کارکنان بسیار مفید بودند - تشکر ویژه از Nadeem، Betty و Zuhal که مطمئن شدند اقامت و صبحانه ما فوق العاده بود. با تشکر ویژه از نرگس و مراد ( آرایشگر ) . کارکنان اسپا و سالن بسیار خوب بودند. هامان تجربه خوبی بود.

خیلی خوبه
همه پرسنل عالی بودند با تشکر ویژه از کارکنان نظافت و همچنین کارکنان در پذیرش، آنها بسیار مفید بودند. موقعیت مکانی عالی بود. این دومین بار است که به عنوان یک خانواده شش نفره در Legacy Ottoman اقامت می کنیم و بار دیگر از اقامت خود بسیار راضی هستیم.
آسانسور تمام هفته ای که ما ماندیم خراب بود، می توانست زودتر درست شود، زیرا فقط یک آسانسور باقی مانده بود. کارت‌های کلید اتاق یک روز در میان کار نمی‌کردند که مجبور به تغییر مداوم بود. مبلمان اتاق ها می تواند به روز شود. ما در حال برنامه ریزی برای آمدن دوباره هستیم و امیدواریم دفعه بعد شاهد این تغییرات باشیم!

Legacy Ottoman پس از پیاده شدن از یک پرواز طولانی از استرالیا، مکانی عالی برای اقامت بود. ما ترجیح می دادیم
موقعیت مکانی این ملک عالی است!
دو تخت مجزا به هم چسبیده بودند، اما با وجود رزرو اتاق دو نفره، جداگانه چیده شدند. حدود ساعت 4 بعد از ظهر رسید و اتاق آماده نبود. قیمت بسیار بالا برای ترانسفر فرودگاهی. ما توانستیم این سرویس را به صورت خصوصی با نصف قیمت ایمن کنیم.

ما عضوی از گروه تور بودیم. موقعیت مکانی عالی است - در شهر قدیمی واقع شده است - فقط پیاده روی. خرید و رستوران در اطراف هتل. 15 دقیقه پیاده روی تا تمام جاذبه های اصلی: ایاصوفیه، مسجد آبی، کاخ توپکی، بازار بزرگ، ... قایق، ترمینال تراموا. تا بازار ادویه 5 دقیقه پیاده روی.
ملک تاریخ گذاری شده است. بالش ها گلوله هستند اما امکانات رفاهی در حمام وجود دارد.

به راحتی در مرکز شهر قرار دارد. نزدیک به تمام جاذبه های اصلی

موقعیت مکانی عالی 10/10، قابل پیاده روی به تمام بازارهای معروف و ایستگاه های قطار سیرکچی. متأسفانه، تاکسی/ماشین‌ها نمی‌توانند جلوی درب هتل توقف کنند، بنابراین مجبور شدیم چمدان‌ها را از نزدیک‌ترین تقاطع به سمت هتل بکشیم. کارکنان بسیار دوستانه هستند دیلارا از کارکنان به خصوص بسیار پاسخگو و فوق العاده مفید بود، او چندین بار از ما پرسید که آیا به چیزی نیاز داریم، او همچنین به ما کمک کرد تا از مکان های اطراف بازدید کنیم.
از وسایلی از مینی بار که شامل همه اقلام داخل یخچال و تنقلات روی میز است استفاده نکنید. بطری های آب پلاستیکی خوب هستند و رایگان هستند.

پرسنل مخصوصاً 2 نفر، مرد روابط مهمان از پاکستان (نامش را فراموش کردم ...) و خانم نظافتچی روز دوم و آخر، همان شخص
اتاق ها فرسوده هستند، نیاز به بازسازی دارند، پنجره ها خوب بسته نمی شوند، حمام بدون تهویه.

حمام خیلی کوچک است. قفسه بکسل شل شد و افتاد بیرون. تخلیه آب دوش به آرامی انجام می شود و آب به راحتی از منطقه دوش خارج می شود.

نگرش خدمات Umut خوب است. ارجان کایا در تنظیم همه چیزهایی که نیاز داشتیم بسیار کمک کننده بود.
صبحانه خوبه من موقعیت مکانی را دوست دارم زیرا به راحتی می توان به منطقه مرکزی شهر رفت و آمد کرد.
هنگام صحبت از حمام، آب در سراسر زمین خواهد بود. تهویه هوا خوب نیست.

برای بهبود نیاز به سرمایه گذاری و آموزش بهتر کارکنان دارد
موقعیت مکانی خوب بود و ما منظره خوبی از بسفر داشتیم. در نزدیکی مغازه ها، رستوران ها و مکان های دیدنی زیادی وجود دارد.
اتاق ها برای دکوراسیون فریاد می زنند و بسیار کوچکتر از آنچه در تصاویر نشان داده شده است. استخر خیلی سرد است بنابراین نمی توانید در آن شنا کنید. کارکنان (نه همه) خیلی دوستانه نیستند، مخصوصاً در هنگام صبحانه، اگر چیزهای کوچکی مانند سرویس کارد و چنگال، خنده دار بخواهید، مفید نیستند. صبحانه خوب است، چیز خاصی نیست. هتل یک بار هتل عالی را در خود هتل از دست داده است، نه در مجاورت، زیرا به این ترتیب تصور هتل به عنوان یک مکان متروک احساس نمی شود.

