کارکنان دوستانه بودند.
فقط صبحانه در اتاق سرو می شد، بنابراین ما آن را امتحان نکردیم، برای صبحانه به بیرون رفتیم. ما فقط چند ساعت در اتاقی که در طبقه صفر بود ماندیم. 2 اتاق - اتاق خواب بدون پنجره و اتاق نشیمن. فکر کنم اسمش اتاق سوپریو بود. من حوله ها را دوست نداشتم، آنها به اندازه کافی برای هتل 4 ستاره سفید نبودند. من یک روز قبل از ورود اتاق را رزرو کردم، اشاره کردم که حدود ساعت 7 صبح می رسیم و فقط چند ساعت می مانیم. سپس صبح روز بعد پیامی از هتل دریافت کردم که ساعت ورود ما را رد کردند. خیلی عجیب بود، هتل جایی است که در صورت پرداخت هر زمان که نیاز داشته باشید می توانید به آنجا برسید. بنابراین من به آنها گفتم شما باید رزرو ما را لغو کنید (البته غیرقابل استرداد بود)، سپس آنها پاسخ دادند - ما اتاق را برای شما برای ساعت 7 صبح ترتیب می دهیم. نمی دانم، آیا این کار اشتباه بوده است اما من به این مکاتبات احمقانه و بیهوده چند ساعت قبل از پروازمان نیازی نداشتم.

ما وقت خود را در خلال سفر خود سفارش کردیم.
نزدیک به وسایل نقلیه عمومی مانند فری، مترو و اتوبوس و همچنین به برخی از مراکز خرید. نزدیک به خیابان بغداد است که پر از رستوران ها و فروشگاه های خرید است.
چیز خاصی نیست کمی بهبود در نظافت خانه مورد نیاز است.

ما یک عروسی نزدیک داشتیم، بنابراین ما این مکان را در اولویت قرار می دهیم و هتل راحت بود. از اقامت چند شبه راضی هستیم. اتاق عایق صوتی خوبی دارد، من از آن قدردانی می کنم.

Enjoyable business stay in a boutique hotel with lots of privacy.
Breakfast was brought to the room, after you order it. It takes some time, so be prepared for this. Quality of breakfast is very good. The jacuzzi is so relaxing and the location in Bostanci is fantastic. The room I had, had a jacuzzi and fantastic view on the Islands. Very spacious and good quality bed. The room was cleaned every day and I liked the hygiene standard.
The only thing I would say is of lesser quality is the size of the bathroom.

Great stuff and service, teşekkürler. Big, clean room, half view to see. Location - close to metro 10m wallk and other side wallk to bostancı area. A few minutes with taxi to bağdat caddesi. Half an hour sabiha airport. There is close by hair style saloon. Overall, I recommend it.
- Noise from train 🫤 - The mattress bed is hard and uncomfortable. The pillow the stuff was caind to replace.

great personal, great location and clean but noisy.

it was a metro construction site beside it and were soooo noisy during the day. a train is passing and make it more noisy. if you shut all the doors, you hear less but between fresh air and noises you must just chose one.

The stay was nice apart from it's right near a train yard. And your constantly hearing the trains go past every 30 minutes. Also the view from the room is ruined by construction and a cement factory.

Staff was very nice, we arrived late at night and checked in without trouble. Location is close to the ferry pier if you are planning on going to Islands. You can reach Bağdat Caddesi easily from this location as well. The Marmaray station is also walking distance. Room we stayed in was alright size.
Elevators are too small even to carry a single suitcase. Not many eating places in the vicinity.

Convenient location, good quality rooms and friendlyt staff. Would stay here again.
Location was good, very convenient. Clean and big rooms with good quality furnishings. Asked for an iron and it was delivered direct to room in a few minutes. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room wasn't cleaned during our 4-night stay. Whilst this wasn't a problem, nothing was dirty or unhygienic, I was a bit surprised. On a previous visit in May 2022 the room was cleaned each day. The room rate (in Euros) was more than before, don't know if this is because I booked last minute but I still thought it was OK value.

Lovely modern suites!
The room was a good size with plenty of garden space. Everything we needed was available in the room including toiletries, slippers and robes. The reception staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. They even let us check in four hours early as our room was ready.
The cleaning staff were very noisy in the mornings so we were not able to sleep past 9am. The position of the bed made it a little hard to access the bathroom.

good stay for a day or two
nice staff, clean rooms
Not a big deal but, sometimes you had to call 4 times for what you had already asked to be brought to the room (like a plate). I asked for a room with terrace and they gave us with a 1 foot ledge. Not their fault but this place does not have parking, just remember that. because it is located in a relatively crowded and busy area of İstanbul

don't fall for the lovely pictures of the scenery towards the princes islands!
what was promoted and what you are getting something completely different!
it was a basement room! basically. As soon as you arrive to the premises, there are steps from street level to the reception and then you think all the way is up nooooo!? you are actually taking the lift to the lower ground for your room so the photo and what you are getting is not really matching. It is small and dark especially the bathroom. You can not fit 2 people at one time. can not move around as double bed and the tv unit only allows one person to pass at a time. lot of noise from the dehumidifier. had a terrace looking over to next door which is a residential apartment block.

A hotel in a peaceful neighborhood
Gorgeous boutique hotel with spacious rooms and nice views. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great value for money and is very close to the main attractions of the Anatolian Side of Istanbul.
