Good location. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was tidy, clean and big enough for 3 people. Mattress and pillows were comfortable.
Shower was leaking. One of the room windows was broken so it wouldn’t close but when reported to the staff they offered to change our room .

The location was great for exploring the city. I appreciated the elevator and great AC during the hot night.

Excellent location. 5 min walk to the Blue Mosque and 5 min walk from the tram. Also 24 hour check in really helped as we arrived very late. The staff were excellent. Super friendly and helpful.
They only provided paper cups and instant coffee in the rooms. Some powder milk would have been good. And proper cups too.

Nice little hotel in a small alleyway. Friendly and helpful staff. Beds were comfortable and toilet was clean. The terrace had a beautiful view of the ocean and rooftops. Very strategic location. Near the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Many cafes and restaurants nearby with good food and affordable prices. Nearest tram stop is only 3 minutes away.
Shower head was slightly broken but still usable. Only one very small trash can in the toilet. Not enough space to throw away our trash.

great location - walking distance from the main touristic attractions :) beds are comfortable, beautiful view from the top floor. For the price I think booking this hotel is a good choice. they also offer transfer from the airport to the hotel for 50 eur which is great of you come later and tired :)

Fantastic location, lovely friendly staff (we were upgraded to a bigger room with x2 double beds instead of the x1 double and x1 single that we had booked which we were really happy about!), clean and comfortable room with nice big windows and street view. Good working aircon and fridge which we utilised a lot. The wifi was good. Great free luggage storage at reception for a couple of hours before and after our stay which was great
Not much! The towels were small and some were frayed, and the room gets a lot of street noise so ear plugs are a must

The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful and accommodating, they allowed me to check in a couple of hours earlier than check in time free of charge which was really appreciated. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. There is a terrace at the hotel which has great views. I loved the fridge and used this frequently. Great value for money
The room I stayed in for the first night I was there was very noisy. The booking.com description says “soundproofed rooms” which I don’t think is true for this room (basic/standard double room) as it was very very loud and I could hear internal noises from the other rooms around me (peoples conversations, even snoring!) as well as outside noises. There was a small strange window in the room which had a film on it but no curtain so it let light in which was annoying. The air conditioning unit did not work - maybe needs new batteries in the remote. The shower was difficult to use and the water kept going hot and then cold

لوکیشن خیلی خوب بود 10 دقیقه پیاده روی تا ایاصوفیه، مسجد آبی، آب انبار باسیلیکا. سپس کمی پیاده روی به کاخ توکپاکی می رسید. حمل و نقل نزدیک از طریق تراموا به امینو و برج گالاتا. شما همچنین می توانید آن را تا دریای مامارا پیاده روی کنید. در راه، از مسجد تاریخی مانند مسجد سوکولو مهمت پاشا دیدن کنید. ما ارتقا یافته بودیم، بنابراین از پنجره خود منظره ای دوست داشتنی از دریای مرمره داشتیم. اگر می خواهید منظره بهتری داشته باشید، می توانید فقط به تراس بروید و در آنجا خنک شوید. همکاران هتل بسیار مفید بودند و به سوالات پاسخ دادند و به شما راهنمایی کردند.

هتل بسیار تمیز بود و کارکنان بسیار محترمانه و مهربان و همچنین مفید بودند. موقعیت مکانی بالای یک تپه شیب دار است اما هرگز مجبور نشدید از آن بالا بروید زیرا همه رستوران ها و مسیر سلطان احمد (نزدیک مساجد) در نزدیکی هتل قرار داشتند.
تنها چیزی که در اتاق‌هایی که در آن اقامت داشتیم این بود که پنجره‌ها به نوعی توسط اتاق‌های دیگر مسدود شده بودند، بنابراین نور طبیعی به داخل نمی‌رسید. نمی‌توان درباره صبحانه/غذا نظر داد زیرا در هتل غذا نخوردیم. .

نظافتچی اتاق توالت را تمیز نکرد، در عوض در روز آخر خروج من، او برس تمیز کردن را جلوی صندلی توالت می‌گذارد، یعنی شما نظافت را انجام می‌دهید، من فقط حوصله نداشتم آن را گزارش کنم زیرا آخرین روز من بود. و کارکنان پذیرش، علی، جاوید و موریت همیشه در طول اقامتم، فقط 2 دقیقه پایین تپه، با لبخند از من پذیرایی عالی می کردند، اما این مشکلی نبود.

آقای مراد و آقای دولت در میز پذیرش بسیار دوستانه، مفید و مهمان نواز هستند. آنها با سوالات و نگرانی های ما به ما کمک کردند. راننده تاکسی از دوستم پول زیادی گرفته بود. آقای مراد تمام تلاش خود را کرد تا به ما کمک کند تا بازپرداخت و مشکل را در اسرع وقت حل کنیم. آقای Dovlet مکان های خنکی را برای خنک شدن پیشنهاد کرد و باعث شد احساس کنیم در خانه خود هستیم. کارکنان خانه داری شیرین و مفید بودند. موقعیت مکانی هتل شگفت انگیز است! فقط یک پیاده روی کوتاه تا ایستگاه تراموای cemberlitas، ایاصوفیه، مسجد بو و بازار بزرگ است. ما می‌توانیم برای دوست‌مان در تراس/رستوران یک مهمانی روزانه برگزار کنیم❤️ تراس مناظر فوق العاده ای دارد. در صورت درخواست، اتو بخار در پذیرش موجود است. با تشکر از شما/Tessekurler 😁

منطقه مرکزی بود هرچند نسبتا ساکت بود. مغازه های کوچک زیادی در اطراف داشت و جاذبه های گردشگری اصلی بسیار نزدیک بود. منظره طبقه هفتم هم در صبح و هم در شب بسیار زیبا بود.
در بعضی مواقع بوی بدی به مشام می رسید که ناخوشایند بود. بو حتی با اسپری عطر از بین نمی رفت.

