از اینکه در یک اتاق بسیار زیبا با بالکن و چشم انداز اقامت داشتم، سپاسگزارم. تمیز و جادار بود، تخت خیلی راحت بود و حمام هم همیشه تمیز بود. صبحانه خوب بود، انتخاب های بیش از حد کافی، و با منظره ای که در طبقه بالاست. موقعیت مکانی بهتر از این نمی توانست باشد - نزدیک بودن به ایستگاه تراموا گلهامه، گشت و گذار در استانبول را برای من بسیار آسان کرد. همه کارکنان دوستانه و مفید بودند. با تشکر از یادیگر، آتاکان و گورکان که اقامتم را خوشایند کردند و یک فریاد ویژه به سمرا (امیدوارم املای آن را درست نوشته باشم) که اینقدر دوستانه بودند و توصیه هایی کردند که کجا می توانم بروم و کجا می توانم تهیه کنم. و پکمز! اگر فرصت بازگشت به استانبول را پیدا کنم، دوست دارم دوباره اینجا بمانم.

موقعیت مکانی عالی، در فاصله چند قدمی نقاط برجسته شهر. صبحانه فراوان بود و همه کارکنان دوستانه و مفید بودند. رستوران های خوب زیادی در این نزدیکی هست که برای صرف شام ما می خوریم.
دوست داشتم فضای ذخیره‌سازی بیشتر، کشو برای قرار دادن لباس‌ها و گاوصندوق اتاق وجود نداشته باشد.

Fantastic location for our short stay, which meant we could visit the main sights on foot. Loved the terraced restaurant with great views on both sides and room to sit inside or out. The airport taxi service was excellent - quick and efficient.
People smoking in the eating area. We aren't used to this being allowed in UK!

Location, very friendly staff, nice breakfast and Aya Sofiya view from balcony at the breakfast place. Cosy boutique hotel. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, we were offered tea and coffee for free upon arrival during the wait until our room is ready and we had early check-in, thanks Sude Konak staff!
We've booked room for 3 guests and the room was quite small for 3 people, but actually it was me not to pay much attention on a room size while booking, my advise is - see room photos and read room description thoroughly in order not to be surprised upon arrival. for this reason we had to move to another hotel with larger room.

I like how the staff were so welcoming, and assisting in every way,the location was perfect so I could visit Galata tower, the sea bazaar and the restaurant were all around,breakfast was ok.
I can't complain, I enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler.but I would prefer one bed in my room if I'm alone instead of two.

Location is excellent. 5 mins away from Aya Sofia and 5 mins from Sirkechi. Lift works well. Rooms are nice and clean. Rooms cleaned on a daily basis. Good choice of breakfast at the top balcony where you can see Aya Sofia. Tram is 3 mins away and Marmaray underground train is the same time. I would def visit again and would recommend this hotel.

Very helpful staff, great location.
Charges were made to our room for drinks that were not ours. They reversed the charges. There was mildew in abut 6 spots at the bottom of the shower.

The location was perfect. It was a few steps from the train and from Aya Sofia. The breakfast was delicious and with a view!
My main problem was that the room didn’t have a window. I have never seen a hotel room without a window and I think they should tell the guests in advance. Many rooms didn’t have this “bonus”. Also the bathroom cleanliness was questionable.

We visited Istanbul for a long weekend yet another time and we stayed again at the Sude Konak hotel. We keep coming back because the location is perfect and the staff is always very accommodating, friendly and helpful. They make our stay very pleasant!

The location is great, just nearby Gulhane tram station. Walking distance to Hagia Sofia and other attractions. A lot of restaurant and souvenirs shop nearby. Room is quite small but it is a common thing in Istanbul. Cleanliness of the room and toilet is good. Heating in the room is good. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good, the staff was very nice to serve us omeletts that we personally request. There are view of Bhosphorus strait and Hagia Sofia from the breakfast room.

A lot of Istanbul's major tourist attractions are in walking distance. The tram station Gülhane is right around the corner where you can also load money on the Istanbul card. ATMs are located there as well. The station Sirceci is also in close walking distance. I didn't have any issues with the window in the room leading to a wall, no problem breathing during the night. The breakfast also had plenty options in my opinion. It got cleaned daily and every time I returned there were two new bottles of water in the fridge which was great. Staff was also always friendly and helpful towards me.
Not having the window closed I once woke up in the night hearing people from another room fight. So better keep the window close at night. I also have to join other reviews and say there's some stains on the carpet. I didn't have that much an issue with it though. Not directly at the hotel itself but as advice: The overall area is quite directed towards tourists. Hence, the prices in shops and restaurants are quite overpriced in comparison to local prices if you walk further away. Also, I personally found the street crossing at Gülhane sometimes quite dangerous cause it's a bit confusing and some drivers didn't know how to drive there.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just steps away from the iconic Aya Sofia and other popular attractions. The location made it easy to explore the city on foot or by using public transportation. The staff at the Hotel were polite and welcoming, and they were happy to offer recommendations. Overall, we would recommend Sude Konak to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the center of Istanbul.
The hairdryer in our room could have been of a higher quality and the bed sheets could have been changed more frequently.

Very helpful and efficient staff. We were welcomed by a smiling and very friendly young man. The rooms were cleaned every day, which is not a common practice in other hotels anymore. We had a very pleasant stay.