Nice 5 star hotel. Nearby to Yeni Mosque. Front office staff quiet friendly. Bell boys /reception are great and showing very comfort.
1.Maybe the organisation should start to train all the employees especially the ladies that works or deal the breakfast portion. To be more professional and calm. Not even a smile coming out from the ladies to the guess! Really not comfortable looking at u staring the guess like the guess taking out food for free! . We r spending money on your hotel and you treat your guess like we are living in your mercy!! Your hotelier ethics to be improved!!

Anyhow, it seems, that the Ottoman Legacy is truly underrated by previous guests. I will come back.
Fantastic kind and helpful staff everywhere in the hotel. Concierge team at the lobby on Ercan Kaya is offering useful advises and arranging any serivces that were requested, he is representing turkish hospitailty at it´s best. From the sixth floor you will find a fantastic view on Halic/Golden Horn Beyoglu and Galata Tower, Bosphorus. The hotel is located very close to Galata Bridge, Misir Carsisi/Egiptian Market, Yeni Cami and 15 min. walk to must see places like Hagia Sofia Cathedral, Topkapi Palace, Sultanahmet Cami, Great Basar, among others. The Ottoman Legacy Hotel is a hotel of any international standard and demonstrates a specific friendly and courteous atmosphere.
Rooms - and windows - should be cleaned every day, in particular recycle bins. Pricing of minibars and additional snacks could be much more transparent. Some rooms - we actually booked three - need prior our stay a minor renovation on wallpaper. Frequently we had trouble with the hotel-key-cards, they had to be recharged several times at desk on a five day stay.

Not so happy at the end
The roomsand the hotel as well was good
There is a big issue in the hotel , there are no shuttle access to the hotel we walked long distance to reach a taxi with our bags , and I had big bag 30 kg and small bag as well and rain was falling , I don’t know what to say especially that there was no permission for the hotel bill boys to go outside and help also

The service and location of the hotel is excellent but definitely the rooms need a makeover.
The staff were very helpful offering a good service in general. They went above and beyond including the waiters, massage ladies.
The room we were offered on arrival was horrendous. The carpet was old and smelling of cigarette, the bathroom drainage had a very bad odour which I could not have tolerated. Thank God we were offered a better room. The rooms need a makeover.

Staff must learn English.
Close to the bazaar (the Egyptian market)
I called room service to order breakfast and thought the staff understood the order, I called one hour later to check on the order. Whoever I spoke with doesnt understand English, started yelling at me and hang up the phone. I contacted the front desk to let the staff know, he called me back within 5 minutes to let me know that there was no order taken and I had to out a new one in. When I expressed my disappointment, the front counter individual told me too bad and didn’t offer a solution. Bottom line, staff must learn to communicate with guests in English and more accommodating. The hotel is located in a very busy tourist area, learning to communicate in English can only improve the experience and quality of the stay.

Great location and beautiful building

The stay was good but we’ll be looking at other properties next time we’re in Istanbul.
Location of the hotel was great, it was close to many nice restaurants and public transport stops. The staff were extremely helpful.
We had issues with the room keycards, every day we would have to get them replaced as they would stop working. The rooms were definitely not sound proof as we could hear the people in the next room talking and even snoring during the night. The suite was had was a decent size but was a bit dusty. The shower didn’t have a proper runoff for the water which caused pooling around the toilet and the whole bathroom.

Initially, we were assigned a room on the 1st floor, which unfortunately turned out to be quite noisy due to street sounds, and the curtains didn't close properly, allowing light to disrupt our rest. Disappointed by the disparity between expectations set by the provided images and the actual room condition, we requested a room change. After several more requests, we were graciously offered a superior room on the 5th floor, which completely transformed our impression of the hotel. We were highly satisfied with the new room; the air conditioning worked well, despite some minor complaints from other guests. Additionally, we appreciated the improved ambiance and tranquility of the higher floor.

Awesome stay for first timers!
Location is excellent; the bed is comfortable; upgraded room without extra charge is very nice; excellent service and hospitable
Overall, the detailed area here and there need to be controlled and upgraded very soon in order to meet the standard of a 5-star hotel: one of our room has a luggage furniture with a broken leg, and the carpets really need a deep cleaning; breakfast was good but can also improve by adding more variety and more daily changes

More likely, 4star hotel,no airconditioner only heating, told us to open the windows to cool down room temperature, noisy nights due to open windows, No car or taxi access to the hotel from 10 am till 7pm due to restrictions which are not mentioned on time of booking ,We were dragging our luggage on the street and hotel staff was not allowed to help.

