The Hotel and restaurant staff are perfect. The location of the Hotel is in a good place. The hotel has 4 different restaurants.
Considering that the hotel is new, the rooms and bathrooms are quite poorly made. Basement B3 where the gym and swimming pool are located looks like a construction site. The men's sauna is not working, the spa is not working.

The hotel was as expected of a high standard for a 5*. Good breakfast, gym, pool etc.
The location was a little away from the centre although taxis were cheap and readily available.

Beautiful hidden gem providing outstanding customer service and great value for money.
Incredible service from every single person I encountered. People couldn’t have been more helpful! Wonderful shower and really comfortable bed with excellent bedlinens. Plus, two gorgeous pools and a stunning breakfast.

Nice Place to stay for vacation
My requests were immediately granted and the staff are all polite from reception to housekeeping to pool staff and restaurant.
The smell of the room. I requested for air freshener and they immediately took an action but still the smell did not go.

Good and Comfortable
We found our room to be very spacious and comfortable, especially the bed. The facilities provided were of high quality. The room was generally quite clean but the bathroom could do with some extra attention. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful.
Unfortunately the location of the property is a bit of an eye sore. Surrounded by construction sites (2024) and other big buildings, it’s not in the nicest area. It’s also located about an hour walk from West Bay which although wasn’t an issue for us, maybe not be convenient for some.

Wonderful hotel with genuinely very kind and welcoming staff
I have just stayed for 3 nights in this wonderful hotel. The rooms are amazing and are so quiet so you get a very good night sleep. Breakfast is incredible-I spent over a hour trying lots of different things. The best thing about this hotel is how professional the staff are and how kind they are. Special mention to Cynthia who is at the pool. She is incredibly kind and welcoming and really is a great credit to the hotel. Thank you for an incredible stay

Staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean with high standard rooms. Restaurants were excellent in quality and varied options and reasonably priced.
Location is up and coming so surrounding views were all construction. The sports bar didn't have any licenses to show sports.

Great hotel a bit away from city attractions
The hotel is very modern and clean. Rooms are large and very well equipped. Service is great.
There is no view at all. Neither from the rooms nor from the pool. All you see from the room is the next hotel's wall. Location is a bit away from the metro - about 25 min walk

This is top notch
I enjoyed the hotel and it staff very much. The attentiveness, the warmth and the service in general is at a very high level and the room is fresh and big, accommodating to all your needs. The breakfast is magnificent and you are offered newly baked bread, literally directly from the oven and a terrific buffet along with it. Every place you visit at the hotel is represented by an equally eager and service-minded staff, not forgetting the room-service staff that presented me with the best takeaway breakfast I have ever had. I have myself almost 30 years in the business and this is top notch!

Mini bar, where we could choose to take some refreshing drinkd or glass of wine after very intensive, but in dead wonderful day. If that would be in the room as the frigde is installed in every room, that would be perfect.
A little bit tricky lightening system connection with to switch on/switch off system. Could be made some more simple.

absolutely wonderful
at arrival the staff were very good everything was prepared and ready for our stay. rooms were clean and spacious with balcony had table and chairs. domestic staff were very nice and always asked if we needed anything. breakfast was great with a lots of variety and the staff were brilliant. at check out the reception ladies and porter were wonderful. the onsite Lebanese restaurant was good and staff were very welcoming.
