محوطه استخر، دودکش و محوطه هتل زیبا و بسیار دیدنی است. از امکانات هتل خواهر نیز بهره مند می شوید. صبحانه با تخم مرغ های سفارشی و یک بوفه بزرگ برای انتخاب عالی بود. سگ هایی که در زمین زندگی می کنند نیز اقامت ما را لذت بخش تر کردند!
تخت می توانست راحت تر باشد.

نقطه ضعف اصلی تسهیلات صبحانه است - برای من تنوع بسیار کم است. علاوه بر این، هیچ اتفاقی در شب در هتل نمی‌افتد - فکر می‌کنم تسهیلات باید به فکر تنوع بخشیدن به پیشنهاد باشد - دی‌جی، موسیقی زنده با یک بار مطمئناً جذابیت تسهیلات را در نظر مشتریان افزایش می‌دهد.

Had the best experience in Aza Cave Hotel. The staff were very friendly and kind. They made sure we had the best experience. Very professional and clean. Their breakfast was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, centrally located in Goreme, which is the best place to stay in Cappadocia, it has green areas, cave rooms, very nice bathrooms.... The staff are amazingly nice. Everyone in Turkey is, but these people pay attention to every detail and they even gave us a room upgrade. It was a fantastic experience. We had booked a different hotel previously, a little cheaper, but decided to go for it and used this one on our travel agent's recommendation. Definitely worth it!

Our room was amazing, so spacious and amazing bath tub! They also provided robes and slippers which were very comfy! Amazing view from the hotel and the pool was also great. The hotel had a delicious Japanese restaurant which we ate at twice as it was so good. Good location - about a 5 minute stroll into the centre of town. Overall we loved this hotel and would definitely come back!!!

Wonderful hotel with beautiful and modern cave rooms. Loved the detail of the decorations all around the facility. Great breakfast and pool area! Enjoyed our stay there very much!
There was little to not like. Only thing would be that staff at the breakfast was not super attentive and pool area does not have too many chairs for all of the guests, so when the weather is good it becomes very crowded and sometimes no seat is available. But there are only minor comments, the rest was truly amazing!

Beautiful hotel, with lovely common areas. Great location plus their sister hotel across the road had a great terrace for viewing the ballons in the morning. We were offered a local breakfast via tractor, which was amazing! Would highly recommend.
Our room was very spacious, except for the shower room which was tiny as was the shower. It was ok for a couple of days but not much longer.

Location, awesome breakfast, nice pool, friendly staff, but I want to highlight the young lady with chin long hair working in the restaurant in the morning. Everyone was great, but she‘s exceptional. Many thanks for the perfect, welcoming service. Spacious room.
It is a bit noisy when everyone starts early morning for the balloon ride/watching. But that‘s an issue everywhere.

Aza Caves property is beautiful and the area is incredible to walk around. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful in answering questions. The room was enchanting and we had a sweet the came with a free bottle of wine that was nice to enjoy up in their garden area.

The location is incredible! Quietly tucked away from the main strip in Goreme. The pool area is stunning The staff who work in the restaurant are always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are really cosy and have everything you need. We loved the dogs!!
The reception staff were always confused and didn’t really know what was going on. The lunch menu in the restaurant is really bad. Just lots of fried American food. They should serve sushi or nice salads like they do in the evening.

The beautiful garden and the peacefulness of the location amongst the madness of the town.
Limited bar and restaurant facilities. The evening restaurant was only sushi which was a real shame. We thought we had a terrace but it was just an area outside our room.

The property is very spacious and absolutely beautiful. Service is excellent, especially at the reception. Same goes for the breakfast. Incredible! Access to the sister properties of the Kelebek group is also a bonus.

Nice Hotel situated on the top hills of Goreme in a quiet area. I liked that there is a swimming pool (even if we didn’t use it) and well maintained gardens, while most of the other hotels don’t have both. Breakfast was good and pleasant. Our room (suite) was very nice and big. The hotels organized for us 2 day tours and we enjoyed them a lot. I will definitely choose to come back again
The reception staff was not in line with standards of a 4 stars hotel. They were not very “reactive”, the impression was that a supervisor manager was missing

The staff were great - always helpful and available Location was great, with beautiful views from the top of Goreme Breakfast was tasty and varied Lastly, the place itself and the rooms were beautiful!
It's unclear whether the construction site next to the hotel is theirs or someone else's, but it did have an impact on the space - while the surroundings were beautiful, looking down from the views and seeing a construction site was not too great Additionally (and maybe understandably since it was not the summer season), the pool area was not in perfect shape - the poolside furniture was slightly broken / weathered and the pool / surroundings were not up to standards in terms of cleanliness (also maybe impacted by the working site, since it was just below the pool).

I loved this property and am so glad we booked this after deliberating given the numerous great options in the area. The staff were super helpful from the point of booking - immediately contacted us to help plan our days in Cappadocia and answered all my questions very promptly. They sorted our transfers and all the bookings for activities for us, which is great and makes the holiday relaxing as all you need to do is show up, and each of their recommended providers were reliable as well. It was our anniversary and we were pleasantly surprised with special decor for it in the room when we arrived! Lovely touch which we appreciated. Room was an incredibly comfortable and luxuriously decorated cave room. The linens and pillows were top quality and the bed was very comfortable. There is a large bath and a spacious marble bathroom. The room is thoughtfully designed and the finishings are luxurious and of great quality - another point I appreciate. The breakfast spread each morning was incredible as well, probably the best we had over the course of our Turkey holiday. There’s a wide selection of very high quality (the quality of buffets is so underrated!) fresh vegetables, appetisers, cheeses, yoghurt and fruits. Menemen and omelette options were delicious as well, some of the best we had. Their Turkish coffee was also very delicious! Staff greeted us with smiles each morning, it was such a lovely way to start each morning. There’s also a pool that can be used in summer, would be nice to lounge there I imagine. We also made use of the spacious lounge with valley views after we checked out and while waiting for our transfer. Think we exhausted all the activities to be done in Cappadocia but would return for a staycation in this lovely hotel!

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The hotel is charming, and has a lovely sense of authenticity. Every little detail from the door knobs to the rugs was well thought out. The surround scenery is unreal. Breakfast was delicious. And most importantly the staff were extremely helpful and professional. Doğukan is a wonderful host. Very friendly. Zaynep at the front desk went above and beyond to help us fix an issue with Turkish airlines. I would 100% recommend this magical place to friends and loved ones.

We stayed at Aza Cave hotel for ~3 days in December 2023 and it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Everything from the rooms, to the amenities and the location was perfect, but the best part was the service. They were always exceptionally friendly and helpful, no matter what you asked for. They helped us book multiple activities, airport transfers, helped with info, provided first-aid when I got scratched by a street kitty, and let us stay in the lounge after we checked out. Just went truly above and beyond and it felt like 5-star service, and all with a smile. Special mention to their breakfast - truly the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The selection, the quality, the thoughtfulness - everything was astounding. Also the location is great to walk towards Sultan and you see the hot air balloons in the mornings. If we were traveling there again, I'd want to stay there again in a heartbeat!! Would recommend to everyone I know.

The hotel is very well maintained and rooms are spacious at the same time being extremely cozy. The staff was extremely warm and helpful. Special mention to Hasan and Habip, always warm and prompt with any of our requests. Location is great and the in house restaurant is really good.

This was one of three hotels we stayed at during our trip. We were upgraded to the presidential suite because it was the low season, and honestly, I was reluctant to even step out of the room. Everything about this place is incredible—the rooms, the staff, the service, and especially the food. Not to mention the fantastic location!