Great Location with great amenities
During our one-night stay at Legacy Ottoman the Location, service , staff and spa was perfect. We had a Hamman and it was incredible.
There was not much we didnt like apart from the taxi could not drop us right outside so we had to drag our bags over the cobbled streets.

It was worth the price.
Very good location, very friendly and helpful staff, price for full board is very good, food was very good.
Door locker should be changed, since it was hard to close the door in the room. Shower should have an isolation at the bottom of the shower doors, so the water would not go to the bathroom.

The facilities were great. Had some lovely spa treatments and an amazing location. The staff were all friendly.

I really enjoyed the location Really enjoyed the bed- comfiest bed ever - I think it was a super king bed absolutely massive - loved sleeping in the bed Also the gentleman that works in guest relations was great- very friendly, very smiley, very helpful , Can speak fluent English , Urdu and Turkish, Definitely the best member of staff I came across
Lack of cots- when we checked in it took 2.5 hours to locate a crib, tho this may just be a one off issue as it was very busy The pool is a shock cold pool- for after sauna and steam room - would be nice if there was a warm option for those who prefer warm

Very well located, nice hide-out, a bit outdated.
The hotel is extremely well located. the room was very very spacious and has all the things you need. Staff was very responsive.
The overall design of the hotel was a bit out dated and that's a bit unfortunate. They have a very nice roof top "restaurant/bar", but it's not very cosy. Same with the ground floor: there's a big "salon" but it's not very cosy decorated or designed. In the room there's a comfy couch missing. None of it is essential, but it would make such a big difference in terms of experience.

Great location but the hotel needs renovation for the rooms
The location was perfect, 5 minutes away from all the main Babars and there are a lot of restaurants nearby and the hotel looks nice from outside.
Not all staff were helpful since they don't support with getting a taxi similar to other hotels. The room needs renovation for the carpet, table and chairs (furniture in general) since it looks used and Need to be changed. Although it has a nice Turkish look. The room service was not good as we had to wait for laundry service and then it was closed so we've asked them for iron that took forever and we had to go down for them to bring it.

nice hotel, shame about the dishonest business practices
The hotel itself was lovely. comfortable, clean, good facilities, nice food, great location.
The staff over-complicated every request, needing 3 people and a long time to deal with the simplest query, and were unable to provide answers to very standard questions like where we could get a taxi from. More concerning was that they took every opportunity to rip us off. For example, in the rooftop restaurant, the prices on the menu were 3 times what they had been stated as on the hotel app which we had been directed to on check-in. Secondly, on check-in we were told that the snacks in our room were complimentary, and only the minibar was chargeable - but on check-out, they charged us for the snacks saying we had misunderstood …

Leaky ahower, safe batteries low and not changed during our entire 5 days stay. I am a vegetarian and asked to check if a dish was vegetarian and chef confirmed it was only to find out whilts i was eating that it had beef !!!!! disgusting

Averaged breakfast. Asking extra fee for an orange juice. Nice hotel but a Bild old fashion in the inside. It is ranked as 5 stars hotel so expectations are high.

The Hotel is overall good but the experience with the staff wasn’t personal.
Nice size room and location. Nice lobby area.
The nose from outside as it was a very busy road. Air conditioning was very slow and couldn’t cool the room quickly. Shower needs to be better couldn’t fix the holder properly.

Oversee priced !
Room was clean ; a/c was good . Lobby entrance was very pretty. Housekeeper was helpful .
Hair dryer per this hotel standard is extremely old unit installed in bathroom wall. When I requested a hair dryer, staff said they didn’t have any, so I had to walk the city to purchase a hair dryer. Requested an iron and board ; staff brought iron but said there was no board to iron. Buffet breakfast : I would rate it between fair and terrible. You have to hunt down the coffee pots, utensils, warm food is cold . Juice machine , if you go early the juice is okay, afterwards gets more watery . I recommend that if you have to pay extra for breakfast, don’t do it ! Waste of money .

Very Good
Location, cleanliness, comfortable room, price, helpful and friendly concierge.
Some of the reception staff were a little unfriendly and aloof. I did not like having to leave a cash deposit instead of the usual credit card one Expensive late checkout charge

Broom cupboard to palace
We upgraded our room from a (broom cupboard) to suit after complaining after the first night. Cost Euro45 not bad. We had booked a superiorking room but it was very small. I could not fit in the shower. The suit was fabulous lots of room
When moving rooms we left a lot of clothes behind they have them at reception but we cannot seem to be a ble to get a response to how much it will cost to post them home.

You have to walk from the street to the hotel with your bags The rooms’s windows are open to lobby , no fresh air and noisy and full of light Hotel restaurants are closed

The hotel has a good decoration and food on the breakfast, but the staff actually (specially the reception staff) isn’t

When we checked in the hotel they said that our booking is for 2 adults and we have to add 720 euros for 3 kids and 6 nights!, then they forced us to check out at 12 and we told them that some members are sick and go out now, but they forced us to!