هتل می توانست تمیزتر باشد. در یک نقطه بویی کاملاً نامطبوع به مشام می‌رسد و با وجود اینکه عطر می‌پاشند، بوی آن از بین نمی‌رود.

I like the bed. Was very comfortable. I liked the location excellent close to everything. The hotel was very clean and the staff amazing. Very helpful and always happy to help.

The price point was for perfect what you get. Basic rooms. Perfect for our needs of using as day use only as we had a midnight flight and wanted a place to shower . View from Terrace was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. Location good for walking to many of the popular sites. We travelled to and from airports 6 x on our 3 week trip and this property organized a private transfer to the airport which was the cheapest we had had .

We were walking distance to most places, the staff is amazing, always smiling and caring for you and your experience. The view from the terrace is even better than in the pictures, a nice place to get your morning coffee.
I stayed in 2 different rooms and both bathrooms were tight. Since they have the floor raised for the pipes my head was almost touching the ceiling 😅. I lost water pressure a couple of times while showering.

The staff were friendly , knowledgeable and helpful. The Terrace on the 7th floor was good for breakfast but also a place to get together before a trip out. A good communal space. My room had a great fridge that kept all my drinks cold.
There was no view from the windows on the 1st floor. You just look to another room in an adjacent hotel. There was only one lift so can be full at busy times so expect to take the stairs. If you are on the first floor it can get noisy with people coming and going close to midnight. Would be good for a kettle to be provided on the Terrace for better use of the space. There was a loose wire connection in the ceiling but kept forgetting to mention to reception. It was unsightly but no H&S issue.

The staff were friendly, the room got refreshed daily (bed made, new towels and soap), and some toiletries were included. The view from the terrace was lovely.
The room could have been a bit cleaner; the air conditioner didn’t turn on; the room was a bit loud from noise in the corridor and from other rooms; the window in my room faced onto the window of another guest’s room with a passageway in between so it didn’t feel safe to open the window; the bathroom light stopped working on my last night.

Break fast servings were adequate and with variety of items not repeating daily. I have stayed with my family for eight days and we found it was good and enough break fast. Friendly people in the kitchen.
Car parking to load and unload luggage. Since the hotel is located at a very busy area it is difficult to stop car in front of the hotel entrance during day time. But it is not a big issue because location of the hotel is very near to Tram station and several attractions.

Overall we liked the location, easy to access public transport such as trams and the metro as well as being a stones throw away from some of the main city attractions such as the blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and others. We loved the views from the terrace and the room size decent as well clean. Staff were good, especially Daulat, who was oustanding, went out of hes way to make us feel comfortable and always helpful.
Our only issue being the house keeping/ Cleaning staff. Room lacked some basic necessities which house keeping usually maintain such as lack of blankets, Duvets and tissue paper.

Amazing place close to everything important for the visitors. 5 minutes walk from almost every well known monument in Istanbul. The staff is really nice and helpful, you can additionally buy breakfast and eat it with a beautiful sight at the Bosphorus. The rooms are clean and cozy with comfortable beds.
Sometimes you can clearly hear the people in the neighbouring rooms. Some things could be cleaned better (vents etc.)

It was a great property. The location was perfect; everything was within a few minutes walking distance. The staff were so friendly and helpful with everything. The view from the terrace restaurant is gorgeous, a must-see.

It was clean, staff was really pleasant and helpful, the location was awesome, it is a 5 minute walk to Sultanahmet. A lot of other tourist attractions are close as well. Guys on the reception speak English really well (which is not usual in Turkey, I don't know why). We also asked for and got a scale prior to checkout, so we didn't have surprises on airport with exceeding baggage limit. The terrace also had a nice view, and there is an elevator. The slippers and towels were changed daily, but I am not sure if it was vacuumed/mopped every day, so it wasn't exceptionally clean, but it was clean enough. The rooms are small, but for us it was enough. I saw a lot of bad reviews mentioning this, and even the guy on the reception reminded us of that, but I think that for this price - this is the average. We booked two rooms, economy and standard, but we got two standard rooms, which was great because we were all on the same floor.
The breakfast is scheduled from 8:30, but we waited until 9:30 for ours. And we didn't like the amount of food we got. We only paid that one day, and it was a good thing it was optional and you can pay by day. Sound insulation is poor. I guess you depend a lot on your neighbors. Our neighbors talked on the phone after midnight and it was really annoying. The hotel stated that the quiet hours are starting at 23:00. And it was a bit of problem for us because we have a baby. We didn't report it though, because a few knocks on the wall solved the issue :D I guess since the breakfast is optional, this is the only downside.

Location was great the staff was so helpful with planning and recommendations on food and places to see locations were great
Only thing I would say they should have tv options where you can see Netflix not that you go to watch tv but my husband likes to sleep with the tv on

The location of this place is great and for the location it is worth the money. The room is a bit too small but we were only there at night sop that was fine for us. The staff is really friendly and polite.
