من همیشه به سوئیت رویال ریجنسی بازخواهم گشت. اکنون اینجا خانه من در دبی است.

من از تمیزی هتل خوشم آمد، در پذیرش یک خانم بسیار جذاب به نام بلانچ با یک آقایی که اغلب شب ها بسیار محترمانه برخورد می کرد، بسیار خوش آمد می گفت. چیزی که بیشتر از همه به من توجه کرد و همیشه به این هتل باز خواهم گشت، خدمات نظافتی است، مرد جوانی به نام باوان، او بسیار حرفه ای است و ملحفه های ما را با اشکال مختلف عاشقانه ای که من و همسرم دوست داشتیم آماده می کند و همه کارکنان صحبت می کنند. به شما به آرامی دوستم که باعث شد در اتاق انتظار در حالی که منتظر آماده شدن اتاقم هستم احساس راحتی کنم، فکر می کنم نام او علاالدین است و وقتی برگشتم با یک راننده Careem تماس گرفت و تمام چمدانم را به عقب برد و برای من آرزو کرد. یک سفر خوب و اینکه همیشه به هتل آنها برگردم و این قولی که دادم.

موقعیت مکانی که در آن قرار دارد خوب بود و هیچ هدک کارکنان آن خوب است

شگفت انگیز. قطعا این مکان را به دیگران توصیه می کنم.

اقامت ما در این هتل فراتر از همه انتظارات بود. کارکنان دوستانه ترین افرادی بودند که در این مدت با آنها برخورد کردم، مهمان نوازی درجه یک بود و اتاق ها به طور روزانه تمیز می شدند. تذکر ویژه به پاک کننده های اومش، گودو، آرویند و طاهر. همیشه در کارشان مفید و دقیق هستند. این مکان همچنین به تراموا و مرکز خرید نزدیک است و آن را به یک موقعیت عالی تبدیل کرده است.
در لابی اصلی ساخت و ساز وجود داشت، اما هفته ها قبل از رسیدن به ما اطلاع داده شد، بنابراین برای من خوب بود زیرا ما برای یک اختلال جزئی آماده بودیم.

اقامت فوق العاده لذت بخشی برای کل خانواده بود.

تقریباً چهارده روز به خوبی سپری شد، با خدمات عالی در تمام سطوح. شروع با ورود زودهنگام با آقای ساجیث و رفتار دوستانه کارکنان پذیرش. صبحانه و پرسنل رستوران هم عالی، همیشه حواسشون و در دسترس بود، از آیدانا، توکیر، روهیت، محی و مبین به خاطر لطف، در دسترس بودن و حرفه ای بودنشون تشکر می کنم. من نمی توانم کارکنان خدمات اتاق را برای خدمات عالی فراموش کنم، ما آپارتمان ها را همیشه تمیز داشتیم و حتی از تمیز کردن کفش هایمان لذت می بردیم، بنابراین از همه پرسنل از نظارت گرفته تا کارکنان نظافت آنیش، مانیک و مهدی برای عالی بودنشان تشکر می کنیم. خدمات از جمله کارکنان امنیتی، ما مطمئناً باز خواهیم گشت.

کارکنان بسیار صمیمی بودند، من نتوانستم نام 2 کارمندی را که خوشبختانه آنجا بودند تا همیشه در طول اقامتمان به ما کمک کنند، بیابم. ماه گذشته دو بار این مکان را رزرو کردیم و همچنان همان فضای گرم و دلپذیر را از آنها دریافت کردیم. آنها همچنین در یک اطلاعیه کوتاه به درخواست ما برای یک دکوراسیون ویژه غافلگیرکننده برای اتاق خواهرزاده ام پاسخ دادند. از شما بسیار متشکرم Royal Regency Suites Marina! حتما برمیگردیم

Worth It.

Special thanks to Ashokl, Amir, Bilal, Devindi, and Dharmendra from the service room staff, all those good people from the reception, and the entire team for their attentiveness and hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and romantic atmosphere. Although the hotel were under renovation still the hotel's facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed every minute spent here.
Hotel iw currently under renovation. Lift might take a while but other than that, the rest is beautiful.

Very Good

The apartment was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and they had a smart TV. The kids had a great time watching YouTube.
During our stay, maintenance is being done to upgrade the lobby and make it bigger, therefore, only one elevator was working out of 4 but that was a temporary situation due to maintenance.

Our first vacation in Dubai, and If we come back again, this will be the best hotel for that... again... everything was perfect, absolutely everything... location in Marina is perfect, especialy for night walk around beautiful buildings... but living in Royal Regency Suites was top od that.... kindly personal, from first, to the last man or woman, everybody wanted to make your wish come true... I remeber specialy Fayaz, Supun, Ayeshma and Guddu... anything you ask, if they can, they will do, or bring you... and the best of all of that, was our apartment, on 22 floor, with beautiful balcony view of Marina.... we had booked diferent apartment, but we had upgrade, when we were checked-in... with no fees...great surprise for us... btw, room service was every day, everything was clean and they change also a bed sheets every day... if I can recommend hotel in Dubai Marina, this is exactly that one.... Thank you very much for everything.....

Kindness and efficiency of the desk. Great cleaning team (thanks Asif and Tarek). Very nice and clean appartment with a view. Great pool. Delicious indian food truck. Near Marina with restaurants and mall, 10 min walk from main metro line. Excellent deal. Clearly recommand.

Wonderful

Very well managed property. Good location, close to shops, promenade, restaurants. 15 minutes walk to the beach. Great buffet breakfast with rich variety of tasty food, friendly service team (Mobin, Aidana), plates are kept full all time. Cleaning/housekeeping is also good, quick response if you need something (Munish and Ataur was on duty), even late evening. Elevator works without guest card, but security are visiting all places often. You can open window to refresh air.
Non-refundable rates - not convenient for business trips with flexible plans. Only one strength training machine in the fitness room. Washing machine available for only long stays. Pool doesn't have deep section - good for children, not for me.

Great experience

The staff were excellent. We were well recieved and all our expectations met. Cleaning staff were also exceptional and made us feel at home away from home. Managers, also kept a regular update to make sure we were happy at all times. Would recommend this hotel to any traveler traveling to Dubai.

Friendliest staff I have ever seen

The hotel is very comfortable and right at the Marina. There were construction works downstairs, but you hardly noticed anything about it while staying in the hotel. The biggest plus was the friendly staff: Alam, Shamim, Gaurav, Yunus, and definitely Daina at breakfast.

Thoroughly enjoyable

From the moment I arrived all staff were welcoming, courteous and couldn’t do enough for me. I originally booked a studio and was upgraded to 1 bedroom apartment. I would like to make reference to the staff at breakfast, especially Tauqeer, Mobil and Aidana and housekeeping team Dharmendra, Amir, Bilal and Abdulah. Even the security guards helped me with my poor map reading skills. As a senior, solo female traveller I could have asked for no better a stay. Thanks everyone and I look forward to staying with you again.
