nice, clean and comfortable apartment. Key locker - easy check in. Very pleasant host, instantly responsive. Good location: a few steps from the white bridge, no noise from a street. Comfortable bed, equipped bathroom.

Great little flat, good if you’re alone or a couple
It is a nice flat for its price, it’s not big but perfect if you’re alone or a couple. there’s a little kitchen with all necessary things the location is great, just around 10 minutes walk and you’re in the center Nini (the host) was nice and understanding

- Central Location - Free parking spots available - Smooth self check-in experience - Friendly and helpful host who's available online at all times - Good one for a couple of nights while staying in Kutaisi
- Would be nice to have teabags, coffee and sugar in the kitchen - would have appreciated if had shampoo and shower gel available in the bathroom.

Everything was as promised. The host was polite and allowed us to have a custom check in time.
It is impossible to find entrance yourself - ask for instructions in advance, especially if you won't have network access. There were some issues with wifi, but the host was ready to handle it.

Nice stay in Center of Kutaisi
Apartment Kutaisi is located very conviniently just 2min walk from the White Bridge and 2 more minutes from epicentrum of Kutaisi. The apartment is modern. There is kitchenette and tableware available. Bathroom was clean and modern. The keys were in box next to the door. The owners were very flexible with everything. Nearest ATM is 100meters as well as nearest grocery store. Nearby streets offer choise of restaurants you can choose. I would say that with this apartment the quality and the price are meeting eachothers.
There was renovation (facade) going on, but that is something owners cant influence.

Good base for Kutaisi sightseeing
Conveniently located apartment just a short walk over the bridge to the old part of the city and close to bus stops for the main bus station. Good value with everything we needed and served as a good base for exploring the city.
The walls are a little thin, but we are light sleepers and it only caused a minimal disturbance.

The communication with the landlord was good.
The awful toilette smell in the Apartment, which did not disappear although we opened the only one window. It was dirty not cleaned. Hinges of doors where broken.

good, but needed a bit more care
very good location, easy comunication with owner, comfortable, big bed. there was everything what we needed.
after taking shower all bathroom are in water. there is no ventilation, so all the humidity stays there. In apartment you can feel humidity and mold smell. we even found a lot mold near bathroom door. so for sensitive people that can be bad. all apartment needed a little bit more care, dust cleaning, ventilate in time, maybe some cleaning in kitchen. all the plates, glasses was dirty.

Ночевали 1 ночь, так как перенесли рейс самолета. Заселили быстро, были все удобства. Чисто, уютно, прекрасный вариант проживания для 1-2 человек. Спасибо за гостеприимство.

Апартаменты понравились, удобное месторасположение, рядом кафе, магазины, торговый центр. В номере чисто, есть все необходимое чайник, посуда, микроволновая печь, стиральная машинка.
Не было халатов, тапочек и фена, но это не критично, так как остановились только на 1 день

Все очень понравилось, квартира симпатичная, расположение очень удобное, рядом есть магазин и вкусная хинкальная которую нам посоветовал владелец квартиры

Хорошее расположение Очень удобный способ передачи ключа. Заехали без проблем. Хозяин гостеприимный. По нашей просьбе принес дополнительное одеяло. Апартаменты так понравились, что мы решили на обратном пути снова остановиться тут. Бесплатная парковка возле здания.

Приятная хозяйка, встретила нас. До центра 5 мин пешком. На одну ночь норм.
Апартаменты как на фото, только не такие новые и красивые, чуть уставшие. Не было бокалов для вина, ни стаканов. Пришлось пить вино из кружек🙈не работает плита, не смогли сварить утром кофе.

A központ pár perces sétával elérhető. Városnézés indításához remek választás. Több kiváló étterem van a közelben, mi a konyhát nem használtuk.
Bár bennünket nem zavart, a házban, amiben az apartman található, még kivitelezés alatt vannak lakások.

Очень хорошее расположение, близко рынок, центр, маршрутки.Хозяйка быстро решала все вопросы.
Апарты слегонца не новые, вроде всё есть но там что то отваливается там что то капает но в целом это отдыху не мешает.

Расположение удобное, рядом центр, окна выходят в тихий дворик. Наличие дополнительных полотенец, моющих средств, коврик в душе - что у многих редкость. В квартире достаточное количество посуды, если есть желание приготовить несложный завтрак. Единственное, чего не хватило, так это джезвы (турки), для приготовления кофе. С удовольствием, остановимся ещё в этих аппартаментах. Спасибо.

Хорошая небольшая квартира-студия недалеко от центра, порядка 10 мин пишком. С хозяйкой предварительно созвонились и к нашему приезду она была на месте, передала ключи, все рассказала-показала. Хорошее место для остановки на один-два дня для одного-двух человек.

Квартира в новом доме, недалеко от исторического центра. Радушные хозяева. Выезжал в селф-чекаутом. На приезде встретили. Интренет работал бодро, подходит для работы удаленной.
