Well I loved reception day people, very nice, very friendly..Manager also dealed very well with issue I had at night. my room was excellent, great view, clean, and working well things.
I didn't like night shift lady. She shouldn't be working with customers.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was very spacious. The tv services were good with having YouTube available and bedding was clean and pillows soft.
The shower wasn’t that good and tiles in bathroom were slippy when wet . Also there was only one socket in the room for charging phones and electrical things so could be handy to have more sockets.

Location was absolutely perfect and the staff is really nice also.
Because we were during the winter time (January) and with the baby the room was a bit to cold and there is no way to heat it because they do not have heating.

Nice breaskfast. Really big room and bathroom.
My flight was cancelled and I didnt stay the first night at the hotel, but they still charged me for that night. The kettle didnt work and I ask then to fix it for many times but they never did it.

The room was huge, nice bed too. and the staff were real nice. There were little distance from the subway, but not so far.
The shower didn't look so clean, and the water pressure was awful. It's the only thing we didn't like about the place.

Rooms are wide. The hotel furniture is in a very good condition. The breakfast is nice.
AC fan in washroom made some noise while on. Rooms have smoking after smell.

Staff were flawless! Aunour at checkin was delightful, friendly and very efficient, and even remembered me on check out. Amir assisted with my luggage and very kindly showed me the facilities of the room. Such a warm welcome from both of them even though I arrived around midnight. As others have mentioned, my room really was hilariously oversized. I thought it was great! Excellent price for all that space. My room was on a lower floor and overlooked the pool, it looked clean (some others have mentioned bird poop, but I saw none). The call to prayer is often heard outside the window, it is quite loud and I think it is beautiful. Location is great, very walkable to the souq market, dhow harbour, city skyline lookout points, and I also walked to old port easily. Nice cafes nearby. I paid 46 QAR for a taxi from the airport (not organised by hotel). Two water bottles per day were provided in room, along with tea/coffee etc. In the middle of the night I used WhatsApp to text reception for more water and it arrived very fast. I also used WhatsApp to text the restaurant for a menu and order dinner. All was very efficient. The dinner burger was excellent, much better than expected from the outdated menu design. I also recommend going up to one of the top hotel floors at night to have a look out at the beautiful skyline. Loved the on-demand omelette station at the breakfast buffet. My room had USB charge ports as well as plugs, though i was informed online only plugs were available.
The buffet breakfast was a bit random for my usual taste, but there was still more than enough options to satisfy! If you put the shower water pressure on full (not necessary because it's very powerful) then the water fills up and flows out into the bathroom a bit.

Special thanks to RAIHAN for all his hard work. Everyday he checks to make sure everything is going well and with a beautiful smile. A very kind person and I will definitely be back again. Correct price for the hotel, the room are very very big with a lot of space. I'm 6'4 230 lbs man and the bed are very comfortable. The breakfast is only 10 bucks which is great. Only thing I can say is please tell customer NOT TO LEAN over the counter when the chef is cooking omelet. It's just a safety hazard and also to avoid cross contamination. Check in is fast as well as check out.

The location and room size

The room was very spacious and has good facilities. The staff were very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel is walking distance ( 12 mins) to souq waqif ( which also has a metro station to connect to the other places in Doha) and was also close to the museum of Islamic art and MIA park. Was very good value for money.
The pressure of the shower was on the low side and the water was luke warm and no option to increase the temp.
