Very spacious room. Great that it had a kitchen, washing machine & nice bathtub.
Couldn’t pay cash, only card. Any cleaning service is extra charge daily, otherwise no room cleaning.

I loved coffee machine inside the room, the balcony and the bathtub, and food Carriour can bring my food to the room. In short, cozy room
The room needed more lights, also I could hear anyone walking outside my room so couldn’t sleep peacefully, towels also so dry, there wasn’t slippers inside the room

Central, modern, clean
Clean hotel, modern and central. Room was clean, well furnished and with a view on the burn khalifa. The washing machine was particularly useful, washing tide pods included. The shower was a dream, the gym is moderately equipped and very clean. The pool is nice and has views on the burj khalifa. Position of the hotel is central and in 5-10 min taxi ride (approx 8€, depending on traffic ) you can reach the dubai mall, 20-25 min taxi you can reach the marina area (no traffic). Staff is young, friendly , professional and helpful. Located at the ground floor of the hotel There are a cafeteria and a mini supermarket with some essential food both open 24/24h, very convenient if you need something quick. There is also a spa located on the same floor as the gym and pool, very modern and with several treatments. I booked this hotel just because the reviews were good and it lived up to the expectations.

* Specious modern Appartment, excellent location with good facilities and friendly staff. * Excellent coffee shop in the lobby with supermarkets and pharmacies located near by.
* Doors and closets need to be lubricated with WD40 as all were making creaking sounds. * Appartment wooden floor needs to be maintained as it makes a creaking sound when walking around.

They have a great pool with beautiful Burj Khalifa view and the gym has everything you need. The staff was very helpful.

Fantastic value for money
I got the Burj Khalifa One Bedroom Apartment. The place was comfortable, VERY spacious with a beautiful modern design, the sofa bed is basically a queen size bed, it had two balconies both showing Burj Khalifa, the room contained a kitchen with a washing machine, the staff were nice and helpful and the location of Sonder was great just keep in mind although its a 10 min walk from Dubai Mall, you can't actually walk because of the weather temperature and humidity in summer
The hallways in all of the floors are not air conditioned, so walking down to the lobby or to the car parking is like going outside. You will be sweating

Cafe nearby was only one and not many restaurant choice either nearby. Found appliances hard to operate & Sonder App not possible unless your mobile number is active (we had e sims, no calls/texts). Check in process before arrival was complicated

After 2 minutes from my reservation i wrote to the hotel that I made a mistake and booked 1 night per error and they didnt care even if the reservation was made 1 month before the trip.

- view of Burj Khalifa, - the availability of dishes and all other kitchen stuff - two toilets, - location: you can walk to Burj Khalifa, near the hotel there a supermarket and a good coffee place with breakfast. - swimming pool
- the coach in the living room is not super comfortable for sleeping, - noise from the street, - there are no additional supplies of soap or toilet paper in the room; you have to request them at the reception every time they run out, - different lights from the alarms made it difficult to sleep in the living room.

I like the hotel very clean and beautiful. Staff are friendly and supportive to their guests. Everything you want is accessible. Burj Khalifa is just few minutes' walk. Very calm and peaceful environment. The swimming pool is beautifu! Hotel resturances is great. I love the hotel view.
