Huge thanks to my masseur Ketut. She was awesome!

As some of another guests we got upgrade to duplex suite Bohemia with private pool, restaraunt and beach. It was amazing to rest there. Suite is new and very cozy. After this suite you want to rest only such way. We want to return here.
I had remote work and wi-fi was not good as I wanted.

Great hotel facilities and activities, spa , sauna, Turkish bath,volleyball, stretching est. excellent entertainment staff where every night shows and live music. The hotel location was great. Very nice beach. Not mention the food variety was excellent. Great staff all polite, helpful, friendly and goo spoken English.

We got a free room upgrade, which was fantastic! The Bohemia Dublex suite was a real dream! The main pool is also great, and the food was very good. The beach is well taken care of and the overall experience was unforgettable.

Exceptional!! It wasn’t my first time at this hotel, and it won’t be my last time.The hotel and the services are amazing. You enjoy every moment there. We liked the staff so much and we felt like home. Especially, Secaatin from the reception, we arrived a little bit early and they prepared the room for us before the normal check-in. Deniz and Tuğba from the lobby bar were very kind, and they helped us to learn a little bit of Turkish. Overall, it was an amazing experience. Will be repeated definitely.

**Review: Sirene Hotel Belek** The Sirene Belek Hotel presents a unique combination of 5 stars and outdated infrastructure. While the charm of the architecture is evident to the eye, the room's furniture reveals signs of wear that emphasize the need for renovation. The gym, although available to guests, is disappointing with rusty equipment, indicating a lack of maintenance over the years. To be brighter, the hotel serves impeccable food and the staff is extremely kind. Their dedication to service is commendable, ensuring that guests are always met with warmth and willingness. Additionally, the hotel boasts excellent gardening, and its bars and restaurants are top-notch, offering a delightful experience to visitors. However, our stay was marred by seemingly profit-driven management decisions. Having booked five rooms, we requested a late check-out for a room serving our baby. Despite a large number of rooms available on the Internet, we were fed the fiction "the hotel is fully occupied", only an exorbitant fee of 25 euros per hour for late check-out solved the "hotel is full". While the front line staff do their best to provide an unparalleled experience, it is disheartening to see management decisions and outdated services cloud the overall stay experience. This is a request to management to adjust its policies to the high standards set by its service staff and invest in timely upgrades.

This resort is exceptional. I usually don't give 10 on my reviews but this time I have to do it because nothing can be offered more or better. Thanks to all the fantastic staff from reception to restaurants. The service is beyond expectation. Sirene must be visited once in your life.

Everything was great. The staff were all kind and welcomed us with a smile. Upon our arrival, Mr. Hossein very kindly and quickly prepared the room for our arrival, and we are very grateful to her. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were varied and every day there was a new dish on the menu. I recommend it to everyone and I will definitely come to this hotel again.

- Excellent facilities - Great food options throughout the day. One can never go hungry at Sirene Belek - Fantastic swimming options for all types (water slides, kids pool, Olympic lap pool and the beach/ocean) - Amazing performances every evening - Kids club and the friendly hosts/girls that entertained and looked after all the kids. The daily kids activities and evening kids performances was the highlight for our daughter.
Nothing - Everything was perfect and met our expectations.

One day the kids pool was not clean, and there was a poops on side the pool Thankfully one told the lifeguard and the close the pool for cleaning, in our last day my daughter was getting sick and she have a fever Thank god that it was in the last day We managed to get back to our home and directly went to the hospital She was infected by a coxsackie virus the cause the hand, foot and mouth disease She spent 4 days in the hospital and now she is recovering now Thank god for that

The resort is very big, with great facilities. Rooms are large and very clean. Great value for everything that offers. Food and beverages are good. Outside area is great, lot's of pine trees, pools for every taste, nice beach area. We had a great time.

Excellent service and meals. All inclusive was great. Room was large and comfy. Pools large and well maintaind. Nice shows in the evening.
There was a shortage in availble deck chairs etc. around the pools in midday. Should add more facilities during the "rush hours" of the pools.

The resort was wonderful, facilities were great for the family, plenty of entertainment to go around. Staff were so nice, they upgraded us to the bohemian villa with private pool. The experience was one of its kind, service and menu at the bohemian beach front restaurant were the best we ever experienced. The generosity was top. We will definitely come back

Amazing hotel, very good location, large rooms, fantastic facilities, lot of things to do, amazing daily activities and night shows, delicious food around the clock. I should thank Sajaddin at the reception for his positive attitude and warm welcome, we were upgraded to a family duplex suite. The serving at pool bar and main restaurant are very nice.
Maintenance is required for toilets and minibar, fridge was not working and leaking, trigger spray was not working in toilet. Everything else was great.
