A month ago, I made a reservation and went in person to secure a good room spot. Mr. Tom was incredibly accommodating, and I successfully secured a great room for NYE. The room is organized with practical kitchen items. We enjoyed a memorable New Year with my husband. We will certainly return.

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect, and I had an amazing time. The unit was incredibly spacious—so much so that a horse could run in it! Highly recommended.

Everything at Agora was perfect, it was a home away from home. Tom at reception was extra nice, he made sure we had everything we needed. I didn't want to leave. Will surely stay at Agora again.

Honestly, one of the most enjoyable moments I experienced was during my stay at the hotel, especially thanks to the staff. The chef was exceptional in his cooking. What I loved most about the hotel was the way they treated people; they never fell short in providing excellent service. Tom, in particular, was one of the standout employees who went above and beyond. The hotel was extremely comfortable, quiet, very clean, and without any faults

Overall good just not as expected
Felt welcomed like i was at my own home
This isn’t my first visit there so i had high hopes, First of all the room had some toiletries missing, Then the bedroom AC wasn’t working for the whole stay, and there were no carpets in 4 different rooms for some reason.

Really enjoyed it!
I liked the great view and how most things were done when asked for. Roomed was cleaned when asked and was apologised sincerely when forgot too
Rang a few times for certain things however there was times where I felt I got ignored by staff for example asking for tissue roll due to maybe me being to nice.

Me and my partner had an amazing stay beginning to the end the staff were extremely professional. Precision to detail excelled our expectations we can’t thank the team enough they were extremely prompt with any requests even past regular working hours, they once came to fix a small issue we had with the tv past 10pm ! I can’t wait to book a stay with them again. Amazing location easy for delivery, the valet gentlemen were always on time, the view from our apart was at the centre of vendome mall also.

Awesome room and staff. Just finding food is an issue.
Rooms are big, modern, have everything and very clean. Staff are super polite and helpful.
Pity it didn’t have a restaurant for evening meals as there are zero shops or restaurants nearby.

The reception staff especially “Raesah and Zahra” I would come back to the hotel just because of them they were helpful and cheerful they even apologized to us and gave us a discount for the spa and a free breakfast even though it wasn’t their problem, also the view from the balcony was incredible
I hate the room service how they kept us until 4pm tell we check in and the room service manager “ she was a woman “ I am not sure if she is the manager or an Assistant but she just apologized without any compensation, also the moment we entered the room we asked for a tissues she just gave us two (you should consider that we asked because there wasn’t enough at the room not an extra), so what have they been doing from 12pm until 4pm ?
